I was cooling down in a class at the yoga studio that shares the building and lot with this Pilates studio,when the Pilates studio owner burst into the room literally screaming at our teacher about people in our class using her parking spots. She was frighteningly aggressive and completely inappropriate. I understand that apparently this has been an ongoing issue, but obviously there are better, more professional ways to handle it. Put a sign on the door or set up a meeting. She ruined our practice and truly scared a bunch of us, plus probably lost several potential clients in my class. I would have eventually checked out this Pilates studio, but instead I'll stick with the Pilates Principle in Latham where the instructors are kind and respectful in a healthy environment.

When I arrived, the instructor was unnerved by the fact that I wasn't wearing long sleeves and was concerned that my "skin oils" would damage the reformers. She then commenced to hand me towels to put on the reformer to prevent my oils from soiling the reformer. Throughout the class, there was much inappropriate talk about people in general. The instructor didn't cue technique at all. Quite frankly, I found her to be rude, condescending, and overall not a good instructor. This was by far the worst class I've ever taken!
