Cut me off, laid on horn, swerved back in front of me to teach me a lesson I assume. Real A-hole. White guy with a buzz cut. Pretty aggressive for such a nonissue. We requested multiple bids for the complete renovation of our back patio and side courtyard. The driver almost hit the vehicle, and did not use the sinal lights, as well when the driver was making the left turn on sunrise and hwy 111. Recently hired Precision Patios to construct an Alumawood type patio cover for the rear patio area of my residence. I had set up multiple estimates from various patio cover companies but Precision Patios was one of only a few companies that responded, completed an estimate and actually got back to me. The overall design of the patio cover was challenging as the rear of my lot is pie-shaped and because of the design of my residence the patio cover had to be 12' in height and needed to be 70' in length. Also, in one area the house wall is not flat and instead has a bump out radius area. The patio cover design required careful consideration to fully take advantage of the desired shade versus the construction requirements and required setbacks. Ryan, the owner of Precision Patios, designed a patio cover that met all requirements and more. The planning and approval process took months to complete as approvals were necessary from the HOA Architectural Committee, the HOA main board, County Land Use and County Building & Safety. Ryan expertly and professionally navigated the approval process and kept me informed every step of the way. When all approvals were complete Ryan and his crew began construction. Ryan's crew of Patrick (foreman), Geo and Benjamin showed up on time, were friendly, and got right to work. Footings for the support posts were huge. My patio floor is pavers so they had to be removed for the footings and then cut and replaced around the new posts. This was done expertly and in such a manner that there is no sign that the footings are even there. The patio cover came together day by day and was somewhat challenging as the crew had to continually work at a 12' height, although that didn't seem to slow them down much. Patrick also spent a considerable amount of time freely answering my questions along the way. Patrick was was VERY detail orientated and meticulous during the construction process ensuring a perfect cover was built. The end result of the patio cover construction exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. The patio cover is fantastic and we have received numerous positive comments from neighbors and passersby. Over the ten day construction period the crew was friendly, always on time, always professional and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. This company restored my faith in local small businesses. Ryan Cser provided a proposal to remove my old patio cover and build, and install a new patio roof, with ceiling lights and ceiling fans with "mister" system. Ryan and his crew performed the job admirable, with expertise, professionalism, and in a timely manner. One of his installers (Patrick) was on site bright and early each morning and was extremely courteous as was Ryan and all other crew members. The job was done on time with meticulous workmanship. Ryan provided a realistic bid. After the job was completed Ryan shared with us he had underbid the job and he ran into unexpected expenses with the soil removal. They were not the least expensive but not the highest either yet they were the most professional and totally worked within our budget. From the first phone call to meeting in person, Ryan demonstrated both a high level of knowledge & ability coupled with awesome customer service.
