Yes Brian, I do want the technicians to come out on Wednesday. They changed the filter capsule but it still leaks. When I called you office shortly after they left, I believe it was Ashley who instructed me to turn off the water valve and wait until this Wednesday when they come back to fix the problem. She said they'd come sooner if they had an opening. I guess my problem wasn't important to your company. Your technicians claimed they didn't have the correct cover for the filter. So I am not able to use my misting system during this heat. While your company doesn't recommend changing a filter capsule until it turns white, since mine is partially white, I would think your company would be professional enough to give a warning of what might occur and let the customer make the decision. Especially in the desert with our extreme heat and the cost of the filter being only $45.00. I am very disappointed the Koolfog is completely walking away from this major problem with no intention of even helping by even offering to pay the insurance deductible. I believe most reputable business would share the problem/concern by taking some responsibility and offering some type of compensation. read more

Response to owner. When I said I was done that meant I was done with that transaction. NOT forever. You're afraid of letting me down is your excuse. How about lift up your service. If you read my complaint, it says that unfortunately your techs are lazy. You should take my comments and try to implement them for better service. If I cannot find someone to service, my unit than I will have to see you in court. I will change to a different brand and sue you for the replacement cost since I will have a system that would be useless and thus need to replace it. Let the judge make the decision. If you want to change your mind, I am open to hearing from you otherwise like I said see you in court. read more

I have now used this company two years in a row to service the KoolFog system that we were fortunate to inherit when we bought our house. It's nice to have the unit serviced by the company that installed it because they already had all of the data when I called them last year. My tuneup last year was quick and easy. This year I needed some help with something dumb on my part that I didn't notice, but it was easy for the technician to fix. I'd rate both service visits as great customer service experiences, and in neither case did I feel like they were out to give me a haircut - actually seemed quite reasonable. read more

Our 15 year old mist system had leaking nozzles and hose. Arthur, the amazing service technician, went through all the problems with the system. The cost to replace everything that wasn't working would be roughly $1,000. . . HOWEVER, he said he would look at each part and see if he could repair. It was amazing to see! We ended up needing a few new nozzles, 10 feet of hose and a pressure gauge - $200! Since I know nothing about this system, he could have easily talked me into replacing everything. He even tried to clean the existing malfunctioning nozzles to get them to work! I highly recommend this company and ask for Arthur! read more

Calvin and Julian were just here to repair a mister pump at my home. It turns out the pump is burnt out and needs to be replaced. Details aside, I really want to comment on the two men who showed up: over the years, I have interacted with many service/repair people... Many! Even though it appeared that now the system was working, he took the time to discover there was some loose wiring that made the system go off and on intermittently. Firstly, I love that I get an email reminder every fall...because I forget...I would also be fine with reminder emails if you don't hear back from me within 2-3 days. I had a short period of time to have my misting system temporarily moved because contractors needed access to the area. Koolfog was able to send a technician within two hours of my request for help.
