Back to Belle and found out oil housing damaged. Would not hold oil and needed to be replaced. This took another 3-1/2 hours to repair. Told by the assistant manager he was going to dig into what happened during these two encounters and would call me TODAY 3/27/25. He promised they would make it right. I've yet to hear from anyone. I'll never trust Belle Tire and won't ever go back. $505 for a botched oil change, rotors I probably didn't need and 7+ hours of my life I will never get back.
