I haven't been to the physical location but we had krab kingz at Erma Rose winery. The seafood was good but I don't think the water was at a rolling boil when the seafood was put in. The shrimp was cooked but the middle wasn't hot. When dealing with frozen seafood it's best to wait until the water is very hot to put more in. Had a layover in Texas, decided to try the crab because I love to have my crab dipped in multiple sauces. Establishment was pretty clean and well kept. Daiquiri machine was down so that was disappointing. Food was okay, crab still was a bit cold coming out of shell. The hush puppies were okay, I think the best part of the meal was the sweetened corn. Kid didn't really like the shrimp basket. There was a tremendous hassle in getting the food I ordered to go. The staff seem to lose the order and brought it out in pieces while asking me what they still had to fill within the order. The experience was frustrating and unnecessary. The prices are high with not enough quantity in food served. I ordered snow crab and lobster for $40. The crab was small and lobster was a decent size; I expected more for the $$. The food was tasty, but they need to do a better job of being organized. Do not order the daiquiri. My first experience with Krab Kingz. Delivery. Unfamiliar with oily boiled seafood. The sauce had escaped the container. Maybe it was the sauce that was oily. Messy . Unappetizing. Ate the shrimp and sausage after wiping with paper towels (after all, this meal cost $32). Would have rather had two pieces of corn than five potatoes. My order request of two lemons and extra sauce was not provided. May I suggest a round plastic container with a top. I've never been to this location in person. But chile let me tell you. I've given these folks about three paychecks in the past two years and they'll probably get a few more over the next decade. This is not my #1 spot in Houston for seafood. However, this is my # 1 choice when ordering seafood through DoorDash. This place is so good my DoorDash delivery only makes it to my house 75% of the time. I'm not kidding. It has been "stolen" 8 times. Yes, 8 times. I'm not exaggerating at all. In fact, some DoorDashers put in an order for themselves delaying the delivery of my food. I can't blame them though the smell will send fireworks off in your head. I've taken a break from ordering from this restaurant because of the DoorDash delivery time. I usually order the #9 King Me with the Kitchen Sink flavor. This place is despicable!! 25% of the time they get it right if you tip and stress to them how you need fresh food! They have only kids working at this location and never have a manager which is illegal! I received old, cold food and returned twice yo the store in the same day! I had to reach the manager, Toby, by cell phone (346) 235-5691. Since he decided to leave early! He promised to refund me and even offered to remake the order for a third time since both times I was given old reheated food! Toby waited until the store closed and text me to suggest that I file a dispute with door dash because he couldn't reach the owner and then Toby blocked my number from calling and whenever I call the restaurant he has the employees lying to state that he's not in! We went in there(Humble location) for the first time this past Saturday(3-6-2022). I had very high hopes for the place. The food was good, the staff, while not very attentive, were friendly, and then something happened that made me wonder if I should call the health dept. The young lady that took our order wrote it up wrong which caused them to give us an excess of corn on the cob and no sausage. Now one would wonder, even in an imperfect world, that this would be a simple fix. The floor attendant informed us that she realized that a mistake was made, but she'd have to "check with management" to see if we could receive the pieces of sausages that should have accompanied our order. When she came back out, she informed us that in order to give us the sausages, she would need to take back the extra corn that was on our plate. She asked us to hand it to her by hand and we looked at each other and complied as we were too stunned to do anything else. So i find myself wondering, especially in the age of a pandemic, did they turn around and serve this corn to another unsuspecting customer? Did they take it back out of spite after admitting that the mistake was on their end? Rest assured, we won't be back and I hope that anyone reading thinks twice before going back there because I can't say for certain what they did with the corn that was taken from us. read more

Asked the manager what could he do for us and he said he couldn't refund us since we ate some (How else would we know we don't like the food unless we eat it???) but he offered to give like a voucher to come back another time but we declined and he walked away abruptly. So, my family ordered a fried fish and shrimp platter($19.99), JR's fish & fries($6.99), and a #09 small shrimp($17.99). Now, I must admit, the #09 small shrimp was truly small. I was actually very surprised because it was $17.99 and the fried fish and shrimp included two strips of fish and 8 pieces of shrimp and a lot of fries. We definitely got our money's worth with that platter compared to the #09. The food was really good, nicely seasoned though. Loved the Cajun taste of everything. Our total was $50.10 with the $1.50 convenience fee included because I ordered online for pick up at the store. (That's where I'm guessing that is the reason for the convenience fee) everything seems to have a convenience fee these days, you just don't know what for anymore, you just pay it and move along. Regardless, the food was good, I might try it again and see how the lobster tail is and possibly try snow crabs. And yes, I knocked a star off because that darn #09 meal was incredibly super small.
