Reina arepa, café con leche, pan de bono, empanada de carne, café americano on ice.

If you're looking for fully authentic "Real Colombian" dishes, then this is not the place for you. If a chic uptown deli married a quiet Colombian bakery, this place would be the product of that fusion. Neo-Colombian-American is what I would call it, and definitely way more American than Latin. For example; my cafe con leche came in a cute floral ceramic cup like you'd expect at any Colombian spot, but the actual coffee lacked the punch of a real Colombian coffee bean or brewing style. I had a reina arepa (Reinas are usually associated with Venezuela not Colombia but I digress). Reinas are also usually a gooey delicious mash of shredded chicken with avocado and a touch of seasoning. Instead I was served a much MUCH dryer version of the reina mix laid between two halves of a cold arepa. Honestly, with the cold arepa it was more like having a hoagie sandwich than a latin comfort classic, especially because their version adds lettuce, tomato and red onion. The sandwich wasn't terrible and it WAS filling, but lacked seasoning, needed MUCH more avocado, and the arepa left something to be desired when served like 2 pieces of white bread instead of a warm pocket. Again, this would be what I consider Americanized versions of latin dishes. My husband had a beef empanada and pan de bono which seemed like they had been nuked in a microwave... but smelled delicious to me. His items may have been fresh at one point, but not at the time we ordered (10am-ish).The place is cute, the decor is homie yet chic, the staff is attentive once you get their attention, and overall the experience wasn't bad.... My only suggestion would be to maybe recategorize themselves instead of listing as a latin restaurant. Best of luck!

Another stop on the Orlando Sip and Savor list of local places to try. Unfortunately, like a lot of places on this list the staff were not aware of the special despite multiple signs posted throughout the building, so no special deal. I went ahead and ordered the turkey egg and cheese croissant for lunch which was tasty and came with a side of plantain chips. I ordered the dulce de leche cold brew (photoed), which is meant for a real caramel and sugar lover... I'll be honest I was not prepared for how much caramel syrup is involved. Would recommend just milk and caramel flavoring to taste if you don't want syrup in every mouthful.

Delicious coffee and food. Cannot wait to come back. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and the outdoor seating was perfectly cozy.

I had this place on my list to try, but unfortunately it did disappoint. The shop is cozy with inside and outside seating with a large selection of Brazilian sweets. We ordered lattes with oatmilk and the coffee was pretty bland. For being a Colombian coffee shop I expected the coffee to be of quality. I got a pandebono and it was warm and tasty, but a bit clumped. I looked forward to get Colombian empanadas and they did not have any. If the offerings are not going to be Colombian anymore, the name may have to reflect that change. It was okay but not what I expected for a Colombian shop.

This is the 10" Make Your Own pizza. I couldn't decide which ONE I truly wanted, why not just make your own? Attempting to be healthier, I went with the cauliflower crusted pizza. I chose to order it with tomato sauce, feta cheese, chorizo (Colombian sausage), cilantro & mushrooms. As you can see, it was made & served without the ordered chorizo. Before I could even let them know about the mistake, they confessed they knew about their error & were going to fix it shortly. Well, problem was solved & the AMAZING pizza found its new home. Aka my body.

Kolombia Cafe is an intimate restaurant in SoDo's Target Shopping Plaza. It is small inside, but has big character! Stepping inside, you're immersed in a cozy and peaceful cafe. They serve breakfast and lunch, but I stopped in for breakfast because the morning aroma of cinnamon caught my attention. I ordered their Bombo Croissant (a croissant with a shot of espresso, warm condensed milk, cinnamon, and powdered sugar) and Guava and Cheese Croissant. Both absolutely delicious! Their menu looks really great with a variety of options from Arroz con Pollo to Vegan Bandeja Pesa. Their prices are a bit high (the croissants were $5.99 and $5.55). However, I genuinely will return to try their lunch menu!

EXPLOSIVE FLAVOR !!! Everything on their menu is amazingly flavorful and probably unlike anything you have tasted. Even the plantain chips make you go WTF ! This little place is full of big surprises !! Ask for their " berenjena al escabeche" and have your socks blown off !! Even the coffee is amazing !! It's like leaving the country and arriving in a place where everything changes for the better. The staff are very friendly and engaging. Treat yourself to something very special and pay them a visit for breakfast lunch or dinner. Very quaint and relaxing .. bring a friend and impress them with your taste and class. Indoor and outdoor seating .. nice area of town also.

Kolombia Cafe is located in the SoDo section of Orlando, Florida. It is just off of Orange Avenue on that street that serves as a collection of restaurants and businesses and dead-ends at the Target. If you are unfamiliar with the SoDo area of Orlando, it is just south of the downtown area. The name is derived from its location, SoDo stands for SOuth of DOwntown. It is an area that certainly has changed a lot since I moved to Orlando back in 2001. This is a great place to kick back and enjoy a cup of their coffee. They also have food, though I did not try any. Both indoor and outdoor seating is an enjoyable way to savor your coffee. I was here on an early Sunday, so parking was not an issue, but be advised that parking can be problematic. All in all, I woukd definitely recommend here.

I went to the Kolombia Cafe a couple hours after the lunch rush hoping to grab some dessert and go. They ended up being somewhat busy and there was a line for ordering. I ended up ordering a few different desserts to take home to my family. The cake was fabulous and very rich! The brownie with toppings was also nice and gooey with great flavor! The only reason I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 was there were no prices listed anywhere and I was very surprised when 3 small desserts put me over $30 on the bill. While they were good... I do not feel they were worth the price paid. The seating area was nice and cozy inside and I might go back to enjoy coffee in the morning. Overall nice place!

Just tried Kolombia for the first time and my wife and I really enjoyed it. My wife is Brazilian and so we love Brazilian/South American food. The Coxinha are big and taste delicious. They also have several desserts that we tried. They also tasted great. The staff and owners are very friendly and informed us new items are coming soon. We'll be sure to come back and try more things in the coming weeks. Very happy to have a place like this so close to home!

The lavender latte is so so good. One of my favorites. Today I had the arepa which was completely customizable. I picked my base, my protein and my toppings. I ended up getting an arepa with shredded chicken, cheese and avocado. The chicken has so much flavor. 10/10 recommend. The service was very sweet, timely, and pleasant. I will most likely frequent this cafe.

Kolombia Cafe,, , is a beautifully decorated cafe right smack in SoDo. It boasts an eclectic menu with Colombian goodies and more. Not only do they offer decadent desserts but are also health, preference and allergy conscious which is where they really shine. There are a myriad of Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan savory and sweet options available, showing that they are acutely in touch with the growing awareness for those of us with dietary restrictions. I have to be honest, we completely went nuts and ordered enough (GF, Vegetarian) Empanadas, Yucca Rolls and Pan de Bonos for two full days. Everything was delicious and had interesting and tasty dipping sauces. We added fresh Maracuya juice to the order and it was fantastic. The owners are from Chile which I found interesting, and feel that this explains the other options available that aren't 100% Colombian, but as a Colombian who is GF and Vegetarian, I really appreciate the food and desserts. Next time I will try the coffee.

I recently went for one of their house music events, and it was such a fun experience. The event was a morning/day party with DJs spinning house music, which created the perfect upbeat atmosphere to start the day. There's something special about sipping good coffee while music is playing and everyone around you is dancing and enjoying themselves. Between the music, the coffee, and the crowd, the energy in the room was amazing. I had such a great time dancing, drinking great coffee, and just vibing with everyone. Overall, it was an incredible experience and a really unique way to enjoy a coffee shop. If you ever get the chance to check out one of their events, I highly recommend it. I had an amazing time!

It's not just a coffee shop--it's a mood. Think: cozy outdoor seating and spacious indoor seating, a full-blown record store inside (yes, they sell vinyl), and a studio space that gives the whole place an artsy, creative pulse. I'm not a big coffee person--Gen X here, I like what I like and I don't stray far--but I told Lo., our barista, that I wanted something iced, mocha, with 2% milk. She nailed it. No fuss, no overthinking, just a perfectly balanced drink that hit the spot. And the manager, also Lauren, was just as lovely--warm, attentive, and clearly running a tight, welcoming ship. Bonus highlight: I got to meet Ayra, who was just as kind and genuine. The whole team radiates good energy, and it shows in every detail--from the curated record collection to the laid-back, stylish vibe of the space. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur, a vinyl junkie, or just someone who appreciates a cute spot with great people, BYNX is worth the trip. Come for the latte, stay for the records, and leave with your mood lifted. Highly recommend.
