Waited in line 20 minutes to get to the drive-thru window to be told that 'Kk is now closed' 5 minutes before closing time. Won't be back.

Place order online for pickup and when I got there 20min later it wasn't even ready at all!! Waited another 20min, for the new guy to make my drinks!! Manager was helping him with a attitude and she didn't apologize to me at all for having to wait, how rude!!! This place has gone down hill!! On top of that my donuts was stale!!! Wait total of 40min for stale Donuts!! read more

The newer, improved Krispy Kreme Doughnuts location in Duluth, off Pleasant Hill and Old Norcross in the Microcenter plaza. I used to frequent the older, smaller location near Assi. This new location is bigger and roomier. It is very clean too, not that the old location was not but I've been here several times to pick up several dozens of doughnuts to bring to work. I usually buy a dozen glaze and a dozen mixed. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are just yummy. It taste extra yummy when it's warm. I love the airy crispiness of the texture and the moist yumminess inside. I can never eat just one, or two, ooops, did I just really say that? Yes, I did. Plus every time I've gone, they had great customer service. 38/2017 read more

Huge fan of Krispy Kreme! Welcome addition to Gwinnett/Duluth. This location has all the lovely perks of Krispy Kreme including original glazed donuts, assorted flavor donuts, Espresso cafe, hot drinks, & Iced coffee drinks. I prefer Krispy Kreme to Dunkin Donuts generally speaking but think both are great. The hot chocolate here is excellent and the dozen donut deal for the Original Glazed is a little over $7. They have a convenient drive thru and the space is clean, colorful and poppin. Located in the same shopping plaza as Micro Center so parking is plentiful. Yay! I'm a fan for Krispy Kreme!! 4 Solid Yelp Stars which can easily become a 5 with a few more visits. I hope y'all do very well and will be seeing you again real soon ya hear? Holla~ #krispykreme p.s. have a positive day. read more

I love the new location and I love the new set up. It's bigger and seems to be brighter than the previous location. There is more space inside if you should decide to eat your treats onsite. Also, you now have the option to eat outside on some cute little patio table sets. I absolutely love it. Each time in passing I look to see if the light is on. You know the one I'm talking about. Just in some far fetched out case that someone stumbles upon this review and does not know what light I am referring to let me explain. If you look over and see a bright red round sign that reads "hot doughnuts now" almost like a batman sign/bat signal but picture a doughnut signal, I suggest that you pull some type of Matrix move on Pleasant Hill and get in there and get yourself a dozen or maybe two. Those soft, warm and perfectly glazed pillows feel like heaven on your tongue. They almost melt in your mouth a little. Almost I say. Just thinking about them now is making me want some. I tell you, Krispy Kreme may not be all fancy schmancy and offer a huge variety of flavors like some of these new doughnut shops, but there is no other place that I have tried that can compare to those mouth watering, delicious glazed doughnuts. Huge fan of this location. My family and I love coming here after dinner for a quick dessert, especially with the hot sign turned on. Andrea and her fellow staff are great! They really go above and beyond. There was one night where the power had went out intermittently, but the staff didn't panic. They gave us samples of the doughnut holes and iced coffee to wait out till the power came back on. Friendly customer service every time. The facility is clean and well-lit. Parking is spacious. It's located in the same area as the MicroCenter and Checkers. read more

Store is dirty. The donuts I bought today were not very soft and didn't have much filling.

Man taking my order scoffed in my face for ordering a single dozen, seriously? Giving attitude to customers for 45 seconds of work. Grow up.

When the hot sign is on! Go get some Krispy Kreme! We stopped by after dinner and within 5 mins in the drive thru we got our half dozen glazed and milk. We definitely got lucky when we came because other times, there would be a line of car going into the drive thru. You would be disappointed, but definitely go when the hot sign is on. That's when I feel like you'll get the fresh, warm donuts! read more

During the craziest time we've ever had a community- one would expect the people in our service industry are taking ALL of the proper precautions. Well, this KK is not. The young man at the window was wearing gloves and touching his face, the computer screen, money AND the food! So no thank you Krispy Kreme. Keep it. read more

Weird service, they need to get their hours of operation correct online. Google says they are 24hrs, Apple Maps says they close at midnight, Yelp says 11pm. We came after 11pm, no one took our order but we decided to drive up to the window and knock. After being stared at 3 times someone finally came to the window and said "yeah we open" and proceeded to take our order. So awkward. read more

I always stop here on tuesdays every month when I'm here to get my oil change around the corner. I can't help it, I have to pass this place and I always decide to stop here. The regular 3 pack fresh hot donut please, and let me eat it in the parking lot. Hot hot! read more

I've celebrated "national coffee day" here two years in a row and they're the only ones in Georgia that celebrate it right. Both years I enjoyed amazing doughnuts with pretty great coffee. Krispy Kreme is a universal name so it does not feel that I have to add a lot of details about their great doughnuts, but everyone that works there has always been helpful and there's always been seating that is clean. It is in a great location close to so many other great Pleasant Hill places. I definitely recommend trying their simple glazed doughnut if you're feeling indecisive and it is fun to watch the doughnuts being freshly made from the viewing window. read more

This was my lifesaver when I was pregnant! Came by once a week to satisfied my craving, and every single time we arrived, that "HOT NOW" was always on! The best HOT CREAMY DONUTS I ever have! The location was great because it was close to home. Plenty of parking because it was in front of Microcenter. Inside was tiny but plenty of donuts to go around. This place never disappoints! :) read more

This is the third time in about a year I've gone to this location. Every single time I've had an issue. The employees there don't know their menu. The first two times, they gave me the wrong food. This time, they have their new monster doughnuts on the menu - which all have fun names and should be very easy to understand. I repeated my order three times at the order box and another three or four times at the window because they just weren't understanding the words, Wolfie, Drake, and Frank. Even when I explained I was asking for the new monster doughnuts, they still weren't getting it. I finally had to tell both employees the icing colors. It's ridiculous. read more

The service is completely horrible. The female evening manager is rude and unprofessional and the employees are extremely lazy. Going forward, I will continue to go to Buford Dr location. read more

I've been to this location plenty of times. Always clean, staff is usually very attentive, and given that is a newer facility its always nice. For being such a big name, I got to say that consistency is great. I always come here for the hot donuts!! Yess, hot all day long! Not a lot more to say other than I truly recommend it! read more

Staff was very nice and appreciative of us coming in. Manager cares about the success of her store. Store was very clean and modern. Loved the music playing. I called ahead and the manager was nice about making sure the doughnuts were rolling off hot and fresh when we got there. Might be the best location in Atlanta! read more

I drove all the way to this location because it's the closet to Dunwoody . And when I got home I only had 3 out of the 6 donuts I ordered . I asked for original chocolate glazed and they gave me chocolate topped - filled with some nasty cream donut . I was very unhappy that I wasted my time to drive to this location to get hot donuts that also were not hot read more

Krispy Kreme - Missing two because I couldn't help myself - Donuts Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

Horrible. Came here twice. Both times, they don't wear gloves and no masks. The guy who works years keeps pulling his pants then picking up donuts with his bare hands. I even told the manager and her reply - she didn't see anything, she literally walked in when he was pulling up his pants and then picked up the donuts with his bare hands. read more

Quick and yummy. Hot light was on. Drive through was quick for KK. Cashier was nice but disappeared to run my card.

I was very impressed with how clean the store is. I arrived just before 9:00 a.m and they had lots of people working. I barely had to wait at all, even though the fellow right before me ordered six dozen donuts! The employees were polite and the donuts were very fresh. The red "hot donuts" sign was on. I purchased two dozen. I had a coupon for one free dozen with the purchase of another and they gladly accepted it. I also purchased a medium classic iced coffee which was good and strong. I don't take sugar in my coffee and it was perfect. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I'll definitely be returning. read more

Grabbed some donuts late night via drive thru. Ordered three different ones, but actually wanted a 1/2 dozen. The 1/2 dozen price wasn't listed and came out to be two dollars short of the price of a dozen, which seemed wasteful. The cashier was friendly and had the donuts ready when we pulled up. The interior looked recently renovated and they had the donut machine running for kids to enjoy. read more

How lovely! Whoever invented a drive thru for hot KK donuts needs to be slapped, humped, & canonized in that order. Great location also not too close or too far from my house so I can keep some teeth. My least fave flavor is the lemon but still don't leave me alone with a box. Of course I'm gonna need about a gallon of h2o to flush these carbs. Oh yea & the staff is courteous as well. read more

They should just take lattes off their menu. They haven't served them since December. Their excuse is they're waiting on a part. They could've had someone hike to Amazon and back by now with the part. Fortunately the donuts are good enough to stand on their own. But if you like your donuts with a latte, this is not your place. read more

Awful. Get this store together. They didn't have most of the doughnuts that they had labeled in the display... perhaps the gnats that were in the display ate them? I don't know‍But it was all good because at least they weren't serving the doughnuts from the display- because that makes it better I guess. I went a few weeks ago and ordered raspberry filled donuts, ended up with all lemon filled doughnuts- they didn't have raspberry filled. Apparently a few weeks later, they still don't. Why do you even have the labels if you don't have them?? It's a dirty location. The service is SLOW. Disgrace to Krispy Kreme! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Waited in drive thru for over 20mins. Seriously it's just donuts. How hard is it to fry dough. Slower than a sit In restaurant. When I got to window for my glazed donut they told me it's not ready and to go back around to end of the line. WTF!!! I hope they go out of biz Bc they don't deserve to succeed for their poor service. read more

A Krispy Kreme donut is the best donut you could ever have! They're light and fluffy, and I always feel like I could eat a million and a half. If you walk in, it's always a treat to see freshly made glazed donuts being made right in front of you. I went here on a free donut day and it was clean and organized despite the hordes of people inside. The employees were nice and friendly. I was in a out in less than 5 minutes. read more

Great service at this location. Quick and polite staff. A little slow on the drive through, so if you're in a hurry just walk inside.

The service here is ridiculous as the workers could not get my order right. It was as simple as, "I want a dozen donuts, half original and half 'eclipse' donuts." Granted they were busy, but it's a pretty simple order. The service was slow, but they were busy from the fiasco of the "solar eclipse event" so I can't really complain. The donuts are typical Krispy Kream donuts and do not disappoint. read more

I feel as though I'm a Krispy Kreme expert. I've been to Krispy Kreme locations all over the world. I was not impressed with this location. Maybe the staff was all new? Maybe because breakfast rush was over so the need to give quality product and service wasn't met? I don't know the reason why my donuts were ice cold , coffee tasted burnt and the cashier tried to cheat me out of $5! If my experience today didn't confirm I was supposed to start my summer bod regime than I'm not listening to the Universe! read more

Came here to try the chocolate glaze donuts but unfortunately they did not make any. What is the point of posting a sign stating that the first Friday of every month they will have chocolate glaze donuts.
