First time attending a promotional event at this establishment. We decided to visit this location since it is 20 mins away from home. We typically head out to the Ontario Mills location but we did not want to drive 45 mins out to get donuts. The line for both the drive thru and waiting in line were so long. It took us over 3 hrs to get donuts. They ran out of assorted donut variations. We appreciate all the hard working employees and the management team. They were still working with a smile as they catered to all the patrons. They also offered the patrons free donut holes while we waited for the donuts. My only advice is if you are interested in a donut on a regular day, there are probably no lines. If you are interested in a promotional event, this is not the location to attend if you are in a hurry. The donut machine a a fraction of the size of the other locations. Their donut machine can only generate a small number of donuts at a time. It cannot handle the supply needed for a promotional event. read more

We love Krispy Kreme. We always hit them when the light is on and love getting greeted with a hot fresh glazed donut right off the assembly line. I'm not knocking off the stars because I didn't get a free donut as this may be a California thing. They advertised chocolate glazed ones the first Wednesday of the month so we showed up for the new experience of chocolate glaze. Well, the donuts look nothing like the picture and the chocolate glaze will NOT satisfy a chocolate fix. This particular location was a huge disappointment. Every employee in there acted as if they were completing community service. We left with a dozen regular glazed right off the line. How they screwed this up, I can't imagine but they managed to serve fresh donuts that tasted stale and greasy. Maybe they don't have their temperature of the grease right or the grease needs changed or both but I'll not be back to this location to find out. This place has the best doughnuts on the planet & worth the wait (never been to a location without a wait) Our favorite is the chocolate iced cream. But to my surprise I was contacted by the manager of the store Mrs. Rey and she was very pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to try and make everything right because of my bad experiences there. I would literally go back even if every employee there was still bad simply because of the manager. She is awesome with a great attitude and she is an example of how business should be handled. I can not give any negative reviews to a store when the manager does everything they can to make things right and therefore I deleted my negative review and will return to this Krispy Kreme for donuts in the future. Everyone has a bad day and the store was still pretty new when I had my negative experience and so they deserve a second chance. Adding to the poor customer service. I was there Saturday afternoon and the associate working the counter did not smile and rude. She was absolutely slow, there was only 1 customer ahead of me and I waited 10 mins, 10 mins for an already made donut, seriously?! Instead of hurrying to help the next customer (me), she took her precious time rinsing the pot after making coffee. When she finally decided to help me, instead of getting all the donuts that were at the counter first then go get the ones that arent, she cut me off mid order to go to the rack then came back and fill the rest. The poor service didn't end there, as I was paying she looked pretty darn annoyed with me that my reward number didn't work and had to keep entering.
