You can choose up to three flavors for your shaved ice. We ordered: - "Pick-Me-Up" with snow cap and coconut ice cream - green tea, coffee, and coconut flavors - Mango, red raspberry, and coconut flavors Their menu takes you through the five steps of placing your order so for a first time visitor, the process is easy. They also have favorite combos listed that you can choose. We waited for our order to be completed and then we went outside to sit at a table under the tent. They poke holes in the shaved ice for more flavor all the way through. Our shaved ice was refreshing and my husband loved his Pick-Me-Up, especially the coconut ice cream.
