I visited this location several times while in the area and had an amazing experience both times. On one occasion, they didn't have what I specifically ordered so they called me to make it right! I always enjoy Tropical Smoothie Cafe and this location was friendly, clean, and top notch! read more

Close to the office, and boss recommended, so gave it a try. I opted for a chicken pesto flatbread sandwich with a side of kale-apple salad, along with a peanut butter smoothie. It was all very tasty and filling (and rather healthy). Server was also very helpful in assisting with our choices. Definitely recommend for a quick bite, or slurp. read more

Good light food. Healthy and the staff is great. Carried out a few things for the kids and we will definitely come back often.

Amazingly good plus getting my husband healthy is difficult. he's been giving in and went to your wonderful place and loves it! Nancy, his wife, thanks very much! read more

They need to work on the quality and quantity for the new items, i always got my order half done and half quantity Hope this changes soon read more

Always friendly service. Fresh, flavorful products. I'm hooked. Bahama Mama's for life! I go in so often that some of the employees know my order and name before I place my order. This is a great place! read more

They have great smoothies. This is definitely a place you want to visit with your family or friends. The wraps can be fattening although they have bowls to overcome that issue. The employees always are so nice and welcoming, friendly, and helpful. read more

Smoothies were pretty good, about average. But the food... extremely over priced and pretty much tasteless. Our sandwiches were extremely skimp and even burnt. Side of sweet potatoes taste AWFUL. Like microwave frozen potatoes, paid extra and you get maybe 1/4 if a large sweet potatoe with nothing on it at all not even a cinnamon sprinkle. I've had bigger quesadillas at Taco Bell for half the price. $30 for two smoothies and two entrees is crazy. read more

Very yummy and nice. Service was awesome the person who took my order was very friendly. They even went an extra mile and delivered our food straight to our table. I like the music here. However there was something strange in my smoothie. read more

Tropical smoothly is a consistent favorite. The deck and atmosphere are fun I like the Detox. It's is sugar free -natural sugars - it has ginger, kale & spinach. The flavor tells you it is good for you! read more

I had a coupon for a free smoothie if you order online. Coupon stated it expired today, June 5. When I entered code, it kept telling me I didn't have eligible item for that code. I tried 3 different smoothies. It wouldn't work. I went in to have employee help me. Manager over heard me telling employee and showing him what it was doing. He said coupon expired June 4 (but that wasn't what coupon said boldly). He went ahead and gave me my smoothie free. The employee was very friendly and my smoothie was prepared super quickly. I got the Bahama Mama. It was super yummy. I wasn't happy about trying to order online and having difficulty but I was very happy when I left. I hope the online ordering works better next time. read more

I found it!!! The outside gives you no idea of the welcoming, clean and tropical atmosphere you walk into when you come indoors. Walked in to smiling faces and a hello! Quick scan found clean tables and high chairs and pop fountain. What stood out was the customer service, very energetic and positive. I was so delighted to walk into a place I have been to in Michigan and get the same outstanding service in Olive Branch, Mississippi. You order in the front and we seated ourselves near the pick up window. Condiment area clean and well stocked. No apple kale slaw.. bummer but I got that chocolate chunk cookie and it was crispy. The oatmeal cookie was really good. My children ate and enjoyed their turkey and cheese wraps. I had the jerk and it was beyond tasty. Overall I'm am very pleased... and you know I got that Chia banana strawberry smoothie and it was fabulous! read more

Food is very good and it's reasonable. I order from them frequently. In fact going to do so now!

I really like the Sunrise and Pineapple Delight smoothies. They are just the right amount of sweet and healthy for my fat self. I feel all uppity, superior, and dignified walking out and gazing across at the masses running through the drive thru at McDonalds. Look at me! I am healthier than you right at this exact moment! Seriously though, it's not a fantastic experience really, ever, but the smoothies are good. I have only eaten the Jamaican Jerk wrap here. It's pretty tasty but a bit pricey. I'll try more in the future I'm sure. It's close to the house. read more

Customer service is horrible. The employees do not greet you with you walk in.. horrible experience. I won't be back

Triple Berry Oat with matcha smoothie is soooooo good! Also love their food. The chicken wrap is one of my favorites. They also have a side called kale salad that is delicious also. read more

This place is my jam... smoothies with the extra shot of whey will definitely get your day started !

The food was good and the service excellent. The venue was clean and so was the restroom.

They say they open at 7am but it's 7:58 and not an employee in sight. They really should adjust their hours cause I almost placed an online order for pick up at 7:30. Glad I definitely wouldn't have received it. read more

I love coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe because they have such great smoothies! There is such a large selection of smoothies. I have yet to be disappointed with a purchase, though my favorite is the Sunrise Sunset. The restaurant is a little small, and even though there can be a wait, I've never had problems finding a seat. The employees are very friendly and are willing to personalize your smoothies should you require it. They also have nutritional information available; I feel that the smoothies are fairly healthy, but if you think they have too many calories, they make smoothies with Splenda, which significantly drops the calories. You have to ask for it though. Their smoothie portions are huge, and they have a great combo deal if you're hungry for food as well. I had to take off one star for the sandwiches. They appears to have high-quality meat, but I've never had a sandwich that I thought was really good. It was just okay. The cookies are excellent though. read more

This location lacks basic customer service skills! Walking into the restaurant on a Wednesday evening, no one was at the counter. Then, when someone did arrive there, not even a greeting until I asked a question about a coupon I had a question about but was bluntly told " We don't carry that item". Then asked to look at the date of the coupon. The owner obviously did not look carefully enough at the corporate marketing campaign it appears for the special of the week! (All Artisan items) to not carry items was bad enough, but bad service took it over the top! Food was good, but sandwich was not cut. I doubt if I will return to this location. Too Bad! read more

The smoothies are great. And the wraps are delicious!!! Peanut butter paradise is my fave! Staff is friendly. I'm a little cheap and $5.29 for a smoothie is a bit priced out of my daily budget, but I could definitely stop by here everyday for all natural, low fat/carb meals and meal replacements! read more

It would be nice if the staff would tell you when you pick up your online order that they didn't have the sides you wanted. They let my husband leave without telling him, it's just not good business practice to do this. I'm mean we paid extra for them. read more

I came here on Sunday evening at 7:19pm only to discover the lights out. I could see someone moving inside and the sign posted they were open until 8:00pm so I pulled on the door...Locked! Sunrise Smoothie and Acai Berry Blast for the Misses. Hit the spot on this rainy day!

Recommended by friend. I ordered online to go, easy to order and pay. I ordered the jerk chicken bowl. Big portion lots of lettuce - tasty and fresh. I did not order a smoothie but my friend swears they are the bomb. Would visit again - nice selections and bigger portions than I expected. read more

Real fresh ingredients on sandwiches! Best flavor smoothie!! Really have gotten on several occasions and always fresh and enjoyable!!

You only get the 24oz size for your smoothies, and I don't know, but you can order the same flavor on different visits, and it tastes different, as if the batches or recipes were tweaked in between visits. To date I haven't eaten the wraps or other offerings in their menu, as the smoothies are my main draw to the place. Several Green options (kale, spinach, and on a limited basis, avocado). The service is friendly, and like some other reviewers mentioned, you feel better stopping here over the fast food fare in the vicinity. If they had smaller sizes for the non guzzlers and their smoothies had a more consistent flavor (they're good, but they never taste the same), the rating would be higher. read more

Awesome smoothies, so-so service. The staff consists mainly of teenagers, so you never know what you're going to get as far as good service and friendliness. However, the yummy smoothies make up for most of that. Paradise Point and Health Nut are the best!! read more

Smoothies are great but this location lacks customer service. I would suggest coming here in the morning versus afternoon/evening; they aren't friendly in the morning but at least your order won't be a train wreck! read more

Their smoothies are ok, but don't eat the chicken at this location it is terrible! It had a bunch of chunks of chicken fat in it and the pieces that weren't all fat were hard as a rock! read more

I'm not digging this location at all. My smoothie was decent but seemed diluted with ice compared to other locations. The girl at the counter was polite enough, but didn't smile the entire time we were there and seemed to just be miserable. I definitely wouldn't recommend going at night. I might try again during the day to see if the customer service improves. read more
