I've gone twice in 4 weeks. Pedicure was great but gel manicure was not. First one only lasted four days, they started peeling. Second one they did not push down my cuticles and after one week it already looked grown out. read more

I called and asked if they did Gel X and they said yes, so I made an appointment. I went in and again, stated I was looking for Gel X specifically. When I saw the male technician start with the first acrylic, I told him I wanted Gel X and wasn't looking for acrylics. He told me it was as they use a different product and 'I would see.' Complete lie. Total acrylics--tips with glue and a thick bond and then gel polish. Freaking $70!!! Will NEVER go back! They are just looking for a sale, not looking out for the customer!!! read more

I have been going to the salon for years. However, today, I was disappointed with the pricing. I was told one price for a gel manicure on the phone and was charged significantly more when I checked out. Seems evident that the staff is not all on the same page. read more

went here today 6/13/26 called before to get pricing because I haven't been in over a year. I was told 3 time a basic pedicure with gel was $35 I asked 3 times she said yes $20 for basic with no gel polish. I barely got anything because I clip my own nails. I asked for no lotion, no stones. when I went to pay I was charged $55 I tiped $5. I wasn't in the mood to debate the cost. but I will never come back here again. read more

I seldom leave reviews but felt that I needed to do so in this case. I went here for a powder-dip manicure which normally lasts weeks in perfect shape. Three days later my nails started chipping in the corners. The polish was brittle and kept peeling off. It wasn't cheap so I decided to go back. Told them I was there a week ago and that my nails were chipping. I was waved over to a different nail tech. Thought maybe they were now giving me their best tech and perhaps a reduced price if any charge at all. Nope! I was charged full price for another manicure which this time began to chip in two days. Thank goodness my previous nail tech returned from extended vacation at a different salon. My nails are now lasting perfectly between manicures again!! They obviously don't know how to do a powder dip nail, so perhaps should not offer it as a service. read more

If I could give -1 stars, I would! This was by far the worst service I received at a nail salon in my entire life! When I went in there was not 1 customer in sight! I asked if they were coming, and they hand motioned me in and said they closed at 7. I came at a little after 6. Linda stood over me and I couldn't select my nail color in peace. She kept suggesting one color after another every time I didn't like one she suggested. I felt pressured to pick one so I wrapped up and chose a color. She made me prepay for my nails, then rushed and was painting my nails like it was a being timed or something. She then rushed me to the drying station where she proceeded to give me an half ass massage with gloves on. The massage lasted all of 15 seconds and besides the fact that my hair & shirt kept getting caught up under her gloves, she was man handling me with no cate or regard to the fact that it hurt. DO NO GO HERE! read more

This lady really pushed for spa pedicure even though I kept asking for standard Pedi. Telling me I have callous on my heels and that I need spa package for that treatment. Well, most nail slots take care of the callous as part of the standard care and she did afterall. She's also a bit rough with the trimming and filing. Could have used more filing on some of the toe nails. Overall, not impressed with the service. Came here because of convenience but won't be returning. read more

I went for the help many/pedi combo and it was great! I got gel nails and regular toe polish, and i You get a massage and a paraffin hand dip and it was the tits! Highly recommend. If you pay with cash it's 10% discount. And they give you a punch card so every time you go back is a stamp for a free visit! read more

Coco Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - East Amherst, New York

I really like this place. They keep it very clean and the does a fantastic job. Wife just got a simple manicure and it went swimmingly.

Love the service. The place is well kept and the employees are very friendly. Only downside, (if you count this as a negative), is that there is a slight language barrier. No worries though because it didn't interfere with their work read more

Took my daughter for a pedi today, we were seated right away and the girl came over to start. We both chose the classic. This pedi took less than 25 min. I felt that we were rushed through the process. Nails cut to short, cuticles trimmed to the point that hurt! Callus still on feet. Polish sloppy. Will not return' this was not a relaxing experience! read more

Great pedicure! Relaxing experience, friendly staff, and my feet feel amazing. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing!! I'm totally coming back here the employees are so so kind and very hard working! They even have great prices too. I love this place it's so quiet and nice. I really recommend this place by heart, I absolutely love their colors there so vibrant and pretty! I hope someone takes this useful! read more

Michael is the best. He works so hard to make your nails look perfect. I feel like he takes a bit longer than most, but my nails look like perfection. Coco nails is great! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. I always go in last minute for a fill, and they always get me in within 20 minutes. The neck massage and wax treatment is so nice. read more

I found this place right as they were opening and really like it and have made it my home mani/pedi place! I had Danny and he did a great job and was incredibly meticulous and detailed. I am so so happy with the results and plan to bring friends next time! read more

Three separate technicians gave me an unacceptable manicure, when I complained about its unsightliness, the polish was removed and reapplied AND I was charged an additional amount. Yes, there were language barriers, but I felt manipulated. read more

Love everything bout this place however my last two visits I was not happy my previous visit I was cut multiple times and still sore and it's been three day I have got them down and the time befor tht I was not satisfied with the way my nails came out I asked for somthing and got somthing completely different not sure if I will go back read more

Pedicure was fine, the place is nice. Just a little disappointed that they did not honor the 20% off check in coupon on Yelp!

I came here with a group after work last evening. It was nice to relax after a long day of work and spend some me time with friends. I chose the green tea pedicure and was very happy with the job that Wendy did on my toes. I was able to pick my color from a wall of polishes and I felt like I had many options to choose from. I did however, think the price was a little higher than standard, but, with the grand opening discount being offered it did make it pretty reasonable all together! read more

I thought I would give this place a try since I was in the area and it was their grand opening. I went in for a pedicure and it was just okay. They offer a leg and shoulder massage and it was not even for the full 10 minutes...honestly it was super weak and not enjoyable. Not sure this establishment will be on my list to return to for another manicure or pedicure in the future. read more

Went here because my regular mail tech was on vacation. Very disappointed in my pedicure.... Nails we're not cut evenly, heels were still rough & polish looked old! Also had a gel manicure which was ok but went back the next day to have a broken nail repaired & they refused to fix it! The owner is rude, continues to work while she is talking to you & is not very pleasant. read more

Wendy did an excellent job when I came in for a pedicure. The hot stone massage was well worth the $10 upgrade.

Came for pedi. #1- my technician didn't seem to understand English... didn't follow my directions, #2- no leg massage, #3- startled me with hot towel on my neck as I was at the drying area. No communication as to why. Just really strange. read more

The older guy with the crazy hair hurt me 3 times in a two and each time it made me bleed and he laughed and yanked my hand back, each time. Seems sadistic to me. Never going back, no tip of course. Do not trust that dude at all. Idk if he's the owner but If so, needs to be shut down, and if he's a worker, he needs to be fired. Something is not right with that dude. read more

The lady doing my daughters nail seemed really sweet and kind but Jayden who did my nails was horrible, I had a pedi done with him and he was very rough, too fast (5min total?) and not great with polish. I didn't get to actually soak my feet in the water, that would've been $40 instead of $30. Won't be coming back. read more

Walked in today without an appointment because of their grand opening signs outside. Such a great experience! I got a spa pedicure and dip polish manicure and both were amazing and relaxing. Very clean and professional. Covid precautions in place with plexi dividers and separations. I felt very safe. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Nice pedicure. They take time with you and do great work. Will return for another pedicure when needed. Best place around

Do not go! They charged me $80 for a full set and pedicure. My feet were very ashy. They didn't even bother to put lotion on it them. My nails were uneven. read more

There are better nail places unfortunately. I wanted to love this place and really thought I did but after returning several times for nails and pedicures I noticed a decline in quality of their services. The pedicures are super fast and rushed. No time spent or attention to detail taken, same with nails. They are nice enough but it's a rip off because you pay top dollar and they cheap out on the services you came for. read more

Great little nail place! Found this new spot as it is one of the few places open on Sunday, with great hours as well. Got the Lavender Pedicure and it was perfect. Excellent callus removal and relaxing massage. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I felt the minute i declined the pedicure upgrade, I was treated poorly. My technician was unfriendly, and careless with both pedicure and manicure. I will not be back. read more

Their standards in cleanliness are sooooo bad. Please avoid if you can. I came here once maybe twice when they first opened to get my nails done. They we're using tools from the person before me that didn't look to be cleaned or (by the way they were stored the same way before and after I got my set) sanitized. They were pretty rough on my cuticles and nails...I started bleeding and was completely freaked out since they were using tools from who knows how many people before me. I recently went to get my eyebrows waxed bc I really don't know many places and I haven't been here in over a year I thought they may have changed their ways. Man I was wrong...the woman dropped something on the floor (I usually have my eyes closed so I couldn't see what exactly it was but I heard it). I opened my eyes and the two things she had in her hand (after picking whatever it was up off the ground) went straight to my face. I know I should've stood up for myself and said something but I am so anxious when it comes to that. Anyways...if you're like me and too scared to call them out on their health standards, I recommend staying far away. read more

Reasonably priced and they really take good care of you. Short massages while nails are drying. Pedicures come with times massage. Always spot on with nails. Def recommend. read more

I've been going to Coco Nails for a over a year now, but after the experience I had today, I will unfortunately not be returning. Although I've had great experiences with the other workers there, Michael has been rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Today before sitting down to get my nails done, I showed two women who worked there a specific design I wanted done, which they then described to him. He started doing my nails and then got up, grabbed my phone from me and started going through it without my permission. I took my phone from him, pulled up the picture to show it to him, and he once again grabbed my phone from me and started going through it, which I politely asked him to stop doing. After that, he started very aggressively grabbing my arms and hands, throwing them around and knocking them into things, and forcefully shoved both of my arms into the dryer, when they were already placed in there. I told him to be more careful, to stop doing that and stop grabbing me forcefully. After he finished my nails, I got up out of my seat, to which he purposefully pushed the chair into me so another customer could sit down. I very rarely complain or make a fuss about experiences I have, and try to be as understanding with people as possible, but I think this was just too far. It's clear they don't care about treating their customers with respect and I will not be returning or giving them my business again. read more

I'm very unhappy with how my nails turned out. First off when I put my nails under the light it was too hot and was burning my nails. Second, the shaping was poorly done and my nails are not smooth they are uneven and bumpy.. read more

if I could give zero stars, that's what I would've gave this place is horrible and I will never return to them. They did not even shape my nails right he had a problem that I wanted long nails and then he couldn't even do the design that I asked for instead of telling me that when I first got there, he attempted to do it and it didn't go right at all then said he should up charge me five dollars because I didn't get a normal French tip when I literally got a normal French tip. My nails are uneven when you look at them from the side, they are not square like I asked them to be and one of my nails pop off not even two days after the man was laughing at me I don't know what the joke was, but it wasn't funny. Anyways, he also gave me a massage that hurt me so bad more than was enjoyable. Nail process was very rushed and I would never be returning to this place and then they had a problem that I didn't want to give a tip even though I did not like my experience. read more
