When the phone was answered, I could tell it was busy inside because the person was mid conversation. I felt that was a good sign. I got inside and it was busy! 2 people were working, who I assume are the owners. I couldn't give 5 stars because they seem a little "pushy" about everyone ordering a Kitchen Sink. When I asked for Specialty recommendation, she offered the daily special which she said i could get as a Loaded or a Kitchen Sink. To which I told her no, I was looking for a Specialty. Protein without the extra razzle dazzle. When she saw I was form, then she said I could get it as a specialty! Interesting interaction but overall good experience. Oh also just a quick work of advise (should they see this) of a customer tells you they don't want something that taste sweet, Don't offer them a product that taste like dessert ‍‍ You lost a customer because you were trying to sell her on LITERALLY the thing she stated she didn't want! Moral of the story, listen to your customer if you want longevity!

The shakes are my go to thing when I go there. Way to go! Oh & the store is always decorated so festively. Check out the holiday window display when you go there. The decorations inside are something to see too.

The staff is extremely friendly and the service is exceptional. I don't think I have waited more than 5 minutes from entering the drive through to having my drink in hand. The only drawback is having to make a right hand turn on to Pemberton from the stand as a left would back drive up for several minutes. There are plenty of places to turn around if you need to go back towards Halls Ferry. My daughter has had about every drink on the menu since its opening except Peach flavored and loves the selection. Keep it up your doing great.

I make homemade beauty products, so I can get my essential oils, glass bottles and carrier oils at a reasonable price. I love the selection of vitamins, wholistic products and accessories too. The have apparel, plant based protein powders and a smoothie bar with a large menu. The staff is very knowledgeable of their merchandise. I had several of the staff offered to assist me during my visit there. They even made recommendations that cost less than the items I had selected. It appears they aren't money driven but want their customer to have the best item for their needs. My next visit I'll have a list of what I need so I'm better prepared. There is wall to wall items there so I'll be prepared to spend a few hours there so I know everything they have to offer. You won't be disappointed!
