After explaining my project needs Joe offered to come to my residence (on the same day) to get a visual of the layout in my backyard. For reference I wanted string lights installed and a new electrical outlet. Working with Joe and his staff has been an amazing experience. I'm extremely picky and I moreorless knew exactly what I wanted but Joe provided some excellent insight and truly helped my vision come to fruition. Additionally, after the project was completed he even came back to make some additional modifications for me. I had a concrete path I wanted poured and I got quotes from three other contractors, none of which were reliable. The other companies I contacted fell through. I finally contacted Joe with Radiant Landscape Lighting. He contacted me the same day and came over the same day to give me a reasonable quote. He was super honest and up front. I think integrity is important especially with a company I am working with. Joe was able to form and pour the concrete the same week. He stayed in contact with me and promptly answered my messages. Here's the deal, I think the work that was done was good. Not great just because there are a few things that went wrong and the whole project was left incomplete. It appears to me that a previous owner left this business in bad hands. Mario might be knowledge and skilled but he is not a good business owner. I think as a homeowner, I have absolutely every right express my concerns when I feel the project is not being done according to what was promised. Especially when we are paying a lot of money. But apparently Mario disagrees. His guy came to finish some of the work, got paid and left me with an unfinished project. He wont answer my calls or texts. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt that he might be to busy so once again I texted him and again no reply. I now have to hunt down someone who'd willing to take on a project that Mario and his company left unfinished. read more

Best electrician in Big Bear lake. I called him for a appointment and he was able to fit me & get the work done. Work was done to code, and we had no problems with the city. Brian has done quite a bit of work for us, our cabin was built in 1947. Including a larger electrical panel to support the hot tub. Rewiring the cabin, hot tub installation, outdoor lamps. Kyle recently completed a project at my house replacing some old halogen outdoor light fixtures and bulbs with LEDs, fixing of some problems with wiring, as well as adding some lighting in new areas. I found Kyle on Yelp and gave him a call. Just bought a house in Redlands and needed to replace and add to an existing lighting system. He came out at our agreed time and was very courteous and professional. I explained what I needed and he gave me a quote on the spot. Kyle is not cheap but it is worth every penny. The products he uses are not the cheap stuff from Lowes or Home Depot and come with an excellent warranty along with his support. I am very pleased with phase 1 of my plan and will be using his services again soon for phase 2. I was extremely pleased with Kyle at Radiant Landscape Lighting. Normally, I would get several estimates, but after talking with Kyle and learning about his company, I decided to use his service. The process was quick, easy, and efficient. He met me at the house, we walked the property, we talked about the light systems available, talked about financing, then he told me he would give me an estimate later in the afternoon. The estimate came as promised and the price was more than reasonable for the job. He also came at night and setup a 15-20 light presentation at the house to give a visual on what the actual lights would look like at nite...that had a big appeal. I also liked the financing option, which I took. The application took about 5 minutes, got approved, and I didn't have any out-of-pocket or up front costs. My job took about two weeks. Radiant ordered the materials, then when the materials received, Kyle started on the project morning and afternoon, every day until the job was complete. Along with the job, Kyle took the time to communicate with me about light placement recommendations, about removing other substandard lighting, and any other issues that might affect the job. Radient Landscape Lighting left a brochure on my front door and I have been looking for someone to replace my old lighting system. I looked on yelp and all the reviews were 5 star. I requested a visit and David Dominguez came over and gave me an estimate to replace my old system including a new transformer. I felt the price was reasonable as they use 1st class equipment. They did a terrific job and the new lighting was a major improvement over the old system. Kyle the owner came over during the installation and made a few additional suggestions to his crew. They did such a great job that I had new lights installed in the front of the house in an area that was dark. I was fortunate enough to spot Radiant Landscape Lighting on Instagram and decided to give them a call. I live in San Clemente and my outdoor lights were 15 years old, the landscape had matured, and my front and back yard needed a lighting makeover. Once contacted, Kyle Cummings came to my property to see it in person and discuss our options. Kyle looked at my front and back yard and my current lighting system. He gave me his thoughts on what he suggested, and once we agreed on a plan, he actually put temporary lights in all of the recommended locations to literally show me what it would look like. Kyle took his time and stayed after dark so I could see his vision come to light(literally). Later that night a bid was sent over by Kyle. I accepted. Work began shortly thereafter. Kyles crew was professional and tidy. These guys even took their trash with them when they left(lighting boxes, etc...) My job was completed in two days. Landscape lighting was the last piece, and the missing link in completing our complete backyard makeover project. As a consumer I try to be fair, but I am admittedly picky about getting things right. Kyle showed up at the scheduled date & time. He gave us an estimate and broke the project into 3 phases. He showed us the fixtures and transformer he sells & installs. They are quality products, not the big-box store cheap products that leave you constantly maintaining and replacing your fixtures, bulbs, or transformer. Kyle then came back with 2 of his crew before sunset to set up a whole system of temporary lights. He returned after dark to do a demo that gave us a great visual of the impact that his installation will add to our yard. We signed up that night for all 3 phases and the entire package of a approx 100ft of bistro lights, 34 high-quality fixtures, and transformer. Kyle explained that all of these LED fixtures use less energy than one 150 W floodlight. When it came time to install Kyle and his crew again showed up at the scheduled time to perform all of the work over 4 days. We consulted prior to installation on wire routing, and fixture locations, with Kyle being very patient and encouraging discussion of options for lighting placement. He and his crew were very meticulous about getting it right, and stopped the work to inquire when needed. His crew operates very cleanly, not leaving any messes and are nice guys that are capable, very respectful, and courteous. I am happy to recommend him to others. Our backyard now looks awesome when the sun goes down, and really gets displayed the way it deserves to be. Nice job! read more
