Pamela did some alterations for me, She did them quickly and did an excellent job. Also Kool Kids has great items available in the store for children.

Out of all the OUAC's I've shopped and sold at, this is the absolute worst…read more I've gone there 5x and not once successfully sold. They don't have a computer system and are writing things down on slips of paper, only to lose them. They don't take your contact information, no text system, nothing. It's like this one single Once Upon a Child is stuck in 1980, while all the others in the area are 2026. I've called ahead to make sure they have a selling spot available before I drive 40 minutes there - They said yes, but I couldn't reserve a spot, so it got filled by the time I arrived. I've come close to opening - it would be a wait until 6-7PM with no guarantees it would even be done the same day. I came in once and said I had only 4 hours in the area, asking if it was possible, and they said yes. One small bin of 10-12 clothing pieces and a diaper pail. Took my stuff and info and told me to come back at 1pm. By the way - the person selling before me? Didn't ask for his ID, even though he was selling for the first time. Me? Asked for my ID and wrote it down on a slip of paper (i.e. my personal identifying information just sitting around for anyone, not secured in any way). I came back at 1PM as requested (actually, 1:20 to give them more time) and my stuff was sitting in the exact same place as when I dropped it. They looked at each other, confused, and just said, uh, well... we didn't do it. That was it. No offer of a different time, nothing. I just laughed, took my stuff and left. Unlike some other stores, they don't give you 24h to collect your payout/items - it has to be that same day, no matter how late they finish going through your items. I guess this place would be fine to sell to if you didn't have a job or any other commitments, or maybe if you lived like 3 blocks away so you could just hang out and wait for them all day/night.

It cost $25, marked down from $70. Score! But since this is an outlet shop, the inventory changes up quite a bit and there is no guarantee of petite and short pant sizes availability. So I don't advise making a special trip expecting those. But it's worth checking out if you're in the area. The shop has women, men, and children clothes discounted from the retail Gap stores. And if you're wondering what's the difference between petite and short, please let me tell ya. Both sizes have a shorter inseam then the regular size. The inseam length is for gals 5' 4" and shorter. The short size keeps the proportions to regular sizing all except for the inseam length. The petite Gap cut, on the other hand, is cut smaller in all proportions and not just the inseam. The petite Gap cut is not the industry standard. It's a nice option though for the smaller framed gals which I am not.

The store is large, clean, and well organized, making it easy to head straight to the sections we wanted. While I didn't find a T-shirt that caught my eye, my wife had better luck and ended up finding a pair of pants she liked. The men's selection was fairly good, and overall, it was a pleasant and easy shopping experience.

We were trying to understand the difference between newborn and premature sizes and how to read the labels. One staff member was unable to explain and kept giving us the same response: "What we have is what we have." When I asked her to show me how to read the labels, she left to call Jackie. In the meantime, another person who was cleaning came over and kindly showed us how to read the labels, and our problem was solved. However, when Jackie arrived, she repeated the same phrase: "Search the shelf yourself; what we have is what we have." I told her that it was fine because we had already learned how to search. Jackie seemed offended by this. We picked up about $100 worth of items and wanted to split them into two shopping bags to gift separately, so we requested an extra bag. Jackie returned and insisted, "No, we don't give out two bags." I said, "That's fine. Can you split my shopping into two sections and give them in separate bags?" At this point, Jackie started yelling at us, saying we were rude and offensive. She said, "Take another bag and leave." I responded that she shouldn't talk to customers that way and that I would ensure she learns proper customer service. I decided to write this review to highlight that if a staff member does not understand customer questions, they need to have the patience to listen. Our question was simple: how to choose premature baby clothes and how to read the different labels, as newborn sizes were not fitting our tiny baby. Jackie definitely has anger issues needs some training

You can't get a shirt below $65 or a sundress below $100-$160!! That's even with their 20% sale markdown! What the heck? Are they trying to market themselves with neighboring White House-Black market or to better fit the higher income earners of the higher priced homes being built? This markup hardly reflects the majority of our community. They can't use the tariff excuse as their cost increase was only 15% at best, NOT 45% or more like they are like the price increases we are seeing right now! This is wild and I won't be shopping there anymore. They lost a lifelong customer here, shame on you guys. Btw I'm not the only one, in the short time I was in there a teen girl was told to put back a dress by her parents after the $150 sticker shock an they left and then 2 girls in their 20s walked in, saw a cute romper, looked at the price and then looked at a sun dress, saw the price, and immediately walked out. I didn't talk to either but that should speak volumes. Just happened today a few min ago A&F (check the date and time of this review), go check your cameras .... fix this so we can be happy customers again..... PLEASE! I'd be more than happy to change / delete my review just to have my favorite store back again!

The clothes are styled and displayed beautifully. The styles range from bold, frilly to classic, neutrals. The main attraction for me is the petite section. Having a dedicated petite section is rare in any women's clothing shop and in particular in an outlet shop. Plus they always seem to have a markdown. Anyways on my last shopping trip, part of my purchase was incomplete. The cashier made a honest mistake. I did not notice it was missing until I got home. Oh boy. So the next day I called the store and explained. The associate said the manager will call me back in a few days. I thought to myself, this may go nowhere. But no, the manager called back. She made arrangements and left instructions for the staff regarding my order. I told her I would not be back for a couple of months. She replied that it would be no problem. Sure enough it was not. On my return visit, I explained to the associate and she had to check the notes. She quickly returned and my transaction was fixed and completed. I understand that mistakes happen. The management handled the situation well and rectified the problem. The staff was informed of my situation and was ready for my return visit. The transaction was quick and effortless. Great customer service from my initial call to the store through returning in person.
