every time i try and give this location another chance they continue to disappoint. they never have any of the food or breakfast i want in stock, it always takes forever to get my order, the service is slow and they're always rude. Always nice in the drive through and have never messed up our order. We go often to this location and love it.

They have their own private lot, and they don't seem to be super busy to where you can't find a spot. It's very convenient and easy to get a space. You can walk in and order and sit wherever you'd like, or you can order to go. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit by yourself or with a group. There were three employees working, but only one was actually paying attention to the customers. She did her best to make sure everyone in the store had what they needed. Even though she was the only one helping people everyone still got their orders on time. She was very friendly and polite despite the lack of help from her co-workers. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but they weren't terrible, the toilet paper was full but the trash looked like it hadn't been thrown for days. read more

I visited this location several times before Covid and they were decent, but after Covid, they just fell apart and have never been able to get their act together. Their main problem is employees. I swear everytime I go here, it is like I am dealing with completely untrained people who just walked in of the street. I have been here (drive through) four times since Covid, and they have gotten my order wrong in more then one way each time. Sometimes, they have not even known how to make the items on their own menu. I keep hoping that with time they will get better, but today's experience just proves that there is something wrong with the management. You can't blame the employees, they are chosen and trained by the management. Today I went by and ordered some French crullers (the only reason I actually go here), two breakfast croissants, some donut holes, and a cup of coffee. I got to the window and the girl handed me a cup of coffee, a box and a bag and said, "Have a nice day!" I said, "You too" and drove off. Before I got out of the parking lot, something told me I should check my order, so I did. Sure enough, both breakfast croissants were missing. So, I parked and walked in and showed them my receipt and they bagged my order and I left. When I got home, I opened the bag that was supposed to contain my breakfast croissants, and low and behold, they gave me BAGELS instead!. It has been this way or worse for a year now. It took an employee 10 minutes to acknowledge we were there. A girl was fooling with the computer failed to acknowledge us. Then she came over took our order and walked away, started fooling with the computer/register 5 minutes later she told another employee to make our 2 ice creams. I've wanted to try this place ever since they opened. Biggest disappointment. Took my mom, she wanted donuts, I needed protein. If you are not going to put forth the effort, stick to what you know - Coffee and donuts. Forget the breakfast sandwiches. Ham, Cheese and egg on english muffin (that was stale) will never compete with McDonalds Egg McMuffin. Thru the egg away ate 1/2 of the english muffin with ham and cheese glued to it. Coffee was so strong and bitter mom could not drink it even after I added a little ice to cool it off. Can't tell if the donuts were yesterday's of if like United they come in frozen, then thawed out and iced. Rise 'n' Shine, Jack & Jill, Donut Depot or Sip and Dip, all make a better donut, and no one can beat McDonalds for Breakfast sandwiches. I won't waste my time going back. Two Hispanic females were more concerned to walk out 2 Large Iced Coffee & 1 Bag (1 carry drink, other bag : that is two for 1 order) - the vehicle diver refused to wait or something...must be family friend, I waited over 7 min for a sandwich & then would also more time spent to have included donuts (more for company), but I was ignored -while store had little activity. Another employee came up and told me they were out of bananas as well as the cones. The coffee at this location tastes like dirt water. No joke every time I have come to the 50th st Dunkin my coffee has never turned out how it's supposed to. I go almost everyday and when I decide not to trust 50thst, I have to go across town to university just to get good Dunkin coffee. I am a college student going to Texas Tech and I wanted some dunkin' so I mobile ordered a carmel craze iced latte and a BOSTON CREAM DONUT to be picked up in their drive thru. When I got there, my "carmel craze" did not have whipped cream and didn't look at ALL like a carmel craze and my friend also got coffee and donuts but she got a boston cream as well and a coconut donut. they handed us the donuts and i was about to drive off when my friend said "did you get you get your donut?" and i said "isn't it in the bag?" and she said "no i ordered two donuts." so I asked the drive thru woman about my donut and she JUST THEN informed me that they were out of donuts. So i was about to whole ass leave the drive thru without my FREE DONUT FOR BEING A DD MEMBER without ANYONE saying a word.
