They were just one the doughnuts seem to have shrunk in size and aren't as good as they used to be. Did not like the pumpkin one at all and I love pumpkin flavor. Went thru drive thru, service was fast and friendly. read more

I placed an online order and paid got there to pick up the order was told They were out of donuts and they could not issue a refund would have to wait until the manager comes. I did get my refund finally, but it was just a total inconvenience. Now today My son goes in today to pick up some donuts and this is what he comes home with disgusting donuts. read more

If I could give them a "0" star rating, it would be fitting. Terrible donuts, always cold and gritty icing and hard on the bottom! And you pay $18 for a dozen, only to receive stale donuts and bad customer service. My visit was at 10:33pm on 7/24/2026. Terrible customer service! Please take the trip to THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION, they would neverrr serve you this caliber of Donuts! Ever! read more

Went through the drive thru to get a Sorting Hat donut (or any of the HP themed donuts) two days after the promotion was announced, and was told that they don't carry any of those items at that location...interesting given that the menu advertised these items, along with the signs posted on the front door.. No additional explanation was offered to me and this is not the first experience at this location when I've been told that they simply don't carry the donut I want to order; for reference, I usually keep my order very basic with a glazed or frosted donut... read more

We went through the drive thru. The order taker wasn't friendly AT ALL! We ordered a 3-pack of assorted donuts & they were all so yummy!! I don't have any complaints about them. The service is why I took away a star. There's plenty of parking available. I will definitely go back. read more

Krispy Kreme - Chocolate iced, glazed, & raspberry filled 3-pack - Donuts Near Me - Knightdale, North Carolina

Went for the hot light donut, but they don't do it. I thought all KK's do the hot light donut. We ordered it through the drive through, but they didn't tell us until we pulled up to the window. read more

The MANAGER (RANDY) very RUDE and condescending.. is it my fault it's 5pm your establishment closes at 10pm and there are no doughnuts after trying to order in the drive thru - I was told they don't have this or they don't have that after 5 attempts of ordering and they don't have it I don't know what to order - then he's angry - Dude eat a doughnut and brighten up not that serious but your attitude needs to be Rectified ... didn't even say thank you how rude .... read more

I recently visited the Knightdale Krispy Kreme and I want to say I was impressed not only by the friendliness of the staff, but the store was very clean and I had a good visit there. It's rare to go in now for a service and feel like people are wanting to serve you or help you and this place is perfect. read more

I actually had a really good experience. I know I was holding up the line but only because I'm used to premade coffee orders. She asked me if I wanted milk, but in my mind I was getting something with milk already in it, so I said no. Bottom line was patience was tested and it was nice light skinned girl I couldn't catch her name but everything was seamless outside of myself. I appreciated it, thank you! read more

we made an online order for delivery since it's free delivery this weekend. They canceled my order because according to the guy I spoke with when I called in, they only have 2 donuts! It's not even 9:00 and you're supposed to be open until 11:00 with no donuts?? read more

I called before coming to this location to check the hours and was told 10. Just to get to the location and they said they are closed. The lady was rude. It seems everyone is having the same issues. Why haven't the issue been fixed read more

This location blows! We looked past the 2.5 rating on yelp and that was a big MISTAKE. Get to the drive through and the man on the speaker sounds like he's had 2 1/2 cups of lean and can't even formulate a sentence. He says they only have raspberry and blueberry donuts (two hours until they close) DISGUSTING!! read more

Drive thru and dining room was closed at 7am. Saw one lady in there, but ignored me. Had 3 other cars pull up to the drive through and park, only to be ignored. read more

This is by far the worst KK that I have ever been to. If you are hoping for a several choices, this is not the place to go. They are never stocked even in peak business hours in the morning. They maybe have 4-5 different options. On top of that, the employees look disgusted to be working there in the first place. They give a "what do you want" look and have quite the attitude if ask any questions. This place appears to be poorly managed, and I would be ecstatic if they closed and a more competent donut shop opened up. read more

Great delivery service of customized donut order. Quick drop-off of delicious treats.

ZERO STARS! (minimum of one to post a review), Hot and Fresh sign stays on however I assure you nothing was hot nor fresh so dissatisfied. Five minute ride home to bite into a stale donut. I use to love Krispy Kreme my outlook has changed. read more

I drove through the drive thru and asked if they were honoring the free birthday dozen and the lady says "it doesn't work like that. it only works through rewards.". With no more information. I register for the rewards program and load the free birthday dozen in the app and go in store to redeem it and a teenage boy is really helpful. He asks the lady for help and she frustratedly pushed him out of the way to scan the reward and asks when I registered for the rewards program. I tell her in the car before I went inside. She then says "yeah, no. it doesn't work that fast" and I asked why it loaded in the app if it didn't work that fast and she proceeds to say "you can reach out to corporate". Ended up leaving with nothing. Great birthday I now see why this location has 2.5 stars read more

THIS LOCATION SUCKS! Service - JUST GO DOWNTOWN! Every time I go to this one they are always out of certain donuts! The workers are always mad and never courteous and this is including management! I had a issue a while back with a manager and a bad attitude that was exhibited through the drive through! Donuts - ok if they have what you want. Parking - shares lot with several stores and can be congested. read more

The time schedule is a lie.... They were closed by 8:05pm on a Friday. Don't get your hopes up for a late night treat.

Jewel Young was so generous for donating doughnuts and coffee for Rogers Lane Elementary staff during Teacher Appreciation week. Thank you for all you do for the community read more

IT's National donut day and doors locked and you are told to go through drive through. You wait 10 minutes only to get cold, old, donuts. The glaze was deteriorating already. Had to have been made the day or two before. And folks, this was at 6:37am. Staff didn't even offer the promotional free donut and was frustrated when I asked to enter my purchase in the reward program Zero on all aspects of business. Save yourself the frustration. Go downtown to Peace Street. :( read more

I have always loved Krispy Kreme but this one is lacking. The customer service is always great but the selection of donuts leaves a lot to be desired. I like the raspberry and lemon filled ones but they are either always sold out, or they are filled with a half a teaspoon of filling. Not nice! Fill the donut with at least a tablespoon of jelly! I recently tried to order a dozen glazed and a dozen filled and the only thing they had was the glazed. Please get back to providing choices! read more

So this is my closest donut shop and we go here a couple of times a month. My son and husband love donuts. Usually I have a good experience, but nothing to really write home about, but today I had an interaction with a staff that went out of the way to be helpful. I took my son in for a donut as a treat and decided to order one for myself. They were out of several kinds and I joked with the young man about having a "KFC" moment (because who hasn't been to at least one store that was out of chicken). When I drove around to pay he thanked me for being understanding about the situation (he said that people actually curse at him when they are out of donuts, seriously). Those must be the folks who have never had a "KFC"moment. Anyway, he gave my son an extra donut. This really made my son's morning and sent him off to school with a smile. read more

Having moved from St. Louis, seeing Krispy Kreme is a comforting sort of continuity with so much change happening in my life. This little doughnut heaven is at its best when the "hot" sign is on. Get you some fresh doughnuts, pronto! The product is great no matter what creation you get. My favs are the original chocolate covered version. They also have decent smoothies. I mostly think Krispy Kreme is the bomb diggity. Except for its drive through. Normally, it is so slow that your frustration level makes you rethink why you are still in the car and not at the counter. Would be much faster. However, this location had a very quick drive through on a Saturday afternoon with several cars ahead of me. I was impressed. If you are on the go on Knightdale and see the Krispy Kreme, take a short detour through the drive through for some yum yum goodness. read more

Krispy Kreme - Donuts Near Me - Knightdale, North Carolina

Despite the Krispy Kreme app indicating this location on Knightdale Blvd had "Hot" doughnuts, when I arrived 40 minutes after they had opened, none of the various doughnuts, including the regular glazed doughnuts were hot or even fresh. They had all been made most likely the day before and were on the verge of being stale. It was not a good experience. Also, the door was locked during regular business hours, preventing customers from entering the establishment. The only way to make a purchase was via the drive-through. Do not rely on the KK app for accuracy. Call this location first to verify if they truly have "Hot" freshly made doughnuts. Also check to see if they are allowing customers to come inside and browse before deciding on a purchase. This is not the first time we have been disappointed by the operations at this location. read more

Thought today i would enjoy just one glazed doughnut. Boy ole' boy, was I upset to hear they didn't have any GLAZED donuts today. How could Krispy Kreme be out of one of the main sellers!!! Maybe next time. Definitely coming back just maybe not to this location. Driving away sad.. read more

Limited donut selection here, not many times a day when the donuts are hot and fresh it seems.

I went there today after a dentist office visit across the street, and the gentleman at the window was super friendly. While they were out of cake batter doughnuts (not a big deal, plenty more selection!), they had my favorite OREO doughnuts! But yeah, the guy at the window had great customer service - I wish I kept my receipt with me so I can give a shoutout. He smiled, looked me right in the eyes, and addressed me professionally and in a friendly manner. And the doughnuts are SUPER good! Really impressed with this Krispy Kreme! read more

I had a throw down junk food day. I was kind of in a crappy mood and I just needed these! Nate is amazing! He was super sweet and patient with me while I was trying not to be bitchy. I ordered a dozen and some milk. It was quick and no one was in there. Clean as always and I never have an issue with the employees. The only thing I dislike is that they don't have maple doughnuts and it's the only kind my husband likes. Come here if you need a quick, clean sugar fix. Plus, little Caesars is next door now! read more

Went there this morning and waited for 20 minutes to be served. There was only one person ahead of us. When it was our turn people started coming in the drive through then they took care of them first and were making frozen drinks. We only wanted 6 donuts to go. I guess you have to go through drive thru to get service. I asked when we were going to be served and they ignored us. Never going back and will let everyone know to avoid this location. read more

Who doesn't love doughnuts??!! This place has a full menu of them! Hot and Fresh! They tend to go fast too! Get 'em while they hot!

Worst Krispy Kreme location. Lack inventory control. they play this game where they pretend to run out of everything or purposely do it so they can leave early and not have to work. Every time I have been the lady at the drive thru always start w "we only have..." Might as well take assorted off the menu because you will only get what is easy for them to make read more

They turn their 'hot' sign on...but they don't even make their donuts here!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You can go to a grocery store bakery and get fresher donuts. Krispy Kreme is supposed to be about hot, fresh donuts...not boxed and shipped donuts under a warmer. What a waste of a store. read more

Don't expect the Hot Doughnuts sign to give you the same experience as a "regular" locations. The donuts are boxed and kept in a hot metal storage unit where one would expect them to come off the conveyor belt. For that reason, I give this place 3/5 stars because i expected more but received less. Everyone knows that hot doughnuts are the best doughnuts and these were lukewarm and disappointing. read more

Good donuts, if you don't like glazed sour cream, which they do not have at this location (and were very annoyed that I dared order said donut). If you're looking for a good cup of coffee with your donut, go to Dunkin Donuts, instead. They do not make donuts at this location. read more

Great place to get a quick bite for breakfast, snack, etc. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is they don't cook the doughnuts at this location, they are hauled in a few times a days from downtown Raleigh. The doughnuts are much fresher in taste and texture when compared to Dunkin Doughnuts. read more

Krispy Kreme - Assorted Dozen, ate a few. - Donuts Near Me - Knightdale, North Carolina

The drive thru takes forever. Twice now we have waited 15 minutes after ordering with only 1 car in front of us. This morning the car in front of us finally blew the horn and chewed out the employee before leaving without their order. I can't blame them, but I wasn't going home without my hot, fresh, now donuts after waiting that long. Also, what's the deal with apple fritters? They're on the menu but can't be put in an assorted box? Why can't they just charge an extra fee like they do for specialty donuts? I just don't think this franchise is being run correctly. read more

Classic Krispy Kreme. This was by far the cleanest and friendliest one I've been to in awhile. The staff working were really sweet and gave my two young daughters donut holes to eat whilst they made the life changing decision of chocolate sprinkles or the smiley face donut. Complete the trip with pretty slick looking retro hats for the kids and I'd say it was a success. The donuts were fresh and the brownie batter special was a gut killer but oh so beautiful. Donuts done right. Sorry Dunkin. read more

Great neighborhood Krispy Kreme, hot sign always on and fresh original glaze is perfect. They always run specials and change the flavor for seasons. Try the original donut shake...it's awesome. The staff is great with kids, always offering a balloon or hat. Several events/specials that give away free donuts. The coffee is consistently good, a little heavy on cream and sugar, best to get it on the side. Drive thru is fast and friendly, great location. read more

I never had a good experience here. They were either out of certain donuts that were on the menu or we waited forevvver in the drive thru. I will never go back to this location. read more
