I used to be a Starbucks regular but I haven't been in a while. I ordered a sugar free White Chocolate Mocha and was told they couldn't make it sugar free. They now only have sugar free vanilla and caramel syrups. I asked the barista if he could just make me a hot sugar free drink that would taste good. He froze! He said that was way too much pressure. He said they could make a sugar free Blonde Vanilla Latte that tasted ok. His words not mine. I agreed to try it and ordered a decaf coffee for my Mom. He looked around and said they didn't have decaf. Ok. We ordered a Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough to split. We grabbed a seat in the corner but quickly moved bc the speaker was right above us and we couldn't hear each other. We moved to a table by the window but when we sat down the table teetered back and forth. I have no idea how it was still standing! There's no way we could put food and hot drinks on it! We finally had to move to the large bar in the center. Our orders came out in a timely manner. The signage did not warn us that the sandwich would be full of garlic (which my Mom can't eat)! So that was a waste. I took a sip of my drink and turned up my nose. It tasted like slightly milky hot water. My Mom said her coffee was the worst she has tasted in years. We ended up trashing most of our order and agreeing never to return. read more

Man. I visit Starbucks WAY more often than I should. (I love love love their nitro coffee! So delicious and innovative.) But this is not the location I frequent. This was the closest location to where I was spending the afternoon so I came here in a pinch. I walked in and ordered my drink and waited 10-12 minutes before even receiving my drink. The staff was a mess. One staff member was hustling and making drinks but only for the drive thru. Other staff were emptying trash, grinding coffee beans, and another few who certainly weren't making drinks or working the register so I don't even know what they were doing. So after waiting ten minutes when it shouldn't have been more than two (because legit no wait inside- I was THE ONLY inside order) I got my nitro coffee. I took a sip and something tasted BAD. Like, fumes or cleaning agent. I thought okay maybe it was just my imagination. Took two more sips and yeah, it was definitely real. I asked the barista about it and she asked around and found out they cleaned the nitro coffee lines earlier and must have forgotten to flush it out. Bless her. She was really nice but in over her head. She was working to run coffee through it when the keg emptied. She then got a manager from the back (where the heck have you been?!) who replaced the nitro coffee keg and proceeded to empty a few cups of coffee from it until it tasted normal. This took another 10 minutes. I was never really given a meaningful apology about how long I wasted on this visit (20+ minutes) or having just drank cleaning agent and I wasn't offered to have my beverage comped. I thought that was bizarre. When I left, the drive thru had at least 8 cars lined up. This is one of the smallest locations so those cars were spilling out onto the street. It was a mess. And I'm sorry I chose this location to stop at. I won't be doing that again. read more

I understand being short staffed but that place is a mess. Store was not clean and bathroom was dirty. I ordered iced espresso with brown sugar and a splash of half and half. I wait over 15 because the drive thru was busy even though I was inside. When I saw him finally get to my coffee I watched as he poured a quarter I'm of my coffee down the drain so he could make room for extra cream, I told him I would rather have my coffee because I ordered a splash of half and half. He told me he thought I said extra and that's never been my order it's always a slash. I'm traveling and just couldn't wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get back on the road so I took what he gave me, I could hardly taste the coffee so I basically had a somewhat coffee flavor milk drink. This is a nice Starbucks, well at least from the drive through. We usually stop here after we leave seeing family in Memphis and on our way back to Atlanta. The drinks here are always consistent, which is great. My only problem is the location of this Starbucks, way in the corner off the main road is just terrible. If it was not for Google Maps, we would never find this place, as it is hard to see in that little corner/island. The pumpkin bread here was great, loved the ginger bread latte as well. The service here is good. My only suggestions to this location is lift up the starbucks sign so people can see the store from the hwy and please... please... use lid sticks. After driving off, some of our coffee spilled out from the lid and on to our middle console. Most Starbucks use the lid sticks, this one for some reason does not. read more

This Starbucks used to be a good one but I'm not sure if it's under different management, poor time management, lack of training or what, but they just CAN'T keep up with the amount of orders they have. Two coffees ended up taking over twenty minutes on a MOBILE order which are usually quick at other locations. Then, the Brown Sugar Oatmilk iced coffee was NOT good. Aidan always has a great attitude, and Bryson is a very hard worker. Kirsten and Veronica do a great job at pumping out drinks on bar and Evan has the best drive thru demeanor. Sophie makes sure that every drink is made to perfection and Scarlett has a sweet southern drawl that draws you in. Alexis and Jasmeen are incredibly hard workers, and know their job well. Not a Good Store - There are some good, friendly people working at this store. But, there are definitely too many unpleasant people on staff here. It is completely hit and miss when you go there. Last night broke it for me. I was confronted by the twenty-something manager about taking photos of their "employees," even though I was specifically avoiding them completely. There has never been a problem with taking photos there before. And, Starbucks has both Instagram and flickr accounts for people to post their photos. Yet, when I emailed Starbucks, I got this: "I would like to inform you that you may take photographs for personal use while in the café. The interior of the store is private property. We require the media or any one to give us advance notice before shooting inside a Starbucks location. We never allow the menu board or behind the counter to be shot." Which, of course, makes no sense, as their social media platforms encourage people to take photos. I have been only going to Starbucks when there is a Happy Hour, because that is the only time that their coffee is close to being a reasonable price. Add to that: I have been a Starbucks stockholder for over a decade, and what I have in stock means that expensive coffee machine in their stores is there because of me. So, being treated like I am in completely unacceptable. read more
