We went in to get ice cream and stood there. And stood there. And stood there. A manager came out looked at us, yelled at whomever was in the back who yelled back. This went on the entire time we stood there. The manager made eye contact with us several times. But the yelling continued. We left. And they were still yelling back and forth. Never again. read more

Dunkin' - Sourdough sandwich, supposed to be on toast, slapped together, bread -crookedly facing opposite directions and it tasted so bad. - Donuts Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

2 stars cause who doesn't love baskin Robbin's. The customer service was ok. But man are they stingy!! My two scoop sundae came with what more like barely a scoop and a half. The tiny about of hot fudge was in one glob on the side. The barely full swirl of whip cream was basically all melted a few bites into my sundae. Oh, and I shouldn't have to ask for napkins for a sundae that has sauce dripping down the container. I guess the one good thing I can say is my jeans are happy I didn't get the full calorie intake read more

I love their frozen coffee drinks but Im kinda disappointed in the fact they don't sell peanut donuts like the Dallas locations!

Drinks are made differently everytime. There sandwiches are also made different everytime. Everyone knows there good or bad days at dunkin and that's just unfortunate. Ordered hash browns and got tatertots (granted they are basically the same thing but still). They charge a whole DOLLAR and 8 cents for a microscopic pup cup???? If you're broke just say that. Also people there just don't know what they're doing lmao. read more

Ordered online and they were out of what I ordered so instead of waiting until I joined the drive thru line to ask me what I would want instead they just gave me something and when I checked and asked he was like well that's fine right? well it is now I guess but only bc I don't want to hold your line up but in the future id like to see them ask at the drive thru ordering machine bc everyone else orders there and then has their stuff made what makes it different in this situation? i just wanted a croissant but no now I have this dinky bagel that's falling apart read more

every time i try and give this location another chance they continue to disappoint. they never have any of the food or breakfast i want in stock, it always takes forever to get my order, the service is slow and they're always rude. This last time i went i was charged for a bagel for them to then tell me they were sold out and refused to refund me, it's just a terrible location with an awful staff as well read more

Always nice in the drive through and have never messed up our order. We go often to this location and love it.

They have their own private lot, and they don't seem to be super busy to where you can't find a spot. It's very convenient and easy to get a space. You can walk in and order and sit wherever you'd like, or you can order to go. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit by yourself or with a group. There were three employees working, but only one was actually paying attention to the customers. She did her best to make sure everyone in the store had what they needed. Even though she was the only one helping people everyone still got their orders on time. She was very friendly and polite despite the lack of help from her co-workers. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but they weren't terrible, the toilet paper was full but the trash looked like it hadn't been thrown for days. read more

I get drive thru coffee all over town. I am not too complicated large with 6 creams 4 Splenda, don't judge. I love it when they put it all in the coffee for me so it's ready to drink. This time I asked for the Splenda at the window. She was smart enough to give me a stirrer with the packets. I can't tell you how often I get packets & creamers in the bag with no stirrer and have to burn my finger to stir my coffee! Thank you Dunkin for having common sense! Many places don't. Oh! and breakfast ALL DAY! Something most fast food places got rid of. read more

The worst Dunkin' we've been too. The two ladies behind the counter were rude to me and my two children. They just threw our food on the counter and walked away and the sandwiches weren't even cooked all the way. We won't be going back. read more

Worst place to get coffee.... It tastes like old coffee and chemicals. I don't think they properly wash their equipments. I highly don't recommend going here...Worst Dunkin location ever! read more

I visited this location several times before Covid and they were decent, but after Covid, they just fell apart and have never been able to get their act together. Their main problem is employees. I swear everytime I go here, it is like I am dealing with completely untrained people who just walked in of the street. I have been here (drive through) four times since Covid, and they have gotten my order wrong in more then one way each time. Sometimes, they have not even known how to make the items on their own menu. I keep hoping that with time they will get better, but today's experience just proves that there is something wrong with the management. You can't blame the employees, they are chosen and trained by the management. Today I went by and ordered some French crullers (the only reason I actually go here), two breakfast croissants, some donut holes, and a cup of coffee. I got to the window and the girl handed me a cup of coffee, a box and a bag and said, "Have a nice day!" I said, "You too" and drove off. Before I got out of the parking lot, something told me I should check my order, so I did. Sure enough, both breakfast croissants were missing. So, I parked and walked in and showed them my receipt and they bagged my order and I left. When I got home, I opened the bag that was supposed to contain my breakfast croissants, and low and behold, they gave me BAGELS instead!. It has been this way or worse for a year now. This store is in a great location, it just needs to have better management. read more

Service was pushy and subpar for a time that was slow. Cashier kept grabbing wrong donuts so be bought more than we bargained for! I would have been ok with it if the product itself was worth it. Ordered on the app for in store pickup because I knew they were busy and the drive thru is too small as we were in a big truck. When we get there, sign says lobby is closed. Knock on door no answer. I already paid or I would've left. Walk up to drive thru window to tell them the deal and see if I can just grab them real quick. All of this would be fine, I understand shit happens, except they were so rude! I said thank you very much and the girl at the window just gives me the evil eye. Manager wasn't very apologetic or accommodating either. For the price of that coffee I will just go to Starbucks from now on. read more

Went this morning to get grandson promised donuts. Walked up to door, but it was locked, no signs on door and employees just ignoring you. Got back in car, drove through drive-thru. Placed order for 12 chocolate iced donuts seeing how they wouldn't let you inside to choose( grandsons favorite thing to do). Paid for order, had to ask for receipt. Got home, what's in box??? 12 donuts that are the kinds that are usually filled with cream or jelly with chocolate sloppily thrown in top. They were dry, hard to chew up for 4yr old. Very disappointed. This is 2nd Duncan Donuts I have been to in Lubbock. Think it's time to try new places. read more

Went in to get ice cream, the bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper on floor, sinks were black, floor dirty. The employees are ignoring the "clean bathroom" signs on the bathrooms door. It took an employee 10 minutes to acknowledge we were there. A girl was fooling with the computer failed to acknowledge us. Then she came over took our order and walked away, started fooling with the computer/register 5 minutes later she told another employee to make our 2 ice creams. She then professional to just walk around the store aimlessly. She had ZERO customer service skills!! This place needs to do some cleaning up of their. employees!! You NEVER do what she did!! If she's the manager she needs to be FIRED!! read more

GM John Is beyond rude. I will never be back. He literally laughed in my face. He is a poor excuse for management of any kind. I will not do business with someone who speaks down to customers because he doesn't know how his company's app works read more

I've wanted to try this place ever since they opened. Biggest disappointment. Took my mom, she wanted donuts, I needed protein. If you are not going to put forth the effort, stick to what you know - Coffee and donuts. Forget the breakfast sandwiches. Ham, Cheese and egg on english muffin (that was stale) will never compete with McDonalds Egg McMuffin. Thru the egg away ate 1/2 of the english muffin with ham and cheese glued to it. Coffee was so strong and bitter mom could not drink it even after I added a little ice to cool it off. Can't tell if the donuts were yesterday's of if like United they come in frozen, then thawed out and iced. Rise 'n' Shine, Jack & Jill, Donut Depot or Sip and Dip, all make a better donut, and no one can beat McDonalds for Breakfast sandwiches. I won't waste my time going back. Also It took forever! read more

I showed up at 5:15am (they open at 5pm) and the door was still locked so an employee had to come let me in. When I walked in, nothing was on display or ready. I asked for 3 glazed donuts and the employee said they weren't ready yet and asked if I wanted chocolate glazed instead. I said sure and was then handed 3 FROZEN donuts with chocolate icing that had just been put on so it was still wet and very messy. I am extremely disappointed. I understand 5am is very early, but if you open at 5am, be ready at 5am. Never going back to this location. read more

Free Coffee on Mondays! I ordered it and they had it ready when i went thru drive thru! Coffee was nice and hot!

So I wondered whether closed or abandoned, as no employee vehicle or customer activity. I walk inside after some deliberation - attempt at locked door - I walk inside and two employees are not visible (later), but also expected to order closer to their proximity (BR ice cream) in place of where I want breakfast & iced coffee. Two Hispanic females were more concerned to walk out 2 Large Iced Coffee & 1 Bag (1 carry drink, other bag : that is two for 1 order) - the vehicle diver refused to wait or something...must be family friend, I waited over 7 min for a sandwich & then would also more time spent to have included donuts (more for company), but I was ignored -while store had little activity. I was also interrupted twice attempting to ask how I need 10 minutes for 1 snack. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! Both employees that I encountered yesterday were 1 not wearing masks and 2 no gloves either. The girl that helped me at the window pushed her hair into her hat several times while we were sitting at the window. I hope the GM or District manger sees this as this location has a huge problem. The nut flavors are mixed with the non nut flavors and this is a health hazard. Very dangerous and someone may have to pass on the ice cream because this store does not follow protocol. read more

The Baskin Robbins inside this location was disappointing. I asked for a banana split and the employee looked at me like she had never heard of that before. Another employee came up and told me they were out of bananas as well as the cones. Ok no biggie, so I ask for a two scoop sundae and the employee asked her coworker if they do that kind of thing here. I had to laugh a little bit considering it's an ice cream shop. I asked for the two flavors to find out later she just did one. I guess I shouldn't have had any expectations for this place. Very poor quality. read more

So looking at the reviews I've been going to the wrong locations! This location is just as bad as the Milwaukee location. The manager today who ran the drive thru obviously does not like his job. If u want to get passed 2.5 star ratings then u better evaluate your managers! How are u always out of cold brew! U sell coffee! It's like a steak house running out of steaks. Makes zero sense! The leadership is lacking and I already know it's because your area director doesn't care. Get it together. Starbucks is expensive but they treat their guests with great care. read more

The coffee at this location tastes like dirt water. No joke every time I have come to the 50th st Dunkin my coffee has never turned out how it's supposed to. I go almost everyday and when I decide not to trust 50thst, I have to go across town to university just to get good Dunkin coffee. I recommend they re-train their staff because none of them clearly know how to make coffee. Seriously, I have paid for coffee here at least 50+ times and always get so frustrated that they can't seem to make mine or any of my friends coffee correctly. read more

I am a college student going to Texas Tech and I wanted some dunkin' so I mobile ordered a carmel craze iced latte and a BOSTON CREAM DONUT to be picked up in their drive thru. When I got there, my "carmel craze" did not have whipped cream and didn't look at ALL like a carmel craze and my friend also got coffee and donuts but she got a boston cream as well and a coconut donut. they handed us the donuts and i was about to drive off when my friend said "did you get you get your donut?" and i said "isn't it in the bag?" and she said "no i ordered two donuts." so I asked the drive thru woman about my donut and she JUST THEN informed me that they were out of donuts. So i was about to whole ass leave the drive thru without my FREE DONUT FOR BEING A DD MEMBER without ANYONE saying a word. I asked for a chocolate donut and then proceeded to skrrt out of the drive thru. THOROUGHLY dissapointed :/ read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is lousy. Not only did they not acknowledge their promotional offer but they were extremely rude about it. The order was incorrect and when we attempted to correct the employee, we were greeted with much unnecessary sass. This was our first visit to this Dunkin' Donuts and we will not be back. From now on I will be going to the one across from town, because yes, service is worth the gas mileage. read more
