Highly upset tonight with the service and fuckery, going on at these non adult supervision establishment. Beware of the scams they trying to pull at this place . No debit only cash huh sound suspect to me. But ok I want and got correct change now it's no glaze 10 mins ago there was glaze..huh . WHERE IS THE MANAGER.

Smallest donuts in the history of Krispy Kreme.

Smallest donuts in the history of Krispy Kreme. One drop of Bavarian crème in each one. Very disappointed. Counter was empty same 4-5 donuts throughout the whole thing. Definitely would not recommend this spot.

Snatch a hot one!
Adam H.

So, apparently I have never had a fresh Krispy Kreme donut... I thought that I had, boy was I wrong! I have had them right off the truck. I have had them right when my wife got home after picking them up. I have even microwaved a semi-fresh donut and thought that it was the best it could be... I WAS WRONG! We went the other night and picked some up in the DT when the HOT light was on... It was insanely fresh! I was almost afraid to pick it up it was so hot. That donut melted in my mouth in a way that is impossible to describe by typing alone! It was ridiculous! For real! Don't dare deprive yourself another minute. Get in the car and park across the street and wait for the light to come on! You will thank me! Also, is it donut or doughnut? I don't know

Every time I have ever been here, the employees are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by doing the job they are paid to do.

Not understanding how y'all only have pumpkin spice donuts. That doesn't even make sense; all y'all sell is donuts.

Decided to return for lunch since it wasn't far from my hotel. For my lunch I chose to make my own sandwich. Sourdough bread, warm ham, Swiss and spinach. The table was not wiped off, the water was out, and the trash was overflowing to the point it was piled so high that adding any more would tip out. I could hear them chatting the whole time in the back and whenever I walked up I would find one or two of them leaning against a wall or sitting down and she would help with whatever I asked but like I didn't see any of them come out to check the dining area at any point in the hour we were there with our friends. They'd come out to refill the water or to deliver food or to take my trash (but not empty the actual trash???) but never to like wipe down the tables or do any of the things I usually see people doing. It was odd. Also, weird question but why is there a mint dispenser that doesn't work? It doesn't have a sign. I don't care about the 50c and once I noticed how dirty it was I was concerned about eating anything that did come out- luckily nothing did because now I wonder how old those are... so uhhhh why is that there? One of the girls mentioned someone wouldn't remove it and that it was from "before" so I guess from whatever this place was previously? Anyway, the menu was also odd. They only had one that we could use at our table so our friends and I had to swap it back and forth. Some things were whited out, which is fine, but then there were things without prices next to them, which is not fine. I am not a big fan of surprises in pricing. The menu listed build your own options, but not prices next to things. I ended up picking some things for a burrito and having to ask what the price was before I committed. It ended up tasting fine and I even liked the salsa it came with. However, everyone in my party agreed that they did not like that aspect. It actually deterred my friends from ordering from that menu. I was also deterred but they were out of pesto so I couldn't get the turkey sandwich I wanted. They messed up my husbands order but fixed it, thankfully. But again, it was just odd. Instead of pepperjack cheese they sprinkled pepper on top and used jack cheese. The one girl apologized profusely. At the end of the day, there were just too many things that were odd or off-putting here to myself and my friends. We will be trying a different coffee shop next time they're in town.

None of that overly sweet, syrupy nonsense masquerading as coffee. Just pure, delicious, quality coffee! I ordered an oat milk latte with honey, and OH MY GOODNESS. To die for! I was traveling with a team and loved this place so much that I brought everyone back with me. And guess what? We returned AGAIN the very next morning! We may have slightly overwhelmed the barista with our crew, but the entire staff was incredibly gracious, warm, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to engage us in conversation and made us feel right at home. That's hospitality! Amazing coffee, wonderful people, fantastic service, and a beautiful atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Do yourself a favor and GO VISIT THE HUB! It was relaxing inside and well lit with coffeehouse music. *Their Coconut Mall drink -- a cinnamon-brown sugar latte with a coconut cream cold foam from their summer menu. My gosh! It was DELICIOUS. Their coffee is amazing and the mix of flavors in this iced latte was incredible - everything melded together so well. I pulled up with coffee on my mind but ended up having one of the BEST deli sandwiches I've had in a while! I ordered the Chicken Man, which came with shredded deli chicken, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, and just the right amount of mayo. To my surprise, the sandwich was served HOT! I'm talking steam coming off the bread! You have several bread options, including white, wheat, and even cranberry bread. I went with white, and it was toasted to perfection! Not too hard, not too soft, just right! The sandwich also came with chips, and of course, I went with my favorite, Miss Vickie's Jalapeño! Since the weather was so nice, I decided to sit outside and enjoy my breakfast and the cool morning air. There's also plenty of indoor seating if you prefer to stay inside. The establishment itself is small but cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the customer service! The woman working the counter was an absolute delight! She was friendly, upbeat, and full of positive energy, especially for that early in the morning! It was genuinely a pleasure interacting with her. I had never visited this spot before and decided to give it a try since I was in the area. Before leaving, I finally got the coffee I originally came for! Since I'm not a huge coffee drinker, I asked her to recommend something hot and sweet. She suggested the Turtle Latte, and BABY, she understood the assignment! It was made perfectly and was exactly what I wanted! What started as a quick coffee stop turned into such a pleasant little morning experience. Between the delicious sandwich, cozy atmosphere, beautiful outdoor seating, and wonderful customer service, this place definitely won me over! I will absolutely be back!

My wife suggested JoJo's Espresso to me - - I knew she had enjoyed her coffee dates with a friend, but I told her I need a place to eat, not just drink coffee. She assured me that the menu was more than enough also knowing that my friend and I like to have healthy options. I was not prepared completely for how unbelievable of an experience we had. The service was spot on. The layout is immaculate. And, even with a full restaurant by the time we were leaving, I could hear him (I oftentimes have trouble in public spots). I'll take pics of food next time! And their food menu is one that I could literally order anything and be happy with. This first trip I had a breakfast bowl.

Delightful little coffeeshop in Germantown! :)…read more I came here to refuel after attending a funeral and before transitioning to a family dinner. It's in a cute shopping center. A lot of the businesses seem quite busy, so parking is a little bit of a hassle, but not too bad. I rolled into a very nicely decorated, welcoming space. It's roomier than I expected with plenty of tables to work, eat, or gather. They offer coffee drinks, pastries, and even full breakfast and lunch - think sandwiches, fruit bowls, salads, waffles, etc. I made my way to the register. The young lady who took my order was effusively nice and very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her a little bit - apparently, neither one of us are from the Memphis area, haha. I ordered a latte of some sort (can't remember the exact name but it was their take on a biscoff cookie latte) and a muffin to go. I was able to make myself a quick complementary cup of cool water at the self-serve station as well as napkins, straws, etc. my order came out quickly. Overall, I was quite pleased. The muffin was loaded with chocolate chips and also had very pleasant notes of cinnamon and other warming spices. The latte had the perfect amount of ice in it and a discernible, fairly strong biscoff taste, which I enjoyed. My one main wish was that it been mixed a bit more before served; most of the syrup was at the bottom and came through in either gigantic overwhelming mouthfuls or not at all. However, that was a fairly easy remedy to render myself with a few good stirs of my straw. I'd say this visit is a 4.5. This coffee shop is close to my aunt's house and I will definitely return next time we visit the Memphis area. If quality remains consistent, it'll be an easy round up to a 5 next time. Thanks, JoJo's!
