We appreciated the fact that they shave the meat right in front of you! Our food then took 30+ minutes to come out, after we asked about it - the parties seated after us actually got most of their food before us. After our meal, we noticed a €12 added charge to our bill. There was no prior notice of the cover charge - it was a sneaky move to target tourists. We calmly asked the manager about the charge, and she blew up completely. She kept going between "all of Italy's restaurants do this" and "it is only us that does this!" She then told us repeatedly to spit out all of her food, which is still bizarre to me. I tried explaining to her in English (as my Mandarin isn't as sharp), but I was met with "I am a Chinese person. I speak Chinese! Do NOT speak English to me!" This was also bizarre to me because she clearly understood me, but was repeatedly harassing me for my inability to speak Chinese with her. It ended with her aggressively throwing back the €12 at us to try to prevent us from writing negative reviews. Overall, an extremely unpleasant and almost repulsive experience. Would not recommend.
