They do play music which was on the border of getting too loud. Coffee was pricy but all coffee is now. The food was also on the high end. This would be a major factor on whether to come back. I personally don't tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn't say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated.
