I have been going to this location for years. Today my mom and I came in to get gel pedicures. We both decided on getting one of the deluxe spas that costs $65. Another couple people came in same time as us. A gentleman worked on my mom's feet and he only wrapped my feet, came over unwrapped them very quickly and then went back to working on my mom. I didn't get worked on for another 45 minutes. The couple next to us got done and one of the ladies that was working with them came over and started cutting and painting my nails. After quickly painting my nails she started painting my mom's nails and the guy went to go work on a new customer. She rubbed lotion on my legs for 2 minutes and then I was "done". I left very disappointed after wasting my afternoon, will not be returning. read more

Very painful manicure. I got builder gel and to save time they applied 1 very thick coat instead of a few thin coats which is how it is supposed to be applied. It was so thick, going under the lamp caused a reaction when the polish harder, trapping too much heat in the nail- which was incredibly painful. I told the nail tech three times how painful it was and she was very dismissive and just told me to take my hand out and put it back in. My nails/ cuticles were swollen and red coming home. On top of it that they remove your cuticles dry with the drill so nearly every nail has open cuts. Cost me $75 plus a tip - not coming back here read more

worst nail experience I have ever had! A friend and I went in to get our nails done for a formal gala and they suggested to get dip powder instead of acrylic which we agreed that was fine. They did the wrong colors charged a high price and didn't offer to fix my nails after I said I didn't like them!! They continued to laugh at my and my friend! I scheduled an appointment with Andy (who I was referred to by my coworker), when I arrived the owner set me with a completely different nail tech. I wasn't happy with my manicure. Hardened top coat was all over my cuticles and skin, nail tech that did my nails allowed the polish and top coat to bleed under my skin. There were several "bumps" under the polish, uneven blobs... three days later my nails are pealing off. Waste of time and money. I regret going there. read more

I have been coming here for 9 years; I have occasionally visited other nail salons when I have gift certificates or am in another location and O always regret it. Everyone is very nice here and does an excellent job with nails. They have been having a slow turn over of staff as they opened another location in Niagara Falls. Although I miss my past nail tech Lee, I now see Alice and she is EXCELLENT. I get manicures and pedicures and she really does an outstanding job. took my developmentally disabled residents here after the scheduled appointments were confirmed , get to the place and everyone was locking up and closing 10 minutes before and said they were closed in a very nasty tone! had to load the wheelchair van back up and go up the street where we were treated phenomenally!! read more

On 2 different occasions, they double checked that I had cash to tip since I was paying with card. I obviously was going to tip anyway but rather off - putting that they need to ask. If you want more money, you could raise your prices. They always did a great job on my nails when I did go there! read more

I was very happy with this nail salon until they started the price game on me. a acrylic gel fill is $40.00. I was there with my granddaughter this week and they charged $5.00 more because her nail are oval and not square. she has always been charged $40.00. if you ask them to do a extra coat of gel because the color is to thin they manhandle your hands. they have really gone downhill. read more

The girl told me my nails won't last because I didn't get gel and kept insisting I got it. honestly I'm glad I didn't because who knows how she would have done. Van did a great job with my nails. She was very patient as I took a long time picking my color. She did a really nice shaping of my nails (like oval) and overall a very neat job. I got a dip polish in a sea foam green glittery color. All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would come again. Update: my nails did chip within one week unfortunately. ***UPDATE - Had my nails done on 7/3/17 and 7/4/17 1 Nail was chipping already! By 7/6/17, 5 nails had chipped!! I went in to show them how bad my nails looked and they lady said if you do gel, it lasts weeks, if you use regular nail polish, it can chip in a couple days. I thought to myself, NO. That's not true at all. They just always want to charge more by getting people to do gel polish. She said pick a color and I'll re do them. So I picked a different color, thinking maybe the color I originally picked was old. She said if you pick a different color than I charge you polish change fee. I said ok, never mind and walked out. I DO NOT recommend them! *** The salon has a nice ambience. Different from what I'm used to, but I like it. The decor is unique and I love the pillars. The spa chair I was in for my pedicure worked nicely. The pressure of the massage was nice. I actually had a tight and sore shoulder blade prior to having my pedi done, and shortly after it felt better! I just moved back here from San Diego, CA and I am shocked by the price of a BASIC mani/pedi in Buffalo!! $40!?!? That is INSANE! I don't understand why that is the standard price here, but I guess I'll have to get used to it. As for my mani/pedi- I like to have them done at the same time in the massage chair. When I got here, I realized my mani would be done in the basic chair where you have to stretch your arm across the table, after my pedi was done. I asked if someone could do my mani at the same time as my pedi. A girl came over and seemed less then enthused to do it. I told her I already filed and shaped my nails, so she didn't have to do that. She soaked my nails, pushed my cuticles back, trimmed them, buffed my nails, quickly massaged my arms and said, "she'll paint your nails ok." I said ok, thank you. The whole process took a couple of minutes. She put the tools down on a glass table that didn't have a cloth or towel under them. I looked at my cuticles, they needed to be redone. So my manicure was restarted, but by the woman that did my pedi. For $40 I feel entitled to have both done in the massage chair. Because there are many other places to have a mani/pedi done at, I'll try somewhere else next time. My nail polish looked streaky and their color selection was boring. Nothing spoke to me. read more

I used to come here when it was TV nail. Back then their prices were reasonable, they cared about their customers, actually made you feel comfortable and a priority.NOW it's Le Petit nail....they are very rude, aggressive, complain about the times you prefer for an appointment, and the prices are absolutely ridiculously overpriced and the quality is terrible!Whats worse is they vacuum by your feet WHILE you're getting your nails done(while your PAYING FOR A SERVICE!)with dirt going all over your feet and gives you a headache.Andy did a full set of French manicure/"white tips" for me I came back a week later and they were yellow!!! He told me because I went outside and there is Sunshine that made my nails turn yellow!!! WHAT? that doesn't even make any sense. Then he tried convincing me because I wash my hands and use lotion this made them yellow. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Been going there for close to 2 years for pedicures without a problem then all of the sudden they became a total nightmare. The technician cut me. I screamed ouch. She cut me again. She said sorry. Well 3 mins later I noticed that 4 different toes were bleeding and bleeding a lot. She claimed it was the brush that did it rather than the cuticle clippers that she initially injured me with. I stormed out, never to return. Two days later I found out that this happened to my gf & her daughter the week prior. Her daughter caught an infection from the cut and had to go to Emergency Care! AVOID THIS PLACE. Save yourself the pain and possible medical bills. read more

I have been to this salon more than I should have. I have had amazing nail techs here but once they realized I kept coming back I wasn't a priority so I got the least experienced tech. I spent $50 on my gel french tips. They were not worth a single penny. The tech never asked what shape I wanted and the nails took 1.5 hours just to look bubbly, uneven, and not what I had asked for. I was so embarrassed to show anyone my nails that I ended up ripping them off (extremely painful) before going back to get my money back. They were horrendous! I left the salon after paying because I was in a hurry. My nails have never taken 1.5 hours so I was not anticipating being late when I sat in the chair. This isn't the only bad experience I have had with this salon therefore this was the last straw and I have found a different salon I love. I will not being going back. read more
