Some of the highlights included Eggplant Melanzana, Juicy Lamb Kebab, and Branzino (they call it something else that takes just as long to type what I'm typing out right now). "No you got these online. We can't help you in store". In what modern retail / luxury world is Gentle Monster not Gentle Monster. The product is exactly the same. Literally untouched and fully packaged. Call online customer service during their business hours with no answer. I tried this 5 times. I then email them to learn it's a 14 return policy with NO exchanges. Mind you i was a week over the 14 day period. (14 days is wild. I travel for work for longer periods) I'm annoyed and will NEVER suggest you purchase from them. Maybe if they spent even 1/2 the money they throw at in-store visuals toward Omni-channel client shopping experience they could actually be a real business. This is unprofessional and goes on to show how evil the office manager is who would blatantly lie like that. These people are crooks because they discounted the frame and when we showed interest and being out of State had someone try to come pidck them up, an employee probably the officer manager decided to buy fo herself and tarnish the company's reputation. The office manager needs to be fired.
