I have since moved across the country and recently moved back to NYC. In need of another eye exam, I returned unsure of what the experience might be like (because customer service in general has drastically declined). I called to double check they accepted my insurance and was able to make an appointment the next day. When I arrived, they promptly got me checked in. The doctor had great bedside manners and felt friendly, but moved things along. Because I didn't have many problems, I was able to get in and out in around 15 minutes, and the exam still felt thorough. They also checked the prescription on my (old old old) reading glasses and replaced the lenses in about two days. I got a text when they were ready for pickup. AND, they repaired my bent sunglasses and tightened the screws FOR FREE. All in all, this is exactly the type of ideal healthcare experience. I felt like I got my money's worth and I will be back for my next eye exam.
