Whoever the young guy with dark hair was that was working the drive thru window at 8:30am today needs a huge lesson in customer service. Not one word was spoken by him. No hi, no "here's your order", no "thank you". He practically threw my food at me and while I was putting it in the seat next to me, I turn and see he's handing me my coffee. I grabbed it and said thank you, nothing from him and he hands me another coffee which I didn't order. I said "thank you, but.." and he walked away! Visited this location coming from an appt. and my receipt says Andrea so I am assuming it was her and she was so rude. She took our order through the drive thru and when we got to the window she said the total and kept talking on the headset. Never acknowledged us or even looked at us. I used the app to put in a pretty big order for a morning breakfast. About 12 sandwiches, lots of bagels and donuts, and of course snacking bacon (which I guess is a thing?!?). My order was ready right on time without any mistakes. Which is just about as perfect as can get! I was a little sad that they packaged it by putting a bunch of items into each bag... making it all a little squished. Still not a huge deal. They weren't over or under friendly. But they did answer my question about where to get the drinks I ordered. If they are bottled drinks you have to get them yourself from the cooler in the line area. I used a leftover bag from my car to carry everything and not squish it further. So, all and all, I'd definitely come here again for a quick and easy breakfast order. It's really nice that you can use the app. Not that I ever use any of the freebies myself (I don't eat this stuff outside of work usually) but my loved ones like to treat themselves with my account so it's fun to seem generous! read more

My friend placed a mobile order through the app and we picked up through the drive thru. No cars in front or behind us, and we told the girl at the window we had a mobile order and she was so rude and sarcastic. Stated "um we aren't going to have that ready. Move to the front". I paid for a half dozen of donuts and even had to pay extra because one was an apple fritter. But when I got home I realized there were only 5 donuts in my box! I have photos. "Time to Make the Donuts", who doesn't remember that early 80's TV commercial with Fred the Donut maker? Well, my kids for starters, who were born after it aired. It facts, they wisely opened a store directly across from our Catholic church and school. Smart! This Menifee Dunkin's as they are now called, is as busy as any of the green siren's coffee shops. It's clean. They're fast. And, everything is fresh starting at 4:30 am. Yep, that's when they open. My coffee/donut server Katelin is the most friendly and patient person I know. She's first class. And unlike the confusion down the street at the Chicago burger place, the line here moves pretty quickly. Nice! Four and a Half Stars, rounded to Five. read more

Luis the store manager gives me and my sister a hard time EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME. Been to this Dunkin' everytime me or anybof my family have a dental appointment next door and we always get a great service. Today, 31 July 2025, it was the worst ever. First, I tried to order a box of munchins but the gir said "It only comes in 5 or 10 pieces". I asked her "So, you guys stopped selling a box of munchins and already doing 5 or 10 pieces?", girl said yes. Came to find out, you need to specifically ask this girl 25 pieces and she'll put it in the box. So I ended up paying for the two 10-pieces. Second mistake was her combining a chocolate and plane glazed munchins when I specifically asked for s 25-piece chocolate glazed and 25-piece plane glazed munchins. Third, I ordered sauge, egg and cheese sandwich and we got a bacon, egg, sandwich. Either the girl is brand new in that location or just didn't have any good training. I have gone to this Dunkin multiple times, and the drive thru workers are not very warm or inviting. Often times I pull up to the drive thru and wait several minutes to hear "what can I get you?" Couple of years ago this used to be my to go spot. Feel like it's going more down hill ...for a drive through donut spot why is there no pictures of donuts that you carry. I'm suppose to just know all the names of the donuts I want especially order a dozen. "Oh everyone know the classic ..names" that's what they say ...so I'm sitting there describing the names of the donuts I want that's not classic...coffee gives you the jitters..it's never the same...either too sweet overly bitter overly odd color there's not same consistency. Donuts are stale and not worth the extra money. The hashbrowsn were reheated so many times by the time I got mine in the drive through it was like burned and hard. Breakfast sandwich for the price they charge taste and look like it should cost only $2 ...I haven't been back for awhile thought I'd give it another chance and that was probably the last time.
