When I arrive, I often pass elderly couples in their 70s or 80s as they're leaving the gym. Most appear to be in remarkable shape. I joined several months ago. The staff at the front desk was so helpful in getting me registered. So far, I've enjoyed the classes. The instructors are great. Some, especially Zumba, are very well attended. I haven't used the swimming pool yet though it looks inviting. I have used the track upstairs. There's a runners' etiquette policy posted to the wall which unfortunately some members and employees don't adhere to.. They're advised to walk or run in single file. Sometimes, they come with friends and walk side-by-side. It's annoying to have to dodge them, but I manage to out run them. Overall, the facilities are nice and so are the people who use them.
