UPDATE!! Donuts are still delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful but wildly understaffed for a Saturday. Interior is clean with nice viewing window of the donuts getting glazed. Pricing is on point - and allows for digital deals. Coffee is, well terrible - burnt, sour and just plain gross. (I ordered an iced caramel coffee - and the nice worker quickly made it, threw a little whip on top and upon taking one sip, I gagged and threw it away). Dramatic, but SO bad. I don't usually drive 30 minutes just for donuts--but today was special! It was my last day at work, and I had a little extra time, so I decided to treat the office. What really drew me in was the limited-time Pac-Man inspired donuts--I couldn't resist! Though I placed my order online the day before and picked a time to pick them up my order wasn't ready. This is the location that I visit most often. I find that it is easy to get to off the freeway. I always go inside and I have never seen it busy. It's clean and I have only waited a few minutes to order my donuts or had no wait at all. I went in at night about 8pm to get limited edition donuts and they were out of a few of them. I didn't mind so I ordered online pick up for the next morning and I got all of my Harry Potter donuts and they were very nicely packaged. I like Krispy Kreme from time to time when I'm not eating at smaller donut shops. They stay good for about 2 days but honestly they get eaten quickly by myself and others. I will probably return because this is the only close location and I have always had great customer service. read more

Super poor experience. We went through the drive thru and it was pouring rain. We couldn't hear anyone through the microphone and they couldn't hear us. The rain was flooding through our car so I just pulled up to the window to place an order which is the normal thing to do.. The woman at the register was extremely rude and yelled at us and was completely unprofessional and refused to help us and take our order. I was really looking forward to treating my family to donuts my boyfriend was having a really difficult day. I couldn't believe just how rude she was. Good chain donut shop that serves up hot and fresh donuts made in house. On the day of my visit I received my order straight off the conveyor belt. It was hot, fresh, soft and tasty. Say what you will about Krispy Kreme donuts, but I think they are pretty good. Donut purists out there will tell you that their donuts don't compare to others because they are not handmade; however, I think that allows them to produce a more consistent and lighter version of the handmade type. I really like how much lighter they are and how almost the entire donut is covered in frosting unlike their handmade counterparts. I would pass on their coffee if you go and focus on getting some of their original glazed while they are still warm. read more

The little boy working Christmas Eve needs better training, and thought not to lie. We ordered online two weeks ago the grinch dozen for today Christmas Eve at 4pm, my wife shows up and this little boy tells her and several other people that they are closed, he is by himself and won't be getting their orders. When asked why he is lying since other workers can be seen in the building he lies again and says they are leaving. Called customer service they didn't care and said they can't do anything about store issues when asked why they let you order when closed the lady said that's a store issue. This is one of the few locations available in Colorado. I'm impressed with how clean the place is. You can see how they make the donuts through the glass windows. Everyone there is wearing gloves. However I noticed that they don't change their gloves when handling money. Either way, a little bacteria won't hurt. Come when the deals are special, you can find these coupons online. read more

My sister and I won (well she won) a free dozen donuts every month from krispy kreme on st Patrick's day. We have been receiving them every month (and usually order a lot of extras!) we assumed there were going to use the list we signed on receiving them, as they had all previous months. When we initially called they just said to came in, didn't mention a punch card. This month, we were not allowed to receive our donuts. The lady that had an issue with us receiving them was so incredibly rude about the issue. I work in food service, I handle issues with respect. I would have gently left (and did), but wow I have never been so accused of stealing in my life while respectfully explaining that this was okay. She walked up and immediately was rude to us before we had even spoken. We have seen her before and this is the service we expect, but she was near yelling at us when we asked if she could possibly look at the list and we could verify it was us through ID. Come on Kripsy Cream, I don't know what you are paying your employees but with the amount revenue you make from a store being wrapped around twice with customers willing to buy you should atleast pay your employees a decent wage to enough employees to serve your customers. I ordered a 3 glaze for my birthday and when I asked if I could order more "Robert" rolled his eyes, huffed, and told me I needed to go to another employee to help me. I ordered a half dozen assorted, and "Robert" rang them all up separately and the total came to $14.72. I thought that was ridiculous for 6 donuts. I told him that was crazy expensive and he said that it wasn't his fault (which it definitely was not, because I know he didn't set the prices), but that "these things happen".
