Dylan was kind and very professional. He walked me through step by step about the plan. He helped with ensuring that my son, who also joined my plan was added to my plan even though Dylan would not get commission on this transaction. Dylan's first line was to ensure I was happy and understood all about the plan. Because of his exceptional way of dealing with customers I decided to upgrade my phone. After going to two cell phone repair shops in Victoria and spending about 20 minutes at each place, no reason or solution was not found but the last repair person I spoke with told me to try Mobile Klinik (pronounced clinic) as they were reported to be the best for Samsung products. The next day I went to Mobile Klinik and Kellan was the person I was dealing with. After about 15 minutes trying different things, he couldn't find the reason so I suggested we do a reset and restore but Kellan found there was no option to do so. He then suggested I bring in my laptop and older Samsung phone to the store to work with as I couldn't even bring my new phone back to the retailer as I wasn't able to get my personal information off until it was wiped. Few days later I bring my devices in and after spending two hours (no exagg.) he was able to reset and restore my new phone to be able to get wifi. I definitely recommend Kellan at Mobile Klinik at Hillside Mall as I couldn't have been happier.

I went to DTI and I talked to Stacey, the owner, about buying some hard to get equipment (a 3080 Geforce GPU). Incredibly, he had it in stock, when no one else did. Stacey ended up knocking $100 off the price, which he didn't have to. He went into detail about his suppliers, the market for the cards, which showed a lot of honesty and knowledge about the business. Stacey is smart and loves his job. I'm a dude. I'm nerdy. But I get the strong sense that they treat women, and less nerdy customers with the same respect they did to me. DTI's downtown location is small and has limited parking. It doesn't have the glitzy and corporate look of a Bestbuy. The prices seem reasonable and it has a great selection. I would start here for any computer purchase. There's nice gems in the city, and DTI computers is one of them. BONUS: When I came there, there was a white cat in the store. The owner was taking care of the kitty for a friend.
