But no response. "Hi Mama, I just wanted to make you aware of something that happened this evening. We have been faithful customers since you were working out of the commercial kitchen on 36th one day a week. We have never had a bad experience until today. We bought a box of 10 minis for $17 and every one of them was absolutely horrible. They were not the lovely fluffy, lightly sweet malasadas we have come to know and love. They were condensed, sour, flat, burnt messes that sugar wouldn't even stick to. There were 2 very young, very lovey girls working in the store tonight, but obviously they need more training regarding your standards, because I know after years of buying your product this is not your expectation.
