I went today to get my senior homecoming nails done. This was my old faithful and I have been here many times before. I can only get short nails because of sports, so I have pretty limited options for designs. That being said, I chose a simple design of blue and white stripes (view photo). As he's approaching the design, he takes no time at all on the stripes and they look nothing like the photo. I wish they had said they couldn't do that and I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. After I had paid $45, I went to my car and was unhappy with my nails. Don't get your eyebrows done here unless you want super skinny brows!! I've been to this salon multiple times before for nail services, and they've always done a good job. Before winter break, I went to get my eyebrows waxed there and they also did a great job. Left them natural and just cleaned up around and made them neat. However, today I went in for another eyebrow wax (around three months later) and there was a different lady doing the eyebrow service. Instead of just cleaning the brows up and making them neat, she completely waxed off the majority of my brows! They're now super skinny and thin, which is great if you're going for the 90s look, but for someone who just wants neat and natural brows, not ultra-thin ones, DO NOT GO. I'm not sure why the service was so different this time, but I do not recommend at all to anyone wanting their brows made neat. I'm just hoping that they will eventually grow back correctly. read more

I went in for a fill-in. My thumb nail had started to lift. Instead of replacing or glueing the nail, the technician merely added more acrylic to the area that had grown out, and added a lumpy layer over all the nail. The nail began to darken after a few days from water being under the acrylic, and of course the nail popped off in a week since only the edge was adhered. This totally could have been avoided, but the technician just didn't take the time to do it correctly I will remove the rest of the acrylic nail and let the natural nail return to healthy. This was my first fill-in after having gotten nails just two weeks earlier. read more

I've been going here since 2019 and I have always had a great experience. Today, 9/15/22, I went in for my appointment at 5pm to get French tip white nails with regular nail paint and almond shape for my senior homecoming. I made my appointment on Tuesday and asked for remi. I get there and this random lady said "go to 7" and I did and she jerked my arm and asked "what do you want" and I told her exactly what I wanted and she was filing my nails so hard that she cut my fingers. I flinched. Multiple times. And she told me that it was my fault. So rude. Than she used the drill and missed my nail and was drilling the back of my finger! She proceeded with painting my nails and kept asking me over and over what I wanted. She made the paint so thick compared to the picture I showed her and she rubbed oil all over my hands and the paint smeared everywhere and she said, "look good right?" UM NO THERES PAINT ALL OVER MY FINGERS! I asked her to fix them and she jerked my arm and fixed them and was rude about it. I kept asking her if she could stop and have remi fix them and she said, "no I'm here I do them". And then when she goes to ring me up she charges me $55 and less than a month ago I got the same design and everything for $40 and I told her that I'm not paying that much and she showed me the pamphlet that said $40 for acrylic French white tips. And she than told me that SHE DID GEL NAILS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR NON GEL. i paid $43 in cash and I told her I would pay the rest on my card and asked for a receipt and she had the audacity to say, "no tip?" I had my nails painted with gel polish on Thursday and by Sunday FOUR had chipped which caused the nails to all break as well. On Monday another one broke before I was able to make it in to have them fixed. Although they fixed them free of charge, they now are different lengths and shapes. I appreciate them fixing them and not charging me but a little effort would have been nice. Now I have to find the time and pay another $40 before my engagement pictures this weekend. read more

I have come to this salon a few different times, and they are VERY unprofessional. The shapes are always off on my nails, they are rough on the nail beds and have zero concern for the customer themselves. When I point anything that is 'off' out they say to me "your nail just do like that".... my nail has never "just do like that" before I came in here. However, I came by today looking to get my nails fixed after only a week of having them. When I walked in they said "it's gonna be a long wait, come back later". So when I asked when later was, I was given an eye roll and attitude. I have being going here since my 10th grade in high school, now a sophomore in college I will no longer be coming back because there are places that can simply just do their job better. I recently went in to get a new set of acrylic nails and said that I have had problems recently where my nail will spit in half horizontally. The nail tech said that she will make my nails thicker so I won't have to worry about it, and that it was weird that it was happening (another nail tech said the same). Today I just simply opened a cabinet, being a week into my set (way shorter than I usually keep on), and my nail ripped in half. It ripped off my nail and now my nail bed is left exposed, burning, and bleeding. I'm tired of having new nails broken in half and their shaping honestly is awful. I always have a crooked nail from them and my lengths aren't always the same. If you want flawless nails I recommend somewhere else. $50 here on acrylics can go much further at another locations read more

Visiting my Mom from NC and we decided to splurge and do mother-daughter mani/pedis. I selected the $$45 pedi which included leg mask, warm towel and hot stone massage, along with the other basic steps. I opted out for the hot stones and asked if I can just have the massage, which the said would be fine. The entire treatment was less then 30 mins. The mask was quickly applied and a cold towel was wrapped and chilled while they stepped away. The massage was basically a moisturizer application. A few swipes of the cream over my legs and feet. I went back two days later to ask them to fix my nails & they said it was my fault that my nails turned brown! They didn't offer a discount or a refund or to fix my ugly brown French tip nails. This place did a terrible job on my manicure. Let me rephrase that... All they did was a full acrylic set when I paid for a manicure. The nails are stumpy and wide and fanned out at the tips. They did horrendous job, not even worth a star! And they charge me an extra $10 for something I didn't even have done. They are crooked and crazy thick, and the guy that did them was one of the rudest nail techs I have ever met. I got a pedicure there and that was great! But please don't get your nails done there. It was so bad I ended up going to NAIL SPA in blue water bay immediately after,and they were appalled. They re-shaped them for me for free and did a quick lotion massage on my cracked hands. I did this as a b-day present to treat myself. Unbelievable. I was almost in tears. The first 3 photos were before the re-shaping done by the people in BWB. The others are after. Terrible! Had a pedicure and a set of the dipping powder. I get gel on my toes as well as over top my dipping powder. They charged me for gel on my toes and didn't put the gel top coat on my toes so a week later polish is chipping off. And when I asked about the gel topcoat on my fingernails they don't put over dipping powder ‍ So $100 later I'm gonna have to go somewhere else to have done correctly read more

Poor service, the guy who attended me acted like he was so bothered. There was no real manicure even though I was charged for one, cuticles look same. I got a pink and white fill, and a hot stone, gel pedicure. At no time did she 'burn' my nails trying to hurry, or make my cuticles bleed by pulling too roughly. I think this has been my best nail experience, and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. She also speaks fluent English, and takes her time to be sure everything is just like you like.
