What we got: level 2 tea with peach tea as the base tea with mango aloe & pomegranate lift off and also another level 2 tea with peach tea as the base with mango aloe & tropical fruit lift off. Our family gave them good reviews, & Sorry to say I won't ever be coming back bc two rude girls in there were very disrespectful to me today they tried to accuse me of wanting free food bc I wanted the stars that I earned by buying stuff from coming there. Every 15 star you get one free, and they keep screwing me over on my stars and the girl had the nerve to tell me that it was a luxury that I even get any stars, but you get stars from BUYING alot. They were very disrespectful and they took an hour to even figure it out and we had groceries in the car that melted it was a disaster and really ruined our day, over something so simpleI don't know what happened. They used to have good service will never be back again. They just lost their main customers, and another thing all these pictures you see on yelp all of them but two are from me. I posted them nothing's worth being treated like that. All the other girls have been very sweet these two especially the one at the cash register that was lecturing me.disgusting

Hmm. Well I've been wanting to try this place for a year. We finally tried it out tonight. And the…read moreexperience was a mixed bag. We got there and the place was empty. We started to order and we were told we'd have to get it to go because they were closing early. That didn't set a great tone. The process of ordering was...odd. Answers to questions were confusing. Like, the taco bowl is literally nothing more than the crunchy taco bowl and you fill it with one of the salads or bowls on the menu. Huh? That was bizarre. But then I had some special requests for my quinoa bowl and they were very accommodating so they went up a few notches. But the actual bowl was meh. The fresh ingredients are fresh, bright, and tasty. If I had gotten the quinoa bowl without meat it probably would have been deemed delicious. Alas. Alas. I got the steak quinoa bowl. The steak was very not good. :( I sampled the wraps of two people in my group. One was a buffalo chicken wrap and the other was a steak fajita wrap. Same for their wraps...it would have been good without the meat. The meat here was not good. Nope nope nope. Another person in our group got the basil panini. I didn't try it, but it looked good. (Although not grilled enough so the bread was not toasty like you want with a panini.) And it's a pricey place. Fun, bright, upbeat interior. This could have been a great experience. But it was a meh experience.

I didn't know which one to choose. I went with Santa Fe salad with chicken. The chicken was seasoned wonderfully and the bowl was filled to the brim. Now service customer service could had been better, but I would certainly try it again.

Looking for a plant based restaurant in Memphis is very difficult…read more The experience here solidifies my feelings. I've been here about 3-4 times for various items and none are impressive. The smoothie bowl was melted, the fresh juice was pre juiced and poured in to a cup, and the zucchini noodle bowl was just... bleh. In this economy to toss a plate due to undercooked sweet potato and over cooked zucchini noodles as well as lack of flavor is sad, but expected. My advice to this establishment would be; plant based does not mean lack of flavor. Nor does it mean lack of presentation bc my food looked like it was thrown into a box. Very unappealing. Cashew ranch is impressive! Hence my two stars. Would not recommend and won't be coming back.

Overall the selection is very vast and makes it hard to choose. Settled on the Jalapeno Cheddar with Firecracker, Plain with Cool Ranch, and Blueberry with Sweet cream. Overall the customer service was great, you're able to sample flavors ahead of time. The bagels did come cold, unsure if I needed to ask to warm them up though. Flavors were pretty good on the firecracker and sweet cream cream cheese. The cool ranch I was not very fond of and did not end up eating much of that one.
