I'm not sure who the owners have hired recently, but the high school or college students they have working in the mornings need an attitude check. I know people have rough mornings, but when it happens on more than one occasion, I don't support businesses that give customers a bad start to their day. There are other Rise N Shine donut shops in Lubbock, do yourself a favor and see if they have better customer service before coming to this location.

Most of the time they have ONE SINGULAR employee working and all they have is their glazed donuts. They don't have anything in stock and what's even more insane is because they have barely any workers you will wait in the drive thru for a while before they even notice that someone is there.
