I am not too sure how this place is during the day but they close at 11 pm, at 9 pm when I showed up - they were out of more than half of their donut selections. Each one we asked for they said they were 'out of', so we just got half a dozen glazed and some sugar and a couple maples but when we received them they looked sooooo old as if they were made during the opening of the store then given to us at 9 pm. Awful presentation, these don't look appealing to anyone. I don't understand why these were even okay to be on display. read more

I enjoy coming here, it's the closest to surprise. They always have a wide selection of doughnuts to chose from and .99 doughnut holes! Their coffees are pretty good just 12, 16,& 20 ounces. A lot different from Dunkin doughnuts very large cups of sugar with "coffee". Krispy Kreme has done it right with their coffee/ doughnut combos! A serious steal for 2 dozen doughnuts and a large coffee for $18. The staff here is overly friendly and helpful which is refreshing since it seems like customer service has really gone down in fast service establishments. I like coming here every so often because they constantly have new doughnuts! Their current one is a reese's doughnut next is pumpkin spice. I have a sweet tooth for sure and Krispy Kreme hits the spot every time. From the freshness of their products, friendless of the staff, to the cleanliness of the store. read more

Placed an Internet order on Tuesday for a 7AM Saturday pickup. Saturday at 4:45 I received an email canceling my order, no reason, but there was a phone number to call. Called the number, no answer and the voice mailbox was full. read more

Yep this is going to be a semi long one but I figured I'd rant about it while I was fresh in my head. Once the location was addressed in a fairly quick manner however I don't appreciate having one of your signature items or even a new item not be available for customers or at least an expectation to know when during that day they're going to be replenished said specialty item. Just because they're handmade doesn't mean that we have to reap the disrespect of not having products available I'd rather make it by hand myself....Yes I'm talking about the latest apple fritter that they DONT have (And despite the demand plan to not even make any more for the entire day! this is coming from management telling me this and it's 8:00 in the morning!) and the fact that they only make it once per day as if they don't know through all the marketing and all the other big brother stuff that they do to get the numbers that they get that they're going to have expectation that said store and not fulfill that expectation. at least I have the sauce of knowing that they're still focusing on donuts mostly. They just keep playing around with them so much so that they're getting misconducted and thinking that they need to make more money from something that pretty much half of the people on this planet think they are drugs in them anyway..(thats why they are sooo addictive) .Yes I'm talking about the original glazed dounut... how about making smaller stores that have only the basics in there that never change. That way you can experiment with a big locations and we can follow suit and adjust like the other lemmings when you have a specialty item that is not in said store! read more

Krispy Kreme - Thumbs down For not having your latest product which even though it's handmade should be available twice at least during the day. - Donuts Near Me - Avondale, Arizona

It's an OK Franchise, went in to purchase a dozen and they where half out not much variety. Need to keep up with the variety of more flavors. But whatever they did have left was great tasting and soft. read more

I'm not sure what was going on at this place when I went through their drive through last week. After I'd ordered, the employee repeated it back to me and then asked me to drive up. Upon reaching the window, I had to tell her my order consisting of 2 glazed doughnuts and a small iced coffee three more times before she understood. I'm not sure why. They weren't busy at all. The glazed doughnuts here are standard Krispy Kreme. The iced coffee I had ordered, however, was completely lousy. It was way too sickeningly sweet. I was going to send it back, but they were having so much trouble with the order that I didn't bother and went to Einstein's down the road for a new coffee instead. read more

How does this place run out oof donuts on a Sunday? Truly disappointing and unbelievable.

This Krispy Kreme used to be amazing. It has now turned into a total train wreck. They have hot lights on when there's nothing hot, they never have any donuts, rude staff and they will tell you when they will have hot donuts and then they will still not have them. The old staff was phenomenal. I am now thinking I officially have to stop going here as my official donut spot. read more

No glazed donuts on a Saturday no big deal, got chocolate iced instead but was given custard filled donuts instead when I told the cashier she said they didn't have those and didn't offer to exchange them or anything.. so am I just supposed to leave with something I didn't order and don't like? I get out of my car and go in to see if I can exchange them and they have ALOT of chocolate iced donuts which were the ones I asked for in the fist place and then she lied and said they didn't have those.. bad service and crappy attitude.. don't bother going here read more

We were so excited to get some of the holiday donuts and they didn't have any. The girl could've informed us which ones were out. Almost every donut we asked for they didn't have. Highly disappointed. Also got one of the cherry filling and there was barely any. Going to try the one in Scottsdale and hope for better service and more choices of their donuts read more

The customer service here really sucks. Everyone acts like they don't want to be there and don't want to help you. The only reason why I even came here is because they have a drive-through. $24 for two dozen donuts, but if you add a coffee and turn it into a combo it goes down to $19. (insert hard sigh and eye roll) Support a small business and go to a local donut shop. Avoid this place as the hot sign is hardly ever on, the donuts are close to stale, the coffee is basic and the cleanliness is questionable. read more

I understand everything has gone up and that is everywhere but to make your donuts smaller and make the price go up makes no sense to me I rather go to a mom/pop donut shop then spend another dime here. I rather pay more for the donuts then have smaller donuts ! Restaurants have the right to make portions smaller they wait on customers throughout their time there but Krispy Kreme you making your donuts smaller makes no sense you're not a restaurant your a donut shop read more

I went All the way to Dysart to buy some donuts for my daughter that's been wanting them we were debating between Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme she kept telling me mom but Krispy Kreme has them really warm so I drove an extra 20 minutes just to get to the Dysart one even ordered her a latte a frozen one The kind that's pictured showing Caramell on top of it so we get to the window and sit there waiting a whole five minutes for somebody comes to the window mind you there's nobody in the drive-through behind me but one car what could they possibly be busy doing the lady comes to the window and hands me my daughters frozen latte and my daughter says where's the caramel I asked the lady and she said oh I was So busy I didn't want to put it So she grabs the latte back from me And as the drizzle of caramel on top as were driving off away from Krispy Kreme my daughter opens up the box of dozen donuts and all of the donuts were cold like if they have been sitting there I wanted to go back so bad and complain like smh ain't those donuts supposed to be war but I figured I'll just go to another Place for donuts the next time the girl at the windows name is Clarissa someone should definitely train her and better customer service skills read more

Bad business! I went in to get the valentine doughnuts at 3:45 on 2/13 and they were sold out. I asked one of the 3 employees just standing around if they were going to make more, the lady said they get their order at 5:30 I said but I'm ordering them but she said I had to wait. Maybe you should have the special doughnuts made all the time since it is Valentines Day tomorrow. That's not the first time that has happened but it will be the last. Now I know why there are only a couple of stores open. Dunkin Doughnuts is a lot better anyway, they always have what we are looking for. Good luck krispykreme staying open because your customer service is bad and your employees are to blame. read more

Walked up at 11am on Wednesday and doors are locked?! Sign lit up saying open. What gives?! Very disappointed

Most restaurants I have a drive through either have one person taking orders and one person doing handout, or a person that can take orders and do handouts at the same time. The Krispy Kreme method, no matter how long of a line there is, is to take one order let that person mosey up to the window and then completely handle their order while making everyone else it back in line at the ordertaking station. If you are in any kind of hurry at all, and you even see one car pull in to the drive through and front of you, the best thing for you to do is do a U-turn and go to the quick trip down the street to get your donuts. You'll be sitting there for 15, 20, even 30 minutes waiting for your order while they slowly service the people in front of you. I've learned this the hard way on three different occasions. Now I only stop there if there are no cars in the drive-through. If there's a car or a line, you're going to spend a long time waiting for your Krispy Kreme donuts. Very slow service. read more

Usually love Krispy Kreme but I've had it with this location. Every time it's some snotty lady running the drive thru, they never have inventory, and they'll mess your order up on what little they do have. Today was was caused me to finally write this overdue review. I pull up to the drive thru, the lobby still isn't open due to COVID. I wait there for about 10 minutes without any help. I finally pull around and stand at the door. Somebody makes eye contact with me and still ignores me. Wasn't until I waved them down when she came to the door and informed me they'll be closed until 7 am due to lack of inventory. Big shocker. Thanks for letting me know at the drive thru while I waited for you. If your store hours say 5:30 am, and I get here at nearly 6 am...I would say that you should have full inventory. Weird how that works. I'm done with this location. All others seem to be open when their mentioned hours say, with donuts! It's time after time with this place and it's getting old. Step up Krispy Kreme. read more

This is the worst Krispy Kreme ever. The worst. It used to be a tradition that I brought my husband and his work buddies donuts from her once a week. That stopped today. 7/10 times I've gone they get my order wrong. They work at a donut shop. There are only so many choices. How hard is it? And if it's me and I'm not speaking clearly just say "I'm sorry j didn't understand". Nope. Today I ordered 4 donuts. 3 of the ones I received were not ones I ordered. The one that was correct was supposed to be cream filled. It had the hole for the cream, but was empty. This is not the first time we have gotten empty cream filled donuts either! And it's just obvious the lack of work ethic in this shop. I come from a background of if you're going to do something, even if it's a stupid job, take pride in your work and people will notice. That is obviously not the philosophy of this establishment. I know what you're thinking. They're just donuts it's not a big deal. You are so correct! Which is why I kept going, because who cares-they are fried sugar still... No need to be picky. But after awhile it gets annoying handing your money over to sloppy teenagers who can't even be bothered take an order or fill a donut. I'll be going to the stoner filled dunkin donuts by my house to continue this tradition from now on. At least it's cheaper and even with their crappy customer service their inferior product is still made properly. read more

I went yesterday to get some fresh hot doughnuts and I was very disappointed after waiting 15 minutes in line and opened my box after getting on the freeway. My original glazed doughnuts looked days old. They were cold and looked like they were just thrown in my box. I wanted to turn around but I was already on the freeway. I ate one, my son and my husband ate one too and they tasted cold and hard. I could've just drove to Walmart across the street from my home and would've been just as satisfied. I wanted my warm original glazed doughnuts! This is my first time ever experiencing this at any Krispy Kreme. They definitely are in need of new staff! read more

I never had a hot-off-the-belt glazed donut until today so I really didn't know what the fuss was about. Now i know what the fuss is about. I'm still a Shipley Donut's fan (Texas chain) but their glazed is pretty damn good. The ones already out though, meh, it's all right. My ice coffee wasn't made correctly but the folks working there were really nice. They were just super busy so I didn't feel like going back. We were greeted warmly and they were very patient with my indecisive 4 year old. I would definitely come back. read more

This is the worst Krispy Kreme's so disappointing, we were ready to buy so nice warm fresh doughnuts and walked in to empty shelves of doughnuts and the workers just standing around.. but the sad thing is we weren't alone at least 10 cars that walk away with the same look on their face. NO DOUGHNUTS TODAY!! Dunkin Doughnuts it is!! read more

This location is great for the obvious reasons like the doughnuts and coffee are delicious. They do have something else going on there..everyone is extremely nice and smiling real smiles. It's ambiguously fun in there because the good times are genuine which transfers to anyone who walks in. Ever go to a Starbucks and it can feel like there is an undercurrent of hostility? This place is the opposite of that. It feels like you're walking in to a Jimmy Buffet song dude. Good times read more

Came on a Sunday expecting them to be busy, they weren't but it took fa good few minutes before anyone was available to help me. Not a big deal, I was fine with that. But the person grabbing the donuts for me was less than delightful. She barely spoke to me, rolled her eyes when I asked a question, it was awkward and slightly uncomfortable. Donuts were fine and tasty, however. And the cashier was nice. read more

This is my favorite branch and the only branch I go to. The same guy at the drive thru window was very helpful, friendly and accommodating everytime I go there. One time I ordered only 1 glazed donut, he said it was on the house. Couldn't give zero stars unfortunately. Been to this place 3 times and each time there's a major issue. I've gone twice now and have been told "Our drink makers aren't here." Literally, "drink makers" have not been present so they magically don't have coffee. On another occasion, I showed up and their entire donut machine was down. This building is a waste of prime real estate in which another business could occupy. read more
