Worst location ever! I'd rather dive to Buford now. We orders a half dozen doughnuts and a small iced coffee. The female at the window have me the doughnuts and closed the window without saying anything about the drink. It took them 8 minutes to come back with the drink! You could've at least said something. Every time I come here it takes years to get my order. It's good but why is it sooo slow when there's never that many people in line? I understand that labor can't go over a certain percentage so that they don't lose money but Krispy Kreme is a big name and one that should be upheld. read more

Krispy Kreme has the Best Doughnut in the world. However at this location they frequently have staffing issues. Occasionally staff is prompt, friendly and helpful but this review is only based upon today. Today the staff just stood talking. I was ignored and after a too long of a wait I left. If the red light was on I might have jumped up and down and made a scene to get my Hot Fresh Wonderful Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts! I've been to this location once. I went for Talk Like a Pirate Day. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice. I've eaten plenty Krispy Kreme in my life though. Most of the donuts are overly sweet; but the original glazed is super yummy. I love it cold or warm. It's like eating little sweet creamy clouds. Anyway,I dressed like a pirate on Pirate Day, and got a free bakers dozen. I thought it might be embarrassing, but there were like 15 other pirates in the store, giggling and complementing each other. There were men pirates, women pirates, children pirates. Pirates who were clearly office workers with hastily improvised "costumes". In the midst of our general merriment, the employees didn't look very amused; bless their hearts. Anyway, they do Pirate day every year- I think in the fall. It's worth having to dress up and drive. I have been eagerly anticipating the opening of this location because this one is closer to my house, versus the one further down also on Pleasanthill Rd. The other one on Pleasanthill almost ALWAYS has hot glazed donuts no matter what time of day. This location however.....not so much. I have driven to this location lots of times in hopes to get a yummy, soft, sweet, warm donut, but their sign is never on. Super annoying. But today I was with my family, and my 5 year old wanted a donut after his baseball game. We went to the drive thru at about 1pm and my husband asked the man through the speakers if there are hot donuts and the man andwered "man, we stop doing fresh hot donuts at 11am". We got one for my son, but I passed. I can get cold donuts in the grocery store. No thanks to this location. read more

They do not offer free samples even when the hot light is on. The service was mediocre and not very friendly. I believe the gentleman sitting in the front with his laptop and a bunch of paperwork was either the manager or the owner. My 10 year old boy went to the restroom and told me that there is no soap and that the soap dispenser was destroyed. I went in to find that the soap dispenser indeed was vandalized and the little soap pump on the sink empty. While we were discussing this, the gentleman with the laptop got up without saying anything, whizzed past is into the bathroom. I am assuming he was checking to see if there indeed was soap there. Again, not very friendly. After receiving our donuts about 10 mins after ordering, we sat down and put our donuts on an oval table, which was apparently missing a leg, flinging our donuts into the air. Had it not been for my awesome acrobatic skills, we would have lost our donuts we had just paid for! Suggestion to management - train yourself and the employees to provide great customer service and maintain the store better. read more

My review is based on wait time. I usually go to Starbucks but wanted to try the pumpkin spice donut. I waited in the drive thru line for 18 mins. This is the time it takes to get a meal at a restaurant. Not sure if they need to hire more workers or train their staff. Either way, I won't be back, not worth the wait. read more

This. location. is. SO. sad. I came to the drive thru at 10pm on a Tuesday and a young guy took my order. I ordered a dozen glazed, and 2 watermelon chillers. He said "what size" I said "small." He says "okay, pull up to the window for your order." There were 2 cars in front of me, so I couldn't pull up, so I was forced to listen to his whole conversation through the drive-thru speaker because he didn't turn his headset off after he took my order. I get to the window, and a girl (I believe she had some red in her hair, but I can't remember) opens the window and says "what was your order?" already, I'm wondering what the hell. So I tell her I had a dozen glazed, and 2 watermelon chillers. She gets my donuts and comes back to the window and says "what size?" I say "small." I'm a little annoyed and confused as to why I had to even bother with the drive thru speaker when I had to go through the same process again when I got to the window. It's not like their system was down, because the guy would have told me before he took my order. so the girl comes back and says my total is $11.11. She hands me my donuts, then hands me ONE DRINK and says "thank you." By this point I'm over it. so so over it. how is it that I ordered from TWO people, and told them both that I wanted TWO drinks, and still only ended up with one. & I told her again it was supposed to be 2 drinks, but I was so damn over it, I just told her "nevermind" & this broad closed the window and walked away. -_- no "I'm sorry about that!" No "are you sure you don't want the second one?!" Nothing. She just walked away like whatever. Pretty sure this location is losing potential profit due to the suckiness of their staff. 1st time AND last. Also, I would just like to add that I noticed this location has a few good reviews. so either the night staff is just super super sucky, or they've had a lot of employee turnover & all the good ones are gone. I had a craving for their glazed lemon creme filled donuts. So I went to the Pleasant hill location to buy a couple. I got in the drive through and there was already one car there it seems trying to decide what to purchase.It took 3-5 minutes for them to make an order and at one point I was looking for their phone number to call the store to see if they would mind if I jumped in front of them because they were taking too long. Then I decided to chill and they started to pull ahead to the window and once they got there they were told they had to pull around and park for their order to be prepared. So I got my order and left and started to eat it while I was driving and the first one I bite into had no creme at the beginning or the middle and just a small bite size amount at the end and I was livid. The second one was 25 percent filled and I felt robbed completely. This is the worse Krispy creme. I went through the drive through again and the same thing happened. So if you are early for work make sure it is an hour or more before you are to be there before you go through Krispy creme drive thru on Pleasanthill road. I woke up very early to buy GREEN doughnuts for my 5th Graders to celebrate the end of the week and St. Patrick's Day. So tell me why when I open them up at the school they are just the plain, every-day doughnuts, NOT GREEN! I am very upset. Why promote them if you aren't using them? Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They wait 15 minutes plus to take your order and it's not even when the hot sign is on. Two women were standing and making coffee for other orders and saw me there for 15 mins and never even said they'd be right with me until I had to ask if they'd take my order and they rudely said "after I do this order" and walked away. Lots of doughnuts to choose from but stay away from doughnuts with fillings, not very fresh. One of the doughnut I've purchased was the cheesecake doughnut and it tasted sour. I visited this local Krispy Kreme and I gave it 2 stars because of the amount of time we waited in the drive thru after ordering was ridiculous. They didn't come to the window once, besides to take our money and probably waited 15 minutes. He didn't tell us once what was going on and my mother in law had an app. She had to be at 9 am and we were in a hurry when we fist pulled in one car just left with his dounts and there were probably 2 people inside. But 3 people working so I knocked on the window to get their attention to see what's going on first off this guy working looked at us like we were crazy! And I say sir we have been waiting here for 10 minutes and you're not telling us what's going on. He says "well if you stopped all that knocking I could get your donuts" I look at this dude like he's crazy because I only knocked ONCE where is this KNOCKING coming from? Then not a second later. Literally... our donuts came out? Like what tf. Not to mention the other horrible experience I had with this location not going to get into that I've already wrote a a lot.
