I am very happy with the results and with the way Jorge Hernandez and his team showed up. Jorge is very personable and easy to talk to. He developed a free estimate as advertised, and explained what was possible and what to expect. His crew showed up on time and did the work they said they would do. Jorge showed up at different times during the project to answer questions and to make certain his crew was on track. The work finished on time and the price was what we agreed--there were no hidden fees. I'm very happy with the final product.

I made an appointment with Silviano and he was on time and explained what the process would be. The following day I was sent a quote to my email. I asked for references and checked a few of the jobs he completed in my neighborhood. All looked great and one of the referrals was more than happy to endorse his work. When I agreed to proceed with Desert Paradise, I processed the paperwork with the Hoa and when they approved it all, Silviano's crew went straight to work. Silviano works closely with the Hoa and will make sure the Hoa approves everything. I found him very knowledgable about plants and his profession. I told him a few of my concerns and he educated me on what he does to prevent issues. Overall the job was done well and in a timely manner. A few items needed to be addressed by the Hoa but Silviano took care of it all. He is knowledgable and does good work. My only suggestion is to be specific with what your requests or wants are. He has a few crews working on different sites, so be specific and communicate so he knows exactly what you want done. I am happy to recommend Desert Paradise to anyone looking to improve their landscaping.
