    Ramen Classica

Really tasty food and it's very affordable. I ordered a Classic Ramen and it was only 5 Euro! The bowl was a medium sized one which in America it would go for like $10. The broth had good flavor, a bit spicy and I love spicy food. It also had a good balance of meat and veggies with just the right amount of noodles.

The food here is ~so~ good that I had to write this review immediately: I came in just after noon and there were a few people, but soon the seats began to fill quickly. I ordered what in english is sautéed bok choy with garlic (I believe they call it Chinese cabbage on the menu) and pollo con funghi e bambù. The bok choy came first and it was ~perfectly~ cooked and fresh and had great flavor. The chicken came next, and it was equally as perfect. Hot from the wok, tender, ample sauce, satisfying. I am looking forward to trying more of the menu, especially dumplings and noodles. The service was also excellent: efficient and friendly. The prices are ~more~ than reasonable. Truly amazing. The also have a great selection of beverages. If you do not speak any Italian or Chinese, it would be polite of ~you~ to learn a few phrases to help them serve you better, but you know that already, right? :)

When in Italy you're gonna eat a lot of pasta, pizza...and in general lots of amazing Italian eats...but I need to break it up so Lo and behold after seeing michaelangelos David we needed to have something different. Randomly found this place and man was it amazing. Better than the Chinese food in Seattle (not that hard to do). I will be back here when I visit Italy. Everything we ordered was great.

After a long day of walking and just visited the Accademia, we walked by this restaurant and it was packed. We decided to grab a quick bite .. all the food was very flavorful. The seafood fried rice was our favorite.

Beijing 8 - Lunch Box: Chicken Thai Basil and Glass Noodles

Beijing 8 can be described as a quick Chinese food snack in a clean, modern dining space. This…read morerestaurant was close to our AirBnB on our trip to Florence, we walked by it a few times and decided to try it one night when it was already getting late. You go to the counter to order what you want. They have a menu in English if you need it. We tried the miso broth with glass noodles as well as the chicken broth with glass noodles, it comes with four dumplings, so we ordered the chicken Thai basil dumpling and the pork dumpling. We also had the steamed edamame and ordered a cup of hot oolong tea. The food came out pretty quickly (it looks as if most things are already prepped on the side and they just put it together after you order). Everything came in the dim sum steamer, I guess that's the theme and part of the decor experience. I was surprised to see that our glass noodles and broth came in a large plastic cup, also in a steamer! Both broths were tasty, but there isn't much glass noodles to eat. The cup itself is already small, so imagine maybe 1/4 or 1/3 at most is filled with glass noodles, that's too little. The rest was filled with veggies and green onion that was chopped too big. Anyway we were hungry so we ate it all. It's not a meal though, more of a snack size in my opinion. The dumplings were good, it has an Italian twist to it - obviously because you're in Florence and not in Beijing. From the outside it does look like a regular dumpling (on the menu, they call it ravioli) the flavors inside are good combinations. The steamed edamame was good (hard to screw this up). It was a good snack, but if you're looking for a meal, you may want to order more or go somewhere else. This place is casual and has lots of seating areas. I saw that they also work with Deliveroo in case you want to order and have it delivered to you.

I would give it three and a half. the shop interior was refreshing and the design was great. I…read morereally liked the dumplings but the rice noodles were kind of bland and hard. a pleasent surprise during our visit in florence. not sure if this concept fits into a city like florence.
