I haven't been to the physical location but we had krab kingz at Erma Rose winery. The seafood was good but I don't think the water was at a rolling boil when the seafood was put in. The shrimp was cooked but the middle wasn't hot. When dealing with frozen seafood it's best to wait until the water is very hot to put more in. The flavor was amazing and the staff was fabulous.

Had a layover in Texas, decided to try the crab because I love to have my crab dipped in multiple sauces. Establishment was pretty clean and well kept. Daiquiri machine was down so that was disappointing. Food was okay, crab still was a bit cold coming out of shell. The hush puppies were okay, I think the best part of the meal was the sweetened corn. Kid didn't really like the shrimp basket. Next time in Texas, will have to try one of the other locations!

Food is great! Place is clean! I eat here at least once a week now . So glad to have a good seafood place near my house now. Was tired of driving to Captain Crawfish!

Sausage wrapped in paper towel.

My first experience with Krab Kingz. Delivery. Unfamiliar with oily boiled seafood. The sauce had escaped the container. Maybe it was the sauce that was oily. Messy . Unappetizing. Ate the shrimp and sausage after wiping with paper towels (after all, this meal cost $32). Would have rather had two pieces of corn than five potatoes. My order request of two lemons and extra sauce was not provided. May I suggest a round plastic container with a top. I realize that on any given day, any different chef, the meal may be prepared differently. I will order from Krab Kingz again. Everyone deserves a second chance. I apologize for the pictures.

I've never been to this location in person. But chile let me tell you. I've given these folks about three paychecks in the past two years and they'll probably get a few more over the next decade. This is not my #1 spot in Houston for seafood. However, this is my # 1 choice when ordering seafood through DoorDash. This place is so good my DoorDash delivery only makes it to my house 75% of the time. I'm not kidding. It has been "stolen" 8 times. Yes, 8 times. I'm not exaggerating at all. In fact, some DoorDashers put in an order for themselves delaying the delivery of my food. I can't blame them though the smell will send fireworks off in your head. I've taken a break from ordering from this restaurant because of the DoorDash delivery time. I usually order the #9 King Me with the Kitchen Sink flavor. I've yet to try anything outside of the boiled seafood. Unfortunately, it is pricey and inflation isn't making it any cheaper.

this was supposed to be the redemption arc. so let's start from the beginning. about a month ago…read morewas our first visit. the food was great, but the timing was bad which resulted in our food being brought out cold. no worries. we didn't complain, however the manager came out and asked how our meal was. i let her know the food was good, albeit cold. she apologized profusely and offered a free appetizer for next time. we were eager to come back because again, the food IS good, so we went back yesterday for lunch. what should have been an easy in and out meal turned into a 2 hour disappointment. at the request of my partner we sat at the bar because service is usually better/quicker at the bar top. wrong. we arrived a little after noon and the ticket was created at 12:23 (as our receipt states). there was one party at the bar when we arrived but they had already closed out. after an hour we had our appetizers. an HOUR of being at the bar. we ordered the cajun empanadas, delicious, and a cup of gumbo and side salad to share. the gumbo was chock full of chicken, shrimp and crab. and no okra! a huge plus in my book. after the food was dropped off she didn't bother to ask us if we wanted to make our entree order so we had finished the appetizers before we even got our food order put in. it wasn't busy. at this point we were the only people at the bar and the restaurant had maybe 3 other tables. MAYBE. she wasn't inundated with guests. she was back and forth in the kitchen, on her phone, doing everything but being attentive. another party of ladies from a neighbouring establishment came to have lunch and were similarly vocal about the lack of service they received as well. my partner and i are both in the service industry so we're a bit more learned on the flow of things. he pushed me to make this review. multiple times. when he is that insistent, i know it was worse than i thought. and i thought it was plenty bad. she dropped our entrees and we had to ask for utensils (she only gave me a fork with the appetizers/salad and disappeared before we could ask for another). drinks came out at an alarmingly slow pace. from my partner; the bartender poured beer twice; no shaken cocktails, mostly frozen or poured drinks. this matters because had it been an issue with her having an overwhelming amount of tickets, leeway would absolutely be given. the food was amazing though. i got the $19 birthday boil and added dungeness crab. my sausage was over cooked and cold. everything else with my meal was perfection. the other entree ordered were the shrimp tacos with red beans and rice. he wasn't impressed with this meal or last. his words "i've tried two things that aren't seasonal and they were lacklustre." when we left i said we should have just gone through the drive thru. i wish i were joking.

they have the best food and the crawfish are so flavorful and big…read more nice people and good service ‍ food smells so good

I heard about this place on social media and my dad and I had to t try it out. It is in a parking…read morelot along with 4 to 5 other food trucks. There were about 12-14 picnic style tables to sit and eat at. We went on a Sunday around 3pm and the line was long when we arrived. The line did move at a decent pace. Good music was playing in the background. The crawfish were $9.99 a pound. We ordered 3 lbs. of crawfish, four potatoes, one egg, and one corn. The total was $37 dollars and some change. We received a buzzer and were told it would be a 10min wait. They don't sell drinks, so we walked next door to the convenience store as we waited. Some people even brought their own coolers with drinks. The food came within the time promised. The food was fresh and hot. They put all the sides at the bottom of the bag and then poured the seasoned crawfish on top. The sides were not boiled in seasoned water, but in plain water. The potatoes, egg, and corn had none of the seasoning flavor we chose. We chose the medium spice Kasian style seasoning flavor and it was very good with just enough spice. The crawfish were juicy. One downfall and the reason for the one star deduction, was they forget to give me the one corn we paid for. When I informed them they gave me a hard time. They told me to look at the bottom of the bag, which I did before approaching the counter and it wasn't there. Then they asked me what name did I place the order under to confirm if I actually paid for the corn. They finally decided to give me the corn in a single plastic bag. I didn't appreciate the hesitation and none friendly demeanor after I informed them of their error. Aside from that, people love this food truck. The line continued to grow as we sat and ate. The other food trucks didn't get much business while we were there. There was one food truck selling lemonade and patrons were going there to get drinks for their crawfish. I would recommend trying this place if you want some well seasoned crawfish.

The onion rings are maybe the best in Houston. If you like onion rings you'll understand how hard it is to find good ones in this town. So many places use the crappy frozen ones. Anyway, I was able to get past the communication barrier in order a two piece fish two piece shrimp meal with two sides with one side being the hush puppies and the other is fries. The fish seemed like it was seasoned pretty good. I was only able to taste a piece of it and also the shrimp and of course I did taste the fries. They were OK, but not as good as five guys when the cashier offered condiments. I noticed that he only gave one half of a container of tartar sauce . That's not good because how come I'm getting a full container of hot sauce, but not a full container of tartar sauce, make it make sense. They did give me some plasticware which I'm not using with this meal. Last but not least I tried the strawberry banana pudding. It was a 3 out of five. It's pudding I mean, what can you expect.
