In the locker room multiple showers were broken so we had to adjust our plans on showering after our massages but we made it work. And lastly we had issues with our bill and the staff wasn't able to handle it at the moment so hopefully that got taken care of by my friend coordinating after the fact. We visited today, a Sunday, which was a rare weekend visit (usually we take a day off and go during the week for a slight discount in pricing for services). There were a lot of groups of women celebrating birthdays, weddings, and maybe just a girls day (which I have enjoyed there on occasion). We started with 50 minute massages. I had Nikki, who I had not had before but was spectacular. If you are getting a massage for the first time, Nikki is the person to request (although I am a massage pro and still had an excellent experience)! She walked through the process, and was sure to make sure I was comfortable with everything involved. The pressure was perfect and she focused on the areas I requested. Afterwards, my husband and I met in the Bistro for lunch and a cocktail. He had the risotto, which he enjoyed, and I got the chicken salad croissant which is a favorite for me. The grapes, apples and cranberries add a depth that I enjoyed. It was also great to see some seasonal cocktails on the menu (I opted for an apple cider mimosa). Sam and Brittany were super friendly, attentive, and made excellent drinks! We have been going to Spa Mirbeau as a couple, with friend, and with family for the past 5 years and they deliver every time. Can't wait to return!!
