Of course the japchae (glass noodles) were really good, with smooth texture and a really unique flavour that's special to this restaurant. Their meats were also perfectly cooked and seasoned but we felt the portions were a bit small compared to what we might get in other restaurants. This restaurant is off the busy path and in an older looking building, but it is a diamond in the rough! We started off with the K-Fried chicken and our server recommended the sweet and spicy version and it was amazing! We then had the Korean beef bulgogi and the pork tenderloin katsu! I noticed a shaved ice milk machine with an assortment of jellies and red bean. The machine was hard to operate and only some of us were successful in grabbing some. Still a reliable option for large groups but I wish there were more options to choose from in Surrey.
