Kool Fog installed my misters a few years ago, every year they service and check the system. The misters allow me to enjoy my patios and garden. The techs are excellent, well informed and on time, if fact, they were early this year. A must have living in the desert. read more

Arrived on time and checked system before winterizing. We are very pleased with the service and maintenance provided by Koolfog.

Great service, great tech! Wish I remembered his name. They were on time and efficient. I hope nothing else breaks but if it does, I'm not calling anyone else! read more

Yes Brian, I do want the technicians to come out on Wednesday. They changed the filter capsule but it still leaks. When I called you office shortly after they left, I believe it was Ashley who instructed me to turn off the water valve and wait until this Wednesday when they come back to fix the problem. She said they'd come sooner if they had an opening. I guess my problem wasn't important to your company. Your technicians claimed they didn't have the correct cover for the filter. So I am not able to use my misting system during this heat. While your company doesn't recommend changing a filter capsule until it turns white, since mine is partially white, I would think your company would be professional enough to give a warning of what might occur and let the customer make the decision. Especially in the desert with our extreme heat and the cost of the filter being only $45.00. I am very disappointed the Koolfog is completely walking away from this major problem with no intention of even helping by even offering to pay the insurance deductible. I believe most reputable business would share the problem/concern by taking some responsibility and offering some type of compensation. read more

I have used Kool Fog for years. They are amazing from the office to make appts to the people that come twice a year to set up and turn system down their work ethics are amazing. read more

Arthur came to open our misting system for the summer. He fixed a water drain that should've been a mister valve & was meticulous in his clean up when he was finished! Very happy with this company! read more

Great customer service. Their scheduling is easy. Technicians are top notch. Highly recommended.

Response to owner. When I said I was done that meant I was done with that transaction. NOT forever. You're afraid of letting me down is your excuse. How about lift up your service. If you read my complaint, it says that unfortunately your techs are lazy. You should take my comments and try to implement them for better service. If I cannot find someone to service, my unit than I will have to see you in court. I will change to a different brand and sue you for the replacement cost since I will have a system that would be useless and thus need to replace it. Let the judge make the decision. If you want to change your mind, I am open to hearing from you otherwise like I said see you in court. read more

We purchased a home a few months ago which has a misting system. Made an appointment with Koolfog to service the unit. Calvin took great care of us. He arrived when he said he would. Calvin is polite and incredibly professional. He patiently explained what he needed to do as well as how to use the system. I can not say enough good things about Calvin and Koolfog. Thankful they are in the valley and here to take care of our misting system. Thank you! read more

Excellent, timely spring re-start service provided by Koolfog and Arthur. Thank you! read more

Our 15 year old mist system had leaking nozzles and hose. Arthur, the amazing service technician, went through all the problems with the system. The cost to replace everything that wasn't working would be roughly $1,000. . . HOWEVER, he said he would look at each part and see if he could repair. It was amazing to see! We ended up needing a few new nozzles, 10 feet of hose and a pressure gauge - $200! Since I know nothing about this system, he could have easily talked me into replacing everything. He even tried to clean the existing malfunctioning nozzles to get them to work! I highly recommend this company and ask for Arthur! read more

Calvin, from KoolFog , was our tech today. He came to check and turn on our system for the summer. He was also the tech that checked and powered down our system last October. In both instances I was impressed by his professionalism and demeanor; he explained what needed to be fixed and did so expeditiously. Thank you KoolFog! read more

Calvin and Julian were just here to repair a mister pump at my home. It turns out the pump is burnt out and needs to be replaced. Details aside, I really want to comment on the two men who showed up: over the years, I have interacted with many service/repair people... Many! This is the first time I have ever met two of the finest representatives of any company I have ever done business with. They were so cordial and friendly yet professional and so knowledgeable - excellent at public relations with their customers! I hope when my new pump is ready to be installed, they are the ones to do it. Six stars to Calvin and Julian! read more

Awesome service. Reliable and professional. Highly recommend! It's time to cool off - call Koolfrog!

Our Koolfog system is going on 12 years old - we had some issues and Calvin came out to change the pump and made our day! The misters are working agin. Calvin does his job very well, from alerting you to his arrival and letting you what procedure he had to perform on your equipment. Very happy he is a technician at Koolfog! read more

I have been using Kool Fog for several years to service my mist system and would recommend them to everyone

On time, everything working when technician was finished. Fairly priced. Have used them for start up and shut down each year.

A 5 star team up and down, our business was forced to adapt to new regulations and outdoor dinning. Living in the desert an upgraded mister system was a must and we found kool fog with great reviews. They were able to get a team out extraordinarily fast and within a matter of days our system was up and running and cooling the patio area off beautifully. Also to note their team of installers were incredibly friendly, insightful and worked beautifully clean! We have been doing business here nearly 30 years. And this is a company I can say I was completely satisfied with. Don't hesitate, if you need a system give these folks a call! read more

I really can't say enough nice things about Koolfog. From the consultation to the execution (and that timeline was very short), things ran really smoothly and I love the system. Everyone involved in the project was thorough and courteous and the end result is effective and doesn't detract from the architecture of the area it was designed to inhabit. A+++ read more

Our system stopped working. Calvin was here at 9 am the next morning. Even though it appeared that now the system was working, he took the time to discover there was some loose wiring that made the system go off and on intermittently. He checked all the nozzles and replaced some. Calvin was extremely thorough and professional read more

They are not responding to my request to install the misters. I completed everything on line, and have called them, but no response.

We just had our annual winter shutdown service! Firstly, I love that I get an email reminder every fall...because I forget...I would also be fine with reminder emails if you don't hear back from me within 2-3 days. Calvin was onsite today and he was very courteous with a heads up call before arriving. He was done quickly and everything got tied up with an invoice with an hour or two. Koolfog is the MOST reliable service provider that I engage with every year. I love your automated outreach and your service personnel are awesome! read more

Koolfog is an excellent company to deal with. They show up on time and their technicians are very professional, polite and hard working.

Great responsiveness, service, punctual, knowledgeable and all at a fair price. I'd recommend Kool Fog to anyone.

Justin and the installation team did a first class job from the moment they walked us through the system options to when the team packed up the last piece of piping after installation. We could not be more pleased with the quality and durability of the system. Koolfog is the best in the valley. read more
