Their specialty. There's a glass window that children and on-goers can view the glazing process! It gets very packed very quickly. It's not the most ideal location on the corner of a very busy intersection. Sometimes (idk if this is legal - but I'll park in the CVS parking lot behind it and walk over if it's super packed. It does have a drive thru. But on the busy days and hours, it can be somewhat of a headache. It was next door to the infamous Ham & Eggery in North Miami Beach but they closed that down. Every time I come here, it never seizes to amaze me that every bite melts in my mouth. So far, all the doughnuts I've had in this joint is freshly made. My friend is pregnant and demanded a dozen of these. I wasn't going to let her down so I came to pick up a hot box while the light was on. It was kinda packed when I first walked in but it moves pretty quickly and I was at the register within minutes. I decided last minute to get an extra chocolate glazed one for her husband just in case which proved to eventually be worthwhile. Those doughnuts were super hot when the box was handed to me so I know they were freshly made. She ended up making a ice cream sandwich with the doughnuts and then sprinkling cereal on it with some extra sprinkles. It was pretty impressive. If you're in the area and drive by while the light is on, you might have to make a stop. The Apple Fritter looked pretty promising so I might have to scope that out pretty soon. read more

When we finally make it to the window, the cashier tell us she can not accept debit because the credit machine is down. I said don't you think you should inform the customers? I have fond memories of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - I grew up a few blocks away from this location and have come here way more times than I can remember. I have had friends from all over Miami ask me if the "lights were flashing" so they could make the trek over and get a fresh doughnut. Oh yea, make sure the light is flashing in the window. There were many tables that were full of trash - more than 50%. Surprisingly, there were more than a dozen workers in the shop, to include the manager. There was no justification for the eating area to be so bad off. The manager should be ashamed of the state of the store. 163rd street location Horrible service , I'm white not sure if that was why , because no explanation for this behavior - female cashier on Saturday 9/30 around 4:10pm.l, she Pulled my donuts and then refused to ring me up, only one other customer with another guy. she was just wandering around mumbling things for about 10 minutes or so (only one other customer being helped by another guy) other cashier picked up my two donuts and annoyingly threw to side not acknowledging me at all mumbling ( I was standing right at cash reg, asking for help with no other customer there) I kept asking if she could get my coffee and pay , eventually she asked do I want whip cream? I said yes , ended up no whip cream and half full cup when I got home and opened the cover.
