Went in to get donuts, apparently when I went to the app, it didn't work right, so I just bought 2 dozen, but they did have a deal. Buy one get 1, did get coffee when to pay. With a $50 bill was told that they don't take 50s. Also, there was a lot of flies kept landing and bothering me pretty good company. Smelt pretty clean in there. Being an American, I'm not too thrilled of any company that doesn't take a $50 bill. They have pens that can determine if it's real money or fake money. So it wasn't too happy with all the flies. UPDATE!! Donuts are still delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful but wildly understaffed for a Saturday. Interior is clean with nice viewing window of the donuts getting glazed. Pricing is on point - and allows for digital deals. Coffee is, well terrible - burnt, sour and just plain gross. (I ordered an iced caramel coffee - and the nice worker quickly made it, threw a little whip on top and upon taking one sip, I gagged and threw it away). Dramatic, but SO bad. This is the location that I visit most often. I find that it is easy to get to off the freeway. I always go inside and I have never seen it busy. It's clean and I have only waited a few minutes to order my donuts or had no wait at all. I went in at night about 8pm to get limited edition donuts and they were out of a few of them. I didn't mind so I ordered online pick up for the next morning and I got all of my Harry Potter donuts and they were very nicely packaged. I like Krispy Kreme from time to time when I'm not eating at smaller donut shops. They stay good for about 2 days but honestly they get eaten quickly by myself and others. I will probably return because this is the only close location and I have always had great customer service. read more

I had not been to a Krispy Kreme in several years, but I had a coupon for a three pack of donuts and a coffee for $5.00. Per the coupon, I could get two offers. I gave the coupon to the person helping me and she went back and put three plain glazed donuts in each box and while she was getting coffee, she gave the cashier my coupon. I asked the cashier if we were allowed to choose the donuts. She glanced at the coupon and said yes. She pulled two new boxes and I told her what I wanted. She told me one of the donuts would be extra. I agreed. I was trying to pick out another donut for the second box, but she took both boxes to the register and started checking me out. She wasn't listening to what I was trying to order and put the same thing in both boxes. When checking out, she rang up one box. Because it had the "special" donut in it, it came to $6.08. Fair enough. I paid for that box and coffee. Then she rang up the second box and tried to charge me $11. and some cents. I told her no, I wasn't paying that. She just said, "o.k." and casually slid the coffee and the box of donuts to the side. I left with one box and one coffee. I would have been paying over $17.00 for six donuts and two coffees, when the coupon said my total should have been $10.00 plus tax for both boxes and coffees, plus whatever the extra amount was for the "special donut". I don't know what they do with donuts that have already been handled, but if they toss them, then they tossed a total of nine donuts. All of that could have been avoided. I will also add that Krispy Kreme's quality has certainly diminished. I can get much better donuts at Winchell's. read more

I'm not one to get so mad but holy cow. The worst customer service. Went in ordered an assorted dozen. Pick the doughnuts and she couldn't ring me up not a big deal we made it through. As she rang me up from another register I noticed a sign saying second dozen $9.99 I was just invited to a house and thought good idea. As she came back I asked to purchase the second dozen. Super poor experience. We went through the drive thru and it was pouring rain. We couldn't hear anyone through the microphone and they couldn't hear us. The rain was flooding through our car so I just pulled up to the window to place an order which is the normal thing to do.. The woman at the register was extremely rude and yelled at us and was completely unprofessional and refused to help us and take our order. Good chain donut shop that serves up hot and fresh donuts made in house. On the day of my visit I received my order straight off the conveyor belt. It was hot, fresh, soft and tasty. Say what you will about Krispy Kreme donuts, but I think they are pretty good. Donut purists out there will tell you that their donuts don't compare to others because they are not handmade; however, I think that allows them to produce a more consistent and lighter version of the handmade type. I really like how much lighter they are and how almost the entire donut is covered in frosting unlike their handmade counterparts. I would pass on their coffee if you go and focus on getting some of their original glazed while they are still warm. read more

This location is terrible, they only havebdrive thru which guarantees you won't get what you want because you can't see the product or what they are doing. I order Classic Assorted Dozen $17.08 in total. I open the box at work and 6 original glazed & 6 chocolate iced is what they have in the box. This is one of the few locations available in Colorado. I'm impressed with how clean the place is. You can see how they make the donuts through the glass windows. Everyone there is wearing gloves. However I noticed that they don't change their gloves when handling money. Either way, a little bacteria won't hurt. Come when the deals are special, you can find these coupons online. read more

My sister and I won (well she won) a free dozen donuts every month from krispy kreme on st Patrick's day. We have been receiving them every month (and usually order a lot of extras!) we assumed there were going to use the list we signed on receiving them, as they had all previous months. When we initially called they just said to came in, didn't mention a punch card. This month, we were not allowed to receive our donuts. The lady that had an issue with us receiving them was so incredibly rude about the issue. I work in food service, I handle issues with respect. I would have gently left (and did), but wow I have never been so accused of stealing in my life while respectfully explaining that this was okay. She walked up and immediately was rude to us before we had even spoken. We have seen her before and this is the service we expect, but she was near yelling at us when we asked if she could possibly look at the list and we could verify it was us through ID. We are pretty young in our 20s, but she certainly had an opinion of us before she even spoke to us. read more
