Poor customer service.. literally the speaker at the menu was broken so I pulled up to the window. Two staff members were standing 5 feet from the window and when we made eye contact with them they both disappeared. 5 minutes later a third staff member finally came to the window and took our order. Asked for 3 Hot and Ready donuts (the hot sign was on). They were rude and short and when we got our donuts they were NOT hot.. it was honestly comical how terrible the service was. Me and my husband had a good laugh when everyone disappeared at the sight of a customer. read more

Employees are rude! They are always annoyed with even the simplest orders. They always have signs up saying they are out of donuts when there are clearly donuts in the store. I wouldn't recommend this location. The first window of the Drive thru is dirty and doesn't look like it has been cleaned ever, they just have a lot of stuff that is stored there. read more

I'm not sure what happened here, but this has turned out to be horrible. Their scanner never works, the staff is rude and you're lucky to have more than a choice a few donuts. Several new donut shops have opened in Lubbock and are better run and more customer focused. I would pass on this one. read more

Waited in line for 15 minutes (drive through speaker is broken). Car in front of us received a box of donuts and we pulled up to order from the guy sitting at the window. As I started to order, he said we're closed. It was 7:40 pm, I thought he was joking. I asked if they were sold out and he said no, we're closed. I said, you have donuts, but your not going to sell them to me? Are you sure this isn't a joke? He said there is no joke, we're closed. I guess posted hours of operation are meaningless here, even when they have product to sell. read more

March 12 2021 we arrived to Krispy Kreme ready for our hot and krispy donuts it's my daughters birthday and we where going to get out free donuts for her birthday we went to the location and there was a long line the line resulting in the fact that the drive thru intercom still doesn't work. After 30 min in line we finally got to place our order the donuts came out and where room temp all around donuts weren't the best krispy gotta step up there game. read more

Today started out discouraging. We had a fundraiser order submitted since last Thursday, but somehow got lost. Our order had to be modified for us to get in time today. We started our drive from San Angelo, thinking of how we were going to tell all the people who ordered from us, they weren't going to get their exact orders. We decided to call and speak with a manager again on the way and got Debbie. She's an ANGEL!! She found our original order and put a rush on it. She had it ready by the time we got into town. Her customer service is amazing. She took the extra steps she didn't have to take and for that we THANK YOU DEBBIE!! Someone needs to give this lady a RAISE!! She is what customer service is about. It is a lost art. read more

Went to get special of the day dozen chocolate donuts for $5 with purchase of a dozen. Had no chocolate donuts.!!!! Pathetic for a donut place to not have one of your special donuts. read more

I ordered a dozen donuts and a frozen coffee.tThe donuts were good but the coffee had full ice cubes in it and when it melted it looked like watered down coffee. The service is also not great. read more

After twenty minutes in the drive through I gave up and drove out. I'm sorry but that is too long to wait.

Went through the drive thru - no one was in line except me. First I asked for a chocolate iced donut and the woman taking my order interrupted me in a inconvenienced tone to let me know that they didn't have any. That was fine with me, and I ordered 4 classic glazed instead with a whole milk and coffee. She turned around to get the order and I never saw her again. A man came to the window and asked what my order was, so he boxed up my donuts and told me to have a nice day. I told him I hadn't even paid yet and I didn't get my milk or coffee, and he rolled his eyes (presumably because the other worker hadn't already done it) and then just told me not to worry about it. I was already over the experience by this point that I didn't ask for my milk and coffee. I appreciate the free donuts, but it wasn't worth the bad customer service.. makes the customer feel like an inconvenience. Also, even though the hot donut light was on, the donuts were stale and the glaze was chunky and tasted like they had been in the refrigerator or frozen or something?? Super odd. Won't be back. read more

Get ready to wait in line, even if it is 1 car. There is no sense of urgency when processing your order: the customer service is horrible. I will never be coming back here again read more

Horrible business with terrible management. This place is dirty and the workers are on their cell phones ignoring the customers while you wait. The manager acts like he is busy so he doesn't have to answer any questions of why the display case is empty. read more

Horrible management, This place has gone downhill. Unorganized mess. The restaurant was filthy and the employees were very rude.

This particular krispy kreme has terrible service. The drive through does not work (you order from window) and the employees are rude and don't know what's on their own menu. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 3 donuts when there was no one else in line. Steer clear from this location. read more

Wow!! This place has gone downhill since it first opened. Tried to go a couple times since I was craving donuts. The first time i went it seems the speaker system does not work. Pulled up to the window and saw a person inside but he would not come to the window. Almost 5-8 mins later the line behind me starting getting longer and someone started honking the horn. The guy that was there finally came to the window and said he can't help us because he only makes the donuts and their wasn't anyone that could work the cash register cause they haven't came to work yet. Fast forward a couple of weeks I decided to give them one more shot. Today 2/8/20 Saturday morning I pull up and actually see both windows open and 2 people actually at their stations. Pulled up to be told that they don't have donuts and that their donut machine is broken. Lol should have known. I put all the blame on their management and leadership..saw alot these 1 star reviews and now I know why. Hopefully management changes will be made soon or this place might not be here for much longer read more

This Krispy Kreme does not have the same quality as other Krispy Kreme's I have been to. These donuts were thick and not as light and fluffy. The frosting was sloppy. I would think that with this pandemic they would be required to wear face masks. Very disappointed. read more

Drive through speaker not working. Walked in to place an order, was met by very rude staff. They were out of the donuts we wanted, not much of a selection left. We proceeded to choose something else & the lady preceded to be even more rude like she just wanted us out, we were the only customers there at this time in the afternoon. The donuts tasted & smelled of old frying grease. They were nasty!! Couldn't take more than 2 bites. Will NEVER go there again. Very poor management. I'd rather visit one of the smaller mom & pop establishments that WELCOME their customers & have FRESH donuts. read more

I just don't get the appeal of Krispy Kreme. I love donuts but not theirs. The glaze is so thick that one is enough to put me in a sugar coma. They have a great variety but be careful . . . what other places call a cream filled donut is a custard filled here. If you order cream fill you get one that's filled with a white frosting-like substance. And whatever you do if you see someone selling these elsewhere, like in a gas station, walmart, or as a fund raiser RUN! They are probably days old. read more

Drive thru still broken!!!!! They messed up my order and when I went back they told me to keep the wrong dozen of donuts and gave me another dozen at not charge. read more

Came to Krispy Kreme to get some donuts for the morning. We showed up at 10:15 p.m. when they close at 11:00 p.m. and pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for near 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, nobody came on. Went up to the door to check the hours once again to make sure, and pulled on the door and it was locked. Stood knocking on the door and the lady inside looked over and turned back away before letting us in. We walked inside and the lady behind the counter says, "Only got glazed". Terrible customer service, wont be returning back here again. read more

Real disappointed with Krispy Kreme Doughnut The Doughnuts leave an after taste in your mouth after eating one. Small Doughnuts, we are used to getting a Donut nearly twice the size that are warm and yummy. read more

Krispy Kreme donuts are not the greatest donuts but they get the job done when you're craving donuts. I have been to this location 3 times and have never had a problem with my service. Krispy Kreme - Pumpkin Spice Donuts, Oreo Donuts, Salted Caramel, Boston Creme. - Donuts Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

I went to this location yesterday about 4:00 pm because I was craving the blueberry cake donuts they advertise. When we ordered we were handed two dozen of the most COLD ROCK HARD donuts I have ever seen in my life! We called ahead and said we were coming right back because they were stale. They said they would call us back in an hour when they make fresh ones. Two hours go by and we never received a single call. We came back to find out they didn't even make fresh ones and the woman behind the counter admitted to giving us donuts that were several days old. The manager was rude and told us he was not making anymore donuts and that if we didn't want the donuts to get the f out. So rude, so unprofessional, it is not what it used to be. read more

Cold donuts on a sat morning. Whatever happened to the fresh, hot tasty donuts. Original glazed used to be a can't miss. Now... can't go back. read more

I like Krispy Kreme's regular glazed donuts. The fruit ones are OK too. Stear clear of the ones that are frosting filled, they taste yucky. They also don't have any w/ nuts or coconut here, which is sad. They can't compare to the Daylite Donuts in Waco (where they make the donuts w/buttermilk), but if you get the hot and fresh glazed ones they are like heaven on a plate. But VERY sugary! read more

Donuts were decent. Its a chain so its all instructions follow by the book and it will sell sorta deal. I walked in at 10 in the morning on a Saturday and the person I walked in with got to order promptly. Once they finished with her they skipped me and jumped to the next person in line. I got the workers attention who was a manager and she then ignored me and went back to the next customer after that previous one. When I finally got to order after 4 more customers were served and my company had already ordered AND paid they did not have anything for coffee besides half and half. I wanted something healthier. Skim, 2%. Something would have been nice. I got 4 donuts. Original donut was the best. Brownie batter was decent. Chocolate sprinkles was good. And then the birthday cake one was disgusting. Will not be coming back. read more

When the hot light is on we shouldn't have to ASK for hot doughnuts. I went out on a limb here, came to get doughnuts and I am so let down. They aren't just terrible they aren't even editable. I NEVER get to eat doughnuts and the one time I convince myself to have a doughnut it's terrible. I guess this could be a sign that I don't need it but cmon this is a horrible representation of your business! I am so disappointed. I don't care what time it is, the doughnuts you serve me need to be fresh. Rant over, happy Sunday! read more

Apparently the drive-through is broken at this location and you have to order your doughnuts from the window. I stopped by Krispy Kreme donuts today to get a latte and one of their advertised pumpkin cheesecake donuts, but I was disappointed to be informed that their latte machine was broken AND that they were out of their advertised pumpkin cheesecake doughnuts. I was given a different doughnut, free of charge, and shooed on my way. I am giving it three stars for the free doughnut. read more

So, I am a Krispy Kreme fanatic... My family and I decided to get a dozen donuts from this location but the donuts didn't taste as delicious and soft and melting in your mouth as it usually does! Some of the donuts were even scorched!... We went very early to get them to start our road trip back here and we were a bit disappointed!!!;( read more

Great donuts, terrible service. The service is so bad that it warrants two stars. They never have the first drive through window opened, even when the line is stretched around the parking lot. Very inefficient. Just waited 45 minutes for 6 donuts. First world problems, I know, but still inexcusable. read more

I can't stand this place!!! They NEVER have donuts no matter how early you go. 6am and they don't have donuts and claim they MIGHT have them later. Like, why even open if you're too lazy to make the darn donuts?!?!!! This place obviously needs new management and employees. This current crew clearly doesn't have good work ethic or respect for their jobs. Getting paid to sit around and gossip and do absolutely nothing. MAKE DONUTS YOU BUMS!!!!! read more

Don't have the hot donut sign on when you don't have hot donuts. It's the only time I buy them and they hadn't been hot for a while. That is false advertisement !!! read more

On Monday night, we crave a fresh hot doughnut and we think of no place other than Krispy Kreme. No signage that's on or visible. The drive through was "not working" and had hand written paper signs to tell us that. Also on a hand written note on the front door saying "out of glazed doughnuts cause our machine is broken" to be honest I don't think a business that sells doughnuts should be open if they're doughnut maker isn't working?? The led sign in the window wasn't turned on. And it looked so dirty inside. I don't even have a review for the food because I was disappointed before stepping foot in the building. read more

Drove here for a hot and ready donut, and there were non available. Decided to take a warm one thinking it would still be free because the sign was on, but they then tried to charge me. Vey in happy with the service I revived and disappointed. read more

Im sorry but my experience today is why once really good places in lubbock are shutting down.the unreliable people you hire are ruining your businesses.im not trying to b disrespectful .im just so peeved.i love this place.i went to this place TWICE today.my first trip was around 4:30 today.first, the intercom is broken i can only assume since we were instructed to order at second window.they had maybe 8 basic all the time donuts on the menu....every other picture was missing ...the donut selection looked very bare for a place known for amazing donuts! I drive up and have a 7 minute wait before anyone appears ,i proceed to order the original glazed along with others and he says hes out of the glazed and they wont b ready for an hour.im astounded they are out of the original glazed .i look to my kid and look back and the guy has walked off.so i drive away.i go back at 8:30 thinking they will atleast have the original stocked and the drive thru is blocked by a guy picking up pallets.i send my kid inside to order and he comes out and says the guy told him they are out of glazed and apple fritters and cannot run our credit card.at this point, i dont know if the guy just doesnt want to deal with...us or just Anyone! Im sorry but its my worst experience ever ...twice in one day.so dissappointed! I dont think this place can run much longer like this.its just sad.im sorry i really didnt even want to leave a star. read more
