The tamago was perfect, perfectly cooked (beautiful yellow), and that little bit of sweetness. Service is fine. It was pretty quiet for a Thursday lunch. Seating is plentiful and comfortable. We have a party 12, it's hard to get reservations for that large of a party on such short notice especially for a small restaurant like Hub Sushi. However every time we call they were able to set a table aside for us no issues. This time around was no exception. We do eat a bit earlier at 5 pm so there was plenty of seating. We arrived early and received our table. I check in on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised to get a 20% coupon discount on a special roll. I proceeded with to ask the server what rolls the discount applies to in the menu. The server said they have a new owner and not able to honour the discount. That's how I found out it was under new management. They do have a VIP service where you register online and they give you a free order of fried gyoza or edamame for each visit which they did honour. Thank goodness! However they no longer serve with ponzu sauce. The gyoza was served with the his sweet and sour sauce. Service was terrible. Maybe it was under new management and they were still getting use to the kitchen but our food came very staggered and took a while considering we were not the only ones in the whole restaurant. They mixed up my sister's order of a teriyaki chicken sushi roll, they gave her the teriyaki dinner.
