I went into the store early June and the staff were okay but clearly annoyed that all I was worth was a $5 sale. I didn't know at the time, but the person who helped me was the manager. I was told it would take a week or two to arrive and they would call me when it did. Three to four weeks goes by and I call for an update and a female employee answers, looks into it and says she expects it to arrive in the next day or so and will call me back. Another few weeks go by with no call and I call to follow up (it's now been close to 2 months) and the parts have arrived and have been in the store for god knows how long and of course no call. I ask for the name of the manager as I would like to share my thoughts on some pretty terrible customer service I've experienced. The female sales person suddenly is not so helpful, can barely muster the name or contact details for the store manager and tells me that I should call back another time as she is new and doesn't know any procedures on how to resolve complaints (e.g. no email, customer service process, when a manager will be back, etc.). At any rate, I recommend you go anywhere but to that location. They've lost a customer in me and I plan to tell anyone and everyone I know not to go there. That one day I may have been a $5 sale and nothing to write home about for your daily sales total or commission if you make any, but that's not to say I wouldn't have purchased more another day or recommended friends to visit that location in the future. Pretty darn poor customer service if I do say so myself and rather unfortunate that you think treating people like that in a customer service industry is okay.

They neglected to mention a few crucial facts: 1. Once the glasses arrive at the store, they can't be picked up until the in-house optician inspects them; 2. The in-house optician was on vacation for the next two weeks; 3. No substitue optician would be filling in; 4. Once the glasses are delivered to a WP store, they're stuck at that store and cannot be delivered to a different WP store (where the optician could examine them and release them to the customer), nor could an optician from a different store come to their location. For me, these facts amounted to my glasses being physically present in the store for over a week while they refused to give them to me, as their optician was scheduled to return from vacation the day after I left town for mine. I explained to the staff that I was going to be doing multiple long drives for which I really should be wearing my new prescription for safety's sake, but they kept refusing to consider any way of resolving the situation other than holding my glasses hostage until I returned from my trip. Had they been honest with me about the optician situation when I ordered the glasses, I would have had them sent directly to my home and received them in plenty of time. I will most definitely not be shopping at Warby Parker again.

They are so thin and lightweight I usually forget I'm wearing them. I have had the same pair for about two years and they look fabulous still. The store in Georgetown is like a third of the size of the one in Los Angeles. Parking even on a weekday is very tricky because they have have taken up a bunch of parking spots to widen the sidewalks for better social distancing.

So, I highly recommend this specific location. If there're any Asians or people with similar nose shape reading this, go to this store! All the other stores had sunglasses that have such high nose bridge, which sits on my cheek, so any Asian who wears such a design will have this long horizontal line in the middle of their face. Here they have TB certain styles that work for Asian nose and many more including Coach designs which I didn't see in the actual Coach store. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. There are also tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Although, the Pentagon City location is more my speed. This location is not all bad. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!

I chose to happily pay $205 for new lenses because I loved my sunglasses and wanted to keep them. A mandatory frame inspection required me to go into a WP store (4 hours from where I live) to have them approved. Once I finally had a reason to be in the same city as WP, they confirmed my frames were fine and agreed to the lens replacement. During the lens replacement, WP broke my frames. I received email notification about this that was unclear (again) of the refund process. Phone customer service was polite, but extremely dependent on getting answers from a manager with long holds in between. WP issued a refund for the lenses but was unwilling to provide a replacement for the ones they broke. I got a $20 coupon instead. This was an incredibly frustrating experience and I will be shopping for replacement sunglasses elsewhere.
