The place is dirty, the kids working there are rude and if you try to order online they purposefully mark everything as out of stock. I've tried to order an assorted dozen for pick up thru the app for months and every morning they're sold out. I think the workers do this on purpose so they have to do less work. Been here 2 years in a row for my birthday to grab a free donut. If I don't get rewards (which I did last year and it didn't work) they will not even recognize or wish you a happy birthday. Unfortunately this location is never on top of it's game. What I mean by that is you can go in at almost any hour of the day and they wont have any flavored donuts. Let's be real folks, this location is not the busiest mainly because so I feel like they just dont make the flavored ones. An example of my frustration is today at 7:45 I am the only one there and they are out of sugar, cinnamon and sugar, pumpkin glaze, pumpkin filled, both the chocolate and regular stuffed donuts and no maple donuts.... sooooo basically over half the menu is unavailable. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but this place has just been on a steady decline lately. Just go down the street to Rosauers bakery, you guys. So me and my homeboy went to pick up our free vaccine donuts today and we were entirely disappointed by the fact that the lobby is closed, and only the drive through is open. Went to pick up 2 dozen donuts at 8:35am. Lobby closed. Employee at the drive through, not welcoming or helpful. I was told the only donuts available/made were plain glazed. I wanted a variety. After much questioning, I was able to get a mix of glazed and custard filled and two "wet" strawberry iced donuts. She didn't want to sell me the strawberry ones, but I was insistent. I had a krispy kreme app but i left Facebook so i no longer can access my money or the app without it telling me to go through Facebook. Also every time there is a promo on the new email i added. I go to Missoula location and they know nothing about it! Also the drive through is the only way to get products at location. SO I gave up on this company. If you try to contact customer service by phone. they apologize, say they will fix it and don't. On lie they want you to accept all cookies, no thanks. This is the worst place we have gone to, we went for a dozen and they didn't have any flavors and they were so rude.

i ordered a chocolate cream donut and there was not chocolate on my donut, I also ordered 2 sprinkle donuts and there was not chocolate on them also. 2 times my family has been here there was not donuts to eat. I quote " we have no donuts". There was either glazed donuts or no donuts. This "business" is not a good place to go eat donuts. I highly do not recommend. We wanted donuts for our trip out of Missoula. Showed up at 9am Saturday morning. Service was horrible! We waited and the line got longer and longer. There were 5 folks working the counter but they were very disorganized and just plain lazy. Person getting our order got the donuts out with his barehands. He could not do our beverages and mumbled something like someone else will need to get the coffee for us. The gal making the coffee sneezed three times will fixing our order. Wow hadn't been to this donut shop in over a year/walk in is closed so only drive thru available. My kids wanted pink iced with sprinkles which is why I went there. One car in front of me and no one else. Manager was rude as hell when I ask if he made sure to put the pink iced in, which was the first thing I talked about at the order board and I had repeatedly ask for. He said "you didn't ask for any" I was like yes I did and was getting ready to say that's the first thing I ask for but he cut me off yelling and saying he is working by his self and people need to be more kind and understanding and less rude! Dude you are the one being rude! With one other customer (which was gone by this time) maybe you should rethink your line of work if you can't handle one order and I can clearly see why no one wants to work for you! Donuts were old, hard, and since I somehow pissed him off and he wasn't wearing a mask he probably coughed on the donuts on purpose. Wouldn't leave one star but apparently requires some to leave a review. Won't go here again and would strongly advise others not to as well, unless you fell like being in abusive conversation with a narcissistic asshole that clearly hates his life and can't multitask. read more

Friendly staff, fairly full selection for afternoon doughnut stop, very easy to check out and just about everything you'd want in a KKreme. I had a doctors appointment today in Missoula. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme doughnuts so, we stopped to buy a half dozen. When we walked in, there was a young man making change for a customer with his rubber gloves on. He then asked what we would like, never changing his gloves he boxed our doughnuts and then made change for us also. I let that slide thinking he was young and just didn't know it was a health violation to not change your gloves before making change and in between picking doughnuts for customers. We got in the car and started to drive. My daughter took a bite out of one of the doughnuts and said, these are the worst doughnuts I have ever tasted. So, she handed me one and I took a bite. They tasted like they had been fried in rancid grease. It was very disappointing since I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. read more

Disappointing customer service. The young women at window argued with me that I didn't know what a cappuccino is when I ordered the cap with foam only please. Visited this krispy kreme a few days after they opened. Still pretty hectic with staff and customers trying to figure things out. The positives are the donuts,especially when fresh and hot, the large windows that let you see the conveyor belts and cooking process, the interior is nicely designed. The negatives PRICE, $1+ per donut, depending on the kind, and the parking lot is small and was hard to get in and out. read more

LOVE the melt in your mouth deliciousness of a good kirspy kreme doughnut, but today I picked up a dozen glazed doughnuts because I was drawn in by the red neon sign. Which means fresh hot glazed doughnuts! The little fat kid in me got excited to treat my co workers to some melt in your mouth goodness but to my dismay I had 12 old cold doughnuts. Drove up to Missoula today and as always look forward to some hot glazed donuts. Hot light is usually on somewhere around 5-6 pm. Stopped at 5:30 and were informed there would be no hot donuts. The guy said the only time they have them is 6-8 am. Left and stopped again at 6:20 pm to go ahead and get donuts and the damn place was totally closed. They have always been open later.
