I can highly recommend their service for residential jobs.

I booked the job for 6-2-26 at approximately 1pm and the dishwasher was set to be delivered/installed on 6-3-26. I texted the day before to confirm they would arrive the next day and received confirmation. 6-2 at 1pm arrived, I called to check-in on timing, and left a message. I sent a follow-up text with no response. I called 45 minutes later, no answer. I called 90 minutes after the approximate appointment time and spoke to John who told me he would call his man in the field and call me back. I never got a call back and no one showed up to do the work. I had to scramble last minute to get a different electrician to do the work before my dishwasher was delivered. If you want someone reliable and professional who respects your time, I recommend Carter Electric out of Emerson NJ.

I really appreciated that Donald got back to my quote request last night within 20 minutes and scheduled a time to come the very next morning. Communication was great and he and his teammate arrived on time. The consultation was free and the work was very reasonably priced. I also really appreciate that they made themselves available to come out before another job this morning. And both of them were incredibly friendly and safe, wearing masks while doing the repair. Both shorted outlets were diagnosed and repaired in roughly 30 minutes. Amazing! I'll definitely be calling him again for more electrical work in the future. Thank you so much again Donald!

My partner attempted these, as he's knowledgeable, but they were better left in the hands of the expert. On this visit, he fixed the kitchen outlet and gave us a quote for electrical work on the hot tub installation. On his return visit July 8, he was able to add and make necessary changes under the deck area for it to be successfully working. Casey was very respectful and friendly. Paid via Venmo, and the price was reasonable for the work needed since it required more than just swapping a part. Highly recommend.
