I loved this place for the juice and smoothies but I noticed that they were really sweet. I ask what is in them and they constantly tell me just fruit and water(juice) or fruit and milk or orange juice or ice cream if you want(smoothie) they never say they add sugar. No where on the menu and never to me. So I decided to ask specifically and they said they do add sugar. I find this completely irresponsible to not make this known. Not everyone wants added sugar (like for my son especially). People go to these places for real fresh made juice so I was highly disappointed. And the quality of ingredients for their sandwiches aren't great either. read more

First time here & definitely not our last, came in right around my sons nap time & he was pretty upset about not getting a lollipop at the bank... we ordered sat down and waited for our food & to our surprise we were handed a fruit lollipop with our order, instantly my son perked up and we both left smiling from ear to ear!! Strawberries and pineapple were the perfect thing to cheer my dude up & healthy too !! I saw an ad for this place and was excited to go, thinking it would be as good as Que Torta in Escondido. I gave it two tries, and it doesn't come close. So 5 stars for food but 2-3 stars for how long it takes. Was in today for 2 tortas and a juice and it took like 25-30 minutes to get our stuff and only one person was ahead of us. People came in after us so it wasn't empty when we left but wasn't sure why they were so slow. This is our second time in and while we like the food and drinks the wait always frustrates me so I'm not sure we will be back. I guess you just have to not go in when you're hungry or in a hurry so the wait time won't matter. read more

Good Acai bowl but the breakfast bagel barely had anything in it, all i could taste was the bagel itself.

This place is SO DELICIOUS. Hands down the best açaí bowl in town. A little smaller than others but that doesn't matter to me because it's over filled with more quality ingredients that are more dense. Ever Bowl has big sizes buy their açaí blend is like really watery and has pieces of ice in it. Kravings blends it to the perfect consistency and it's thick and creamy. I love it and they give you a great amount of honey too while others pale in comparison. I won't go anywhere else. I just wish they were a open later so I could grab food after work as I work until 7 and they close at 7. Also! I was in there tonight and as soon as I walked in it smelled very clean and everything was sparkling so they're being very conscientious during this virus issue which made me feel better about purchasing food outside my house at this time. I had the super nachos!! They were great! One of the best in San Diego, that's just my opinion!! My son had 2 chamangos! Not 1 but 2, so I think they're pretty good! The service was awesome! As soon as you open the door they acknowledge you, that feels pretty good! The place was very clean. As soon as a customer leaves the table, there's an employee cleaning the table and pushing in the chairs! The owners look like they're always there, they don't have a problem cleaning tables or pushing chairs in!! Remember it's quality food not fast food!! I think I waited 5 minutes for my super nachos and 1 chamango!! 2 minutes for the second one!! That's not bad I've waited longer at McDonalds!! The owners are great guys! This is my first time here and by far the best customer service I've experienced right when I walk in the atmosphere is amazing they welcomed us like family had the best recommendation of there items to try from there ham torta, pepino loco, strawberries and cream, and salads and all was amazing. This establishment used to be Frutiza, now it is Kravings Fruit Bar, either way, I have been to this place several times in the past when it used to be Frutiza. Last couple times, I bought 3 lomo tortas that were tasteless, no flavor super dry and the bread appeared to be old. I didn't notice till I got to work. This has never happened before, however, I didn't call or make a big deal even though I paid little over $30. Anyway few weeks after my son asked me to get him a panela torta along with a smoothie and I added an acai bowl. The yogurt in it or whatever it was, tasted spoiled. My son said his torta was tasteless; the cheese was very small in portion. However, the smoothie came out ok; they have good smoothies, I'll give them that. Just yesterday, my daughter asked me for a smoothie so we went and I felt in the mood for a bionico. Probably the last time I'm going to spend my money at this location because that "sweet cream" tasted more like sour cream. The employees were ok. You always hear a welcome when you come in and it's nice, but sounds more like a routine. No one really smiles. I was gonna call and make a complaint, but I feel like it is also a waste of time so I decided instead make a review. Never coming back again. read more
