I'm not really sure why there are so many negative reviews! I've been to this location several times within this last year and every time there was no wait, the staff was friendly and attentive and the variety of doughnuts were phenomenal. Not to mention, the dozens of doughnuts I've purchased here have tasted fresh and delicious! I've never had their coffee so I can't comment on that, but their doughnuts, especially the glazed and maple doughnuts are freaking amazing! read more

I ordered 26 dozen donuts for a wedding on Sunday and when I arrived they didn't have the order. The gal (I wish I could remember her name) was so helpful and wanted to bring a solution. I had to wait 20 minutes extra but I got my donuts! The gal I placed the order with, Jasmine, and the girl I worked with Sunday went out of their way to make me a happy customer. So I came her with a coworker who is a HUGE fan of this place....I am more eh... but she saw this location and yelled "omg we HAVE to stop!!!" So we stopped and walked in to an empty building only housing 3 workers so I figured no problemo! I asked to use the bathroom to wash up before getting my grub on and was told it was for customers, I replied "I plan to be one if I get an opportunity to obtain clean hands!" I finally gained access and upon coming back out to counter my coworker was waiting for me to order, all I asked for was a jelly donut. Dangerous. This store kept their lobby open during the Virus crisis and it was packed with over 25 people standing shoulder to shoulder. They obviously dont value the health of their employees. We decided to give this location one more chance today because of the buy one get one offer. It was a mistake. We could not get out of the 30 minute wait in drive-thru because of the line of cars. The drive through closed at 8 because of everything happening, but we got in line before then, and we were waiting behind 4 or 5 cars. By the time we got to order it was 8:02. They informed us they were closed and were not going to serve anymore orders. The Valentine's Day donuts were NOT ready on the 13th. I was told it would be a few hours before more were ready. I said I'd call this time since it's a good drive there for me. She never told me that they NEVER answer the phone. I tried off and on for like an hour, no answer, so I left a message. I haven't been to Krispy Kreme in over 8 years and I forgot the flavor. But my mother took me to this one and I felt a wave of nostalgia hit me. I saw the donuts being made right before my eyes. It was magnificent. I saw them glazing them. My mom asked for them to give us ones right off the rack. They were warm and cozy. The glaze made my fingers sticky which was awesome. This is the closest location to me, but it's still a 30 minute drive. This location is so horrible. We drove 15 miles to get a Krispy Kreme for a special treat. We were given the doughnuts but not the coffee. Eventually we asked the girl taking orders when we could get our coffee.
