My service felt thorough and everything felt very clean and up to date. The selection of services and polishes is unbelievable. I have never been to a salon that felt so clean, no nail dust anywhere and the place was immaculate. I would recommend making an appointment because most nail techs did have clients and I think I got lucky but if you get the chance, GO! She had me in and out in less than a half an hour. She refused to do the sides of my nails even though I asked her specifically to do them after she didn't do them initially. She ignored my request and just went on to paint them very quickly. Also, her English as well as her social skills lacked significantly. They did not offer a place for me to dry your toenails, you just have to stay in the chair. Also, I had the chair all the way back because I have knee issues and she moved me right back up again. Another couple people came in same time as us. A gentleman worked on my mom's feet and he only wrapped my feet, came over unwrapped them very quickly and then went back to working on my mom. I didn't get worked on for another 45 minutes. The couple next to us got done and one of the ladies that was working with them came over and started cutting and painting my nails. After quickly painting my nails she started painting my mom's nails and the guy went to go work on a new customer. She rubbed lotion on my legs for 2 minutes and then I was "done". I left very disappointed after wasting my afternoon, will not be returning.
