Absolutely loved the great customer service from this local Kolache shoppe. Came in early for capuchinno and sausage kolache. The bread was soft and delicious. The sausage was hot out of the oven . Just the way ai like it. Have already returned a few more times . Small seating area inside and out. Worth a stop in . Come early as they get busy.

Nothing screams elevated Texan breakfast on the go than a good kolache! I found out about this location after being sent coupons to check them out. Pro tip... go early to get better selection! I went around 11am and they were nearly out of everything. The sausage, egg, and cheese was yummy though! Yet service was efficient . The chia tea lattes are yummy for the tea drinkers. I sat outside because the place is real cozy on the inside and felt like I wanted more space. I'll definitely have to be back BUT early in the morning to try other options.

The quintessential kolache kafe. The Texan breakfast staple that covers all the morning needs is done most reliably here. The service is quick and friendly, everyone behind the counter is helpful and works to get you what want with a smile. Small shop with a kozy Czech/german flair to some of the design choices to harken back to the food's country of origin. The food range from savory to fruity sweet and there's monthly newcomers to the menu that give you something different to try if you're adventurous. Coffee and lattes are available as well, and are also reliable and consistent.

He asked our food order first. We had to ask him if we could get drinks first. 3) When we did order we watched our drinks sit at the end of the bar for 10 min until I had to go retrieve them myself. 4) The food was INCREDIBLY mid for it being that expensive. Undercooked potatoes, overcooked chicken, not a single person at the table of 4 adults had a good thing to say about their meal 5) It took 2 FREAKING HOURS with no one there. When I say no one I mean completely empty 6) Trying to check out and leave. Our server who was looking for an upsell told us he saw a cookie in the back that was ready to go. Thanks for telling our 3 small children that at 9:30. Reluctantly after telling him no several times it was awkward enough to cave. Cookie took about 20 minutes to come out. We had been there for over 2 hours at that point and we had to just get up and leave. If you go to this restaurant after reading this, you deserve the horrible experience you will certainly have.

They had live music on, and from the looks of it if you want to be a part of the show you can as they also have karaoke it looks like. The gentleman that greeted us was so nice and made us feel so welcomed! It wasn't one of those "oh I have to be nice to these guests because I'm getting paid" type people, you could really tell his niceness was genuine. I felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. Our server was also very nice, and super helpful as I asked for a wine suggestion and she hit the nail with her suggestion. She brought a small sample for me to try before serving it. The food itself was delicious! We got the onion rings appetizer, and you could tell they were made to order. They were super fresh and also crispy. The chicken parmigiana was good, and they were not stingy with their portions at all. The picture I took doesn't do the dish justice. I will definitely go back to this place, as their food, service and overall experience is a great one when you dine in.

OK, so this turned out to be a surprisingly good meal and much better than we had expected. We…read moredrove into the mostly defunct strip mall, found the restaurant down on the corner, walked in and sat down and then perused the menu in depth. We shared a bowl of the potato soup where we had no expectations and I thought it tasted pretty decent. But the real test was the entrees. Mr. Picky ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp while I opted for Veal Parmigiana, and we each stole a bite from the other's plate. We reached consensus immediately that both dishes were well-seasoned and quite delicious, meaning we would return for more good food in the future. Seriously, we hadn't expected much when walking in and looking around, but were pleasantly surprised at the kitchen's efforts. We finished lunch with an order of homemade bread pudding and tiramisu, the latter of which in 2012 won a chamber of commerce epicurean competition 1st place ribbon. I wasn't there to judge that competition and have had better, but sincerely appreciated the moistness of the bread pudding. While the majority of diners were older and a more mature crowd, there's a lot to be said for value, and we thought the menu price was better than reasonable and I think a lot of people will discover this as a value destination, something we all appreciate.
