There appeared to be a shortage of napkins throughout the dining area. I overheard the Hispanic elderly lady with her elderly companion, complain that the restrooms were in a dismal state. The manager has just given them a generous stack of paper napkins, and calmly listened and waited for the elderly lady to finish speaking. She then thanked her for letting her know, and immediately took a mop and went to clean it herself! That's just simply outstanding! So I went ahead and ordered 3 (drive thru). I went to pay and unfortunately they had me waited a total of 8 minutes. Honestly any other drive thru that takes 5 minutes when I'm already at the window I would've left. But I really wanted to have some since I'm rarely in this area. These doughnuts bring me back memories to my middle school days. At school to raise money clubs would sell glazed doughnuts. I was driving around north miami when I saw a Krispy Kreme sign next to a new gas station called Wawa, not sure if this Krispy Kreme has always been here, not sure because I don't usually come to this area as much. Well my kids and I started going every weekend. I get the original glazed they are so so delicious and always fresh out of the oven. They are so soft and warm, so so delicious. We go by the drive-thru as we don't want to get down, but I believe since covid19 they are only doing drive-thru. Drive-thru line moves pretty fast, and line usually goes around, My kids usually get, Chocolate ice with sprinkles, Strawberry ice with sprinkles, Chocolate iced glazed and because we are in October they get Pumpkin Spice Cake, Wolfie Monster, and Spooky Drizzle. Everything is so delicious and fresh. We LOVE these doughnuts. Also staff is wearing mask and gloves. While I was trying to rush to place an order I told him to just pick any dozen, to which he replied "take your time and pick whichever one you want, I'll wait" I knew right then and there that I was at the right place. How is it possible that I haven't written a review about this place. This is my favorite Krispy Kreme location. Why? Because they always have FRESH doughnuts. Want to see how they make them? Come on it & check it out...pretty cool to see the process (obviously you can only see part of it but it's still cool). If you're in a rush then this is not your place because there's always a line...of course because they're very busy & have to keep up with the demand. Trust me, it's worth the wait. The staff is ok, sometimes they don't seem to be in the best mood so that's one of the things I'd probably recommend improving. I love the following doughnuts: original glazed (they're addicting, I'm warning you), blueberry, sour cream, cake batter, and custard filled. This Krispy Kreme app is incredible. For those who don't want to wait in that perpetual line use the app. There's been a line every time I've been here lately. Rain or shine there's a line wrapped around the building. Once you arrive order with the app and within a handful of minutes (10 minutes the most) you walk up to the front door and ring the bell or someone just walks up to open the door for you. They go get your bagged order and bring it to you at the door. It's that easy. That simple and you're on your way. Easy peezy lemon squeezy. Unless you'd rather just wait in line and not get out of your car. Their donuts are always fresh. Once in a while they'll run out of a couple until they can replenish and build their stock back up. They do give you a small cellophane care package bag with your napkins in there as of today 6.29.20 Very nice touch instead of just handing you napkins. WHAT! a new doughnut. I am in. It seems they have created another masterpiece. The lemon doughnut. It is good. It's like the glazed doughnut. But it has lemon zest mixed in to the glaze. It is a little lemony not too much. It is filled with a white lemony cream. A little lemony only. It's just perfect I think. The way the icing and flavors mix together. It was a good blend. I really liked it. This location is crazy. When it's busy. You have to drive in a full circle to get to the drive thru. That is crazy. There is only one way to exit too the drive thru lane and the exit lane merge eventually. Yes the trafic is crazy. Surprisingly the wait time is not too long. The lines are long. They have there stuff together nicely. After you order the doughnuts come out fast, no wait. The doughnuts where warm. They smelled so good. They have an online order thing. The place is super clean and they have all the varieties and they get you in and out very quickly. Good enough for me to eat 8 donuts which I'm ashamed to say I did but damn they're good. They're freshly baked there at the shop so when get your box they're hot, chewy, melt in your mouth donuts. You can actually see the donuts being made then boxed for sales at the shop and delivery to supermarkets and/or schools. In a rush? They have a drive through! You can order your donuts without having to get down. They almost always have a sale going on where you get 2 dozens for $15.99 which is so worth it because 1 dozen is $10.99. I rarely eat doughnuts, but... when I do.. I prefer them hot and fresh right from the factory. My favorite is the classic glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut hot and fresh. It just melts in your mouth. What's cool about this place is that you can watch the employees working on the doughnut line with all the doughnuts moving along slowly on the conveyor belts. My husband and son love doughnuts, so this was their treat for tonight. The "Hot and Now" sign was on, so they were really happy. They had doughnuts and drank milk on the way home. This is the new location and it's beautiful!!! Super clean and new, ofcourse we still miss the old school traditional one but this one is way nicer. Brittney was super nice and friendly, really making us feel welcomed! It's right next to the old one so don't be alarmed you'd see it. It was a nice surprise as we were heading to the other one thinking it was closed but quickly realizing it had be moved. The donuts LIKE ALWAYS are nice and warm because the red light was on. In reference to an incident occurring at the Krispy Kreme location 530 NE 167th St Miami, FL 33162 Monday, Sept. 2, 2024 approximately 9:45pm. I was sitting in the line when a car comes on the side of me inching his way into the line. I didn't want him to hit my car. I realized quickly this person had actually skipped me and two other cars waiting in the long line. Upon seeing this I exited my car to ask why he did what he did. He explained the line doesn't go that way. That was not true because there is no correct direction to enter the line. If the line is long enough it naturally curves in a certain direction. Obviously if you see a line there have been cars there waiting before you. His disregard for other patrons waiting is disgusting. His wife had called the police during our conversation which I'm glad she did. I ended up going into the restaurant to ask for the assistance of the manager. The manager came out and asked the skipping car to exit line. I'm thinking ok, this is correct, however they parked and a couple minutes later, I saw the manager coming out of the building with their order before I had even ordered. I explained to him, they should not get their order before the three cars he skipped. He waited a couple seconds to appease me while I rounded the corner to the pickup window. I saw this manager give them a large bag of doughnuts before the three cars he skipped, which also means he knew their order and fulfilled it before ours. Maybe he wanted to resolve the situation as quickly as possible however, I just think he perpetrated an injustice, and it looked like he ended up giving them personalized service instead of making them wait their rightful turn. I don't think this action is right or just and I won't be patronizing this establishment again. read more

And the cashier also had the same habits, she rang me up and then proceeded to use the same gloves she used on the screen to make my drink. Then when she was done pouring my drink in the cup, she paused finishing my drink (uh??), washed the blender right next to the drink, then finished putting the whip cream and lid on the drink. And there was also no kind of customer service here, every person at the front was just not friendly. I didn't talk besides ordering, so it's not like there was any reason to be unfriendly to me as a customer. Service at Palmetto Bay location is the worst service I have experienced in years at any take out. Order taker cut me off while trying to order by giving me total right after I said I wanted 6 donots. I had to say, "hold on, I'd like to get coffee too" .
