No call back. No email back. Multiple attempts at reaching them for a quote on my sprinkler system for a new property (pretty big job). They old me to send them my plans, my information on the house then disappeared. I do NOT recommend this place. What a disappointment. We went with another company and they were fabulous. They responded within 1 day, had a quote to me in 2 days, and submitted the proper permits to the city within a week! NOW that is how business is done. Stay away. read more

After coming back from being closed for covid we needed both extinguishers serviced. we call other places like desert fire who had previously serviced us , they would schedule and then no show, the no showed several times. We were getting ready for our insurance renewal and need someone to come and actually show up and KORD did that. They were great, on time and cheaper then what we paid before. Found David at the tamale festival as he has a booth for Kord promoting the business. We have a commercial building where we are in need of a new fire monitoring system. Since he appeared to be local we wanted to give the business an opportunity. When I initially reached out he did answer my call and I emailed him our information. Since then we've pretty much been ghosted on and off. It took multiple emails, calling his office and cell to confirm an appointment for our walk thru of the building. The day of about an hour before the suggested meeting time we finally got a text from him saying we were confirmed. After the meeting he said he would have a bid for the work ready the next day.. it's now a week later and after attempting to contact david once again no answer. If there was a zero rating, that's what I would give them. They are the most inefficient and irresponsible company with which to deal.
